Shay is my boss and also my real estate agent. I have worked with her for many years. The fact I know and have worked this business did not make our transaction go any smoother. There was a lot of ups and downs as is common in real estate transactions. Shay never faltered or put her self first. Our needs and wants came first. She did not put us into a property we did not want or could not afford. We are ABSOLUTELY in love with our home and even got a roof put on it before we closed! Commission was never a concern for us because she never put her interests above ours. We are beyond grateful. If you want some one who will not sacrifice your needs for their own interests you should have Shay on your team.
