Shay is seriously the best realtor there is, period! As a new home buyer, I did not know anything about the process she was so willing to hold my hand throughout the entire thing. She made sure I knew what was happening at every step of the process. The whole home buying process can be a pain, as I've heard from others, however I had a very smooth home buying process. I don't know what I would have done without her. I am going to recommend her to all of my friends and family because she truly cares about the person she is working for, she has been doing this a very long time and it shows in her expertise.
