Jesse called me at my office and was very pushy in wanting to set up a phone meeting. When I looked at the website I emailed him advising him that this was not something I was interested in. He then called my cell phone and my office immediately. His email reply said "He would be talking to me tomorrow at 9am". This harassment is unacceptable and no way to conduct business!!! If I was able to give no stars I would!!!

Lied about a free trial on the website only to get your contact info and have an aggressive salesman call me, acting all overly familiar with me. Where's the free trial? Oh, he meant "free demo" over a webex, then hung up on me when I said I wasn't the one holding the purse strings.

I am always thrilled with the service provided by all the advisors. Their knowledge is invaluable and bang on the money. I would highly recommend their services to any business with or without an HR Department.

I clicked on their site as a few of their offerings seemed intriguing. You have to enter your information for the free trial (which isn't a free trial, it's a web demo from a sales person), and almost as soon as I entered my information they phoned me, and they haven't stopped calling several times per day (and sometimes per hour) ever since. There are many other options available.

HRdownloads: you have good product - leave it at that. Trust in your products and let the quality product be your sales person. If it's good, referrals will do the work for you, and word of mouth is free. The days of cold calling are no longer accepted, are uncomfortable and they are invasive. I've blocked you and removed myself from your mailing lists as a result of your aggressive and invasive tactics. If you change course, I'll consider in the future. I respect you need to stand out in a crowded market, but your current model is severely flawed.

I have been very pleased with their service and expertise. Not only have the sample forms and policies been helpful, their staff are knowledgeable and personable. If you do not have a network of HR professionals to consult with and bounce ideas off of, the advisors at HRdownloads are exactly what you need.

Bad advice, and won't stop calling and pestering me even after I requested them to stop. I've had to block their number at work so they will stop calling my line. They called twice today. Once they didn't get through to me and the second time, not even a minute later, they called our front office to try and get through to me.
I do not appreciate being hounded down and given bad employment advice. I understand I downloaded your form for research purposes, but that does not mean you are welcome to call me every SINGLE day until you finally get the hint that I do not want your services. I intentionally did not check the box that said that you are welcome to spam me.
Last time I downloaded a form I had to email the gentleman and let him know that I wanted off the call list. Low and behold they start calling again.
Terrible tactics to get business.

HR Downloads, a company that has name recognition with me for no other reason than THEY JUST DO NOT STOP CALLING.

I swear I have heard from these folks countless times over the past two years. Someone filled out a form and now they won't take no for an answer.

I was so bothered by this company's approach that I decided to leave a review. I see now that I'm not the only person to feel this way. An agressive sales person from this company called me at 1:30pm while I was in my boss's office. Rather than ask me if it was a good time to talk he instead got quite pushy and then decided to lecture me on the fact that I should have been expecting his call. After talking condescendingly to me for several minutes he then actually had the nerve to ask if I wanted to do business... One of the craziest sales calls I've ever taken. As a rule, I would never, ever do business with someone who speaks to me in that tone of voice no matter how good their product is.

Don't fill out their form or they will phone and phone and phone. Don't care that you are busy. Tell them to quit phoning and they still keep phoning. How do you get rid of them if you don't want their service??

We have never reached out to HRDownloads (and never will) but were cold-called multiple times a day by their salesman even after we informed him that we were not interested. After the first few calls the salesman stopped trying to sell and simply began calling and hanging up once the call was answered. As a business that relies on incoming calls we find it absolutely unacceptable to be the butt of HRDownloads' crank calls simply so that their salesmen can meet their outbound call quota. I had to call their office after weeks of dropped calls in order to get our number off of the list it never should have been on in the first place. Unprofessional, unethical, and embarrassing "sales" (if you can call it that?) tactics.

I can't comment on HRdownloads' marketing approach - but as a customer - who sought them out - and has been a client now for over 2 years - their service has always been fantastic.
Their advisors are knowledgeable and responsive. Their customer/account team - including Matthew D - is such a pleasure to talk to. He's proactive, positive and his information is always so useful. I would definitely recommend them for small companies who don't have an HR professional on staff. They are filling an important need that small and medium companies have and I think they do a great job!! Highly recommend!!! Don't judge the service they provide with their sales approach as you'd be doing yourself a disservice if did have a need. I also want to note - that as a customer - I've never found their communication approach excessive or invasive. They touch base with me twice yearly - more as a courtesy check in which I always appreciate.
