Have been living in a space from them for 4 months now, great property and service ! Have had no issues
Leasing staff was very friendly and accommodative to me moving. The apartments are newly renovated and really close to downtown, which makes it nice for my commute to work and school. I highly recommend RE360 for renting apartments.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Seriously, I implore you to take your business elsewhere. I rented from them for 2 years and was never treated with the mutual respect that a landlord tenant relationship requires. They were always rude and annoyed as if I was taking up thier time.
I have so many stories about dealing with these idiots, but I'll leave you with one of my favorites. They like to show your place 6 months in advance to your lease being up, fine by me I'll just go about my business, but since Re360 is a revolving door company (I assume they treat their employees as badly as their tenants) the guy "showing" our place had never been there. He actually turned to me and asked, "wheres the bathroom?" Wow. I'm just saying, next time do a bit of research on the property you are trying to push.
Ridiculous.
Super unprofessional. I told them i only had 30 minutes for viewing and the person showing made me wait 10 minutes before they even came to meet me. then they showed me properties i specifically told them i did not have time for. on top of that, they added more to the lease without telling me and send me a contract. if i had not noticed it they would 100% have charged me after signing. funny how errors always make them more money...do not use unless they are your last resort as once you sign the relationship completely changes. go to facebook and look at all the terrible reviews they have from being slum lords if you dont believe me. not to mention, their "contractors" are extremely inexperience and dont even finish a job when they start it, or finish it so bad you question how they are still employed. like how to you install two COMPLETELY different locks on two doors and not tell me? they will add money to your auto-pay and not tell you until you are changed then they jsut go "tough luck" when you complain. dont take the reviews left by employees seriously. not a single ACTUAL customer has had a positive experience with this slum lord. they didnt even check if the grass was mowed - just charged me the grass mowing fee (this is word for word from the person on the phone "oh we didnt check we just charged you") and took numerous phone calls and photos to prove otherwise
if i could give zero stars i would, seriously. these people are absolute scum. i have had multiple problems with my apartment since moving in that pre-existed before i moved in which are still present months after submitting multiple maintenance requests and them not even responding to me. there is an insect infestation in my apartment which prohibits me from eve being in here for more than a few minutes because the bugs fly into me and the company is aware for several weeks and is not even doing anything about it. literally the biggest regret of my life was renting with this company please i advise anyone looking to work with these people to back out while you can.
honestly don t rent with them, my roommate and I signed a lease and were moved into one of their properties in mount Oliver that happened to be slanted, completely understandable being on the slopes and things shift but our safety was clearly not a concern for them that being said the house was NOT livable and they didn t say a word until parents were involved. Don t even expect to see your security deposit back because they take it regardless of completing all the tasks they ask of you. Look somewhere else before renting.
This company is super flexible and attentive to what you are looking for when finding the right property for you. I was in a pinch and needed to find an apartment fast when I found these guys and I don t have one regret. Maintenance requests are always filled in a timely manner and the staff is great and very informative.
I ve been with RE360 for a little over three years now. Since then, almost all of my maintenance requests have been dealt with within the same week of submitting them. This past year they sent out a tenant satisfaction survey which was a good way for them to receive feedback and for us to suggest any improvements we think our apartments/houses may need. I m hoping they will continue with these surveys for the years to come.
Little to no Maintenence. Houses left in disrepair due to neglect and half complete repairs. Can t wait until my lease is over. Horrible service. They pretend to care. And then their maintenance crew steals your property and paints over the water leaking through the walls.
STAY AWAY. Slum lords to an infinite degree. If you sign a one year lease with them, they will harass you for the entire lease by scheduling showings WEEKLY, sometimes with ZERO notice. I have spoken with other tenants and they had the exact same experience. Awful, awful people.
My partner and I had a really great experience with Jerico at RE 360 as we searched for a rental. He brought amazing energy, tips and listings for us to explore. Always great follow up after viewings and each time we went out, we could tell he was customizing the listings to our feedback. We ended up deciding to take a different direction and buy a house but we would go back to him in a heart beat if we decided to go back to renting. HIGHLY recommend.
RE 360 EMILY, IS THE BEST, I HAVE DEALT WITH HER SINCE NOVEMBER 0F 2019 AND THE STAFF IS GREAT ESPECIALLY THE MAINTENANCE AND SEWAGE FAMILY I AM FOREVER GREATFUL FOR THE ENTIRE STAFF SO KUDOS TO 360 I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
Responded quickly to my maintenance request and the maintenance tech who came was very professional and respectful
Would definitely recommend renting through this company! Very quick responses and easy to use online portal!
STAY AWAY. Any of these 4 or 5 starts reviews I'm sure are internal. This company is complete BS. When I went to the office, that was the first warning because it looked like an abandoned building they were occupying.
But after going to see some of the apartments they had for rent, I realized these people are crazy. They couldn't find the key for one of the apartments I went to see ,which looked like a shanty town, so they tried to break into it to show me. Breaking into it seemed pretty normal for them. After experiencing that I do not think I have been exposed to such a shady company in my life.
I have been renting with RE360 in Pittsburgh in the Southside area for 3 years now. They have improved alot over the 3 years and i mean immensely. The maintenance team is prompt and thorough. They will even search for experts in other fields (dishwasher repair) if your apartment requires it. Ed has been extremely helpful in organizing the different requests that have came in over the years. Garret also was incredibly helpful staying late to make sure everything was in the best possible condition. I would recommend RE360 to anyone looking to move into the Pittsburgh area or even just to upgrade from their current landlord to a team with more experience and capital to keep your apartment in its best shape. They also own alot of apartments so you have alot of options to choose from.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Another person said this, and I wholeheartedly agree: if I could give 0 stars, I would. My apartment had been vacant before I moved in, and my roommates and I were promised that we could move in a day earlier as long as we paid rent for that specific day. We agreed to the terms and signed the lease. Moving day comes around, and we ve heard absolutely nothing from them. My roommates and I hired movers, rented uhauls, etc for the day we were promised, so I called just to make sure plans we re still on the same terms (since we d already paid to move in that one day early). I get ahold of someone who was just at that time hearing that we re supposed to move in on that day. She said she would get an answer to see if our apartment was ready to move in and call me back. Hours pass and I hear nothing, not even the answer of no. So, I take matters into my own hands and go to the leasing office. I rang the doorbell with no answer for at least five minutes until FINALLY someone came to help. After showing them proof that our agent agreed to let us move in early, they gave us one key (for a 4 bedroom house) and said that it wouldnt be properly cleaned, but they would send a cleaner the next day. We moved into this apartment and within 5 minutes of being inside, a groundhog ran got in from the basement and ran around the living spaces of the apartment. On top of that, there was a fly and ant infestation. They never sent the company to come clean the next day. After we treated for the initial infestation of flies and ants, we got another infestation of giant horseflies. After treating for that, we had to treat for a gnat problem. We ve been in contact with the Allegheny county health department who has now cited RE360 for holes in our foundation which are letting pests in. The woman who did the inspection said it s unlikely that they ll fix it because the ACHD has had to take them to court many times due to their lack of maintenance on this specific problem. On top of that, my roommates and I have been fighting off consistent respiratory illnesses which align to the impacts of mold within the house. Please, I beg you, if you re thinking about renting from this company, run. Run very far away and then rent from a reputable company who doesn t grossly mismanage their properties.
RE360 is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. A mere 3 months into our lease, they started insisting on showing the house to future possible tenants. I'm assuming they did this as a means to try and convince us to resign our lease sooner rather than later, but all it did was interrupt our daily lives and irritate us. Despite the fact that they had to give us 24 hours notice before these showings, multiple times they showed up unannounced or with less than 24 hours notice. During one of these showings (done by different people who all seemed to have no knowledge of the property), the guy asked ME for certain details about the house. "There's a washer and dryer here, right?" "How do I get down to the basement?" ...Shouldn't you know this information about the property you are trying to get tenants in? Pathetic.
The house we rented was listed as having air conditioning, but it didn't work. They never fixed this, instead giving us a one month deduction on rent to buy our own window units for a house we were told had air conditioning. Another fun detail: they continued to list this property as having air conditioning. Yeah, straight up lying about your properties is a great way to keep tenants!
They aren't much help in the winter, either; on what was probably the coldest night of winter (with temperatures around -10), our heat stopped working. A maintenance guy came, but he told us the filter was dirty and that he couldn't change it until morning, and he left.
Oh, and once, a windowpane randomly shattered. They replaced it, but the window itself would never fully shut, meaning one of the bedrooms had absolutely no hope of ever being a comfortable temperature.
RE360 also does not plan on giving you your full security deposit back. Doesn't matter whether you actually caused damage to a property or not, they'll find an excuse to keep most of it. As if that isn't scummy enough, I'm quite certain this money doesn't go to property maintenance. Two friends of mine lived at this property for a year before I moved in. They had a dog and paid a very hefty pet deposit, which they did not get back. I moved in immediately after they moved out. After RE360 decided to keep their pet deposit, though, no cleaning was done. Nobody ever came to shampoo the carpets that their dog supposedly ruined. Clearly, this money was pocketed.
As for me and my roommates' security deposit, they initially decided to keep over half of it. Some of these deductions included $270 to "general cleaning" (just can't help but wonder what "general cleaning" means and how it costs nearly $300??), and $100 to landscaping, when the only "land" that was on the property was a small patch of flowers next to a concrete patio. All of the deductions to our deposit are just baffling, given that we left the house in pristine condition compared to what it was when we moved in. We followed all move out instructions, patched and painted any holes in walls, had the carpets cleaned like we were told to, and yet they still saw it fit to keep most of our deposit.
RE360 is probably one of the worst companies you could rent a property from. They're disorganized, untrustworthy and scammy. They don't maintain their properties, they aren't easily contacted, they DON'T plan on giving you your security deposit back. DON'T RENT ANY PROPERTIES FROM RE360 if you don't want to get scammed.
I was fortunate enough to have had RE 360 buy my property I was renting earlier this year. Not only did they take over the situation gracefully, they were extremely considerate of myself and my family. It was a blessing in disguise because until they started the management, repairs were going unattended.
They take care of your request for repairs in an expeditious manner! The repair guys are courteous and through.
I could go on and on but they also helped me during the pandemic and did not force me out of my home . For that I will be eternally grateful and now they have placed me in an upgraded unit that is beyond believable so I hope that you take all that I said into consideration and rent from these people because they are amazing! God bless
I'm so grateful to Jordan, Jordan spent a lot of time with me and was so patient. Jordan found our dream house for me in Mt Washington .
I felt my best interests were being looked out for in a very competitive market.
I recommend RE360 with full confidence and will refer my friends and family.
I highly recommend this company if you are looking to rent a quality place. I had a very good experience renting from them and have even sent friends to rent from them as well. All have had good experiences.
Best real estate broker in the area. If your looking to buy, sell or rent RE360 has you covered. Insanely nice staff, innovative and community conscience company.
Our only shower clogged up completely in the middle of quarantine, and Ed was there the next day to fix it. He was super professional and made sure to wear a protective mask for both of our safety. The maintenance team is always very quick to action.
So I was living in a house owned by a couple in Mt Washington when the owners of RE 260 approached them and bought the house. I was living in the house with my husband and my one year old. I had just found out I was pregnant with my second. RE 360 doubled the rent of my home forcing me to either move with a newborn (my lease was up the month baby was due) or leave early and attempt to find a place while pregnant. We opted to leave early but the company refused to even work with us and left us scrambling looking for a new home. That company robbed me of my home for their own profit. I called them crying and begging them to make an exception in which they refused. I was never given the option to buy the home from the couple or else I would have. They even acted like they were helping us by "allowing" us to leave early. They are scum willing to make people homeless to make an extra dollar, even children. Do not rent from these people. They buy homes and do no work and inflate prices.
There are PLENTY of other companies to rent though in Pittsburgh, do not go through RE360. I had the worst experience renting with this company. I wish I could turn back time. The nightmares I went through with them I would not wish on anyone. Bugs, trees falling multiple times, the house was literally falling apart... one issue after another because they never kept up with property maintenance over the years. RE360 does not care about its tenants, they only care about roping you into a contract to get your money.
Just started moving into our new home managed by Re360, and so far it is amazing. The home is older, but newly remodeled and absolutely gorgeous. The office staff have been helpful with any questions or concerns that have arisen. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you RE360!!!
landlord messed up and I had to pay $100 cause of it would have been 150 had I not had him pay for half
Stay away from this company. They are extremely inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional, and just... awful. Take my word and stay away from these people at all costs. Worst living experience of my life.
The people who work here are the nicest people ever. I will never rent from a different company. They re fast attentive and super nice. From the maintenance people to the in office staff. You guys rock. Thank you :)
I once saw bigfoot when I was on a camping trip. A rare sight, to be sure, but still monumentally more common than the legendary sight of RE360 actually giving somebody their deposit back. They rent out disgusting places with glaring issues that they knowingly hide from their tenants. They are astoundingly unprofessional and unresponsive. If you're looking to rent in Pittsburgh, please, for your own sake, do not deal with this company.
RE 360 paired me up with a beautiful home
in Mt Washington. The entire experience was smooth and effecient. Jericho was a wonderful real estate agent who showed me to multiple units, exhibiting his knowledge and professionalism every step of the way. I didn t feel pressured or upsold; my needs as a client were priority.
Sarah with Tenant Relations has made the transition into my new home both welcoming and secure. As a tenant I have the upmost confidence that RE 360 has my back.

Wish I could give no stars. So our landlord sold the house to them in Feb I believe. We been in this house for 12 years. Our previous landlord was really nice and good to us but he never did maintenance on the house at all I mean pipes leaks massive amounts of water and the neighborhood has a massive rat problem almost everyone in the neighborhood got multiple cats. So here's my issue with re360. They really want us out of this house so they can do whatever with it. They won't fix the house until we leave. The roof and celling came down in my son's room because of all the rain and all the did was cover it with a piece of board and the board don't even cover the hole they won't do anything about the rats or pipes and I over heard them saying that they won't fix anything in here until we move out... When my landlord sold the house he didn't give us any warning and it's hard to find a new place because I have a large family. I would love to move out of here It's just hard. My daughter has cystic fibrosis and I need to be close to childrens
Great friendly service ! Very helpful throughout the whole moving process.
Check out there yelp people. This place is not a good place to rent from.
So far so good. Just moved in to our house in the South Side slopes and maintenance was very quick to repair our issues. The exterior of the house could use some work which we plan to do, but re360 had no issues with us doing so.
Re 360 are good people, they respect you and are great about getting maintenance done. They are extremely respectful and are on the ball to get things done, I would recommend re 360 to anyone!
They just bought the property I live in there lease was 9 pages long and said we can't smoke this is not public housing housing there's many things wrong wth apartment I complained wth the last owner iam not sure I want to stay
Rented from them over a year ago. Many issues that went unabated. Property leaked, and never was properly fixed. Was ensured that the property was well insulated, and it leaked heat and cold air everywhere. Would not recommend.
terrible property management company. besides them being rude, they show your apartment 6 months before your lease ends. they email you to tell you mere hours ahead of time and try to force their way in when you say that 7pm on a Friday wont work to have them show your apartment. Very unreasonable people. thankfully I signed a 9 month lease and I can get out asap. I will never rent from these people again!
I've been renting for about 7 months, they are very good people. The help is there when needed as soon as possible they are understanding and I love that about this group great great people
They also do construction, and Garrett specifically did an incredible job. They responded the next day, he was incredibly kind, and fixed minor issues outside of the work order. Great service.
The company was easy to work with and listened to our needs. We saw a few places that we did not like and the company worked with us until we found our current house. We had a few issues with utilities but it was eventually solved in a respectable manner. Their maintenance request system is phenomenal! They respect your home, efficient with their work, impeccable communication skills, and are always nice to our pets.
I needed urgent maintenance done to the property. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
So far everything has gone smoothly. Sometimes the maintenance requests take longer than anticipated, but everyone s busy so I can t blame them
Alex is the man!! I tried to use my washing machine earlier this morning and couldn t due to one of the pipes freezing in my apartment. Within 30 minutes two maintenance workers were at my apartment. After a few hours of troubleshooting they called in Foreman - Alex. Alex showed up, took one look at the exterior wall and determined where the problem was. There were a few areas along the brick side of the house that weren t insulated very well. Alex quickly filled in the spots with insulation, we waited about 30 minutes then just like that the water was back on. Serious props to Alex for fixing the problem and know EXACTLY what to do! Greatly Appreciated!
Great company!! I rent a building off of RE360 for my business and have no complaints. If something needs done, I just simply send them an email and they're there that day. I've met the whole RE360 crew and everyone of them are awesome, down to earth and hard-working people. Thanks guys!!
TL;DR: Maintenance normally is good, but can be spotty. Take care of the place, treat it like a home and put the effort in to keep it nice and it'll be okay. Follow the rules but don't be afriad to call and professionally voice complaints or issues.
Rented for two years in southside slopes, from May 2018 through May 2020. After reading all the negative reviews back in 2018, I was pretty concerned but the location worked perfectly for me so I figured I could take a chance.
My biggest piece of advice: document everything, especially on move in and as well for move out, be honest with what you tried to fix or issues that you know you left. Don't be afriad to call RE360 and let them know what's going on as far as an issue with a maintenance request, or otherwise.
There are for sure a lot of bad reviews on here, and I've been waiting two years to give my experience and honestly, over two years there were minimal issues, the people I interacted with from the company were pleasant and life goes on. Again, be friendly, take care of the place and don't give them any reasons to find an issue with you. I got my full security deposit back and aside from a maintenance request that was handled really poorly, (and from what I heard when I called to voice my disappointment, that guy had been fired), my experience was that things were pretty much fine. Do your side of things and they'll do theirs.
RE 360 has been nothing short of the ideal landlord. I had just graduated college when inquiring about a location to stay at. I had been fortunate enough to find RE 360, they are precise, caring, and have great rentals for reasonable prices. Their office is also the coolest office I have ever been in! I was lucky enough to have Miah as the representative to show me my properties and my point of contact for all extensive purposes with my rental experience. She has been helpful, swift, and informative on ensuring my experience with RE 360 was great.
Miah did an incredible job at understanding what I wanted and showing me properties aligned with our vision. She made us feel at home and the properties were super clean. Re360inc all the way!
Pretty sure the RE stands for REdlining . Discriminatory and borderline illegal practices. They buy up homes in disadvantage neighborhoods, slap on some white paint, get the cheapest flooring, Ikea cabinets and stainless steel appliances they can find and rent them out to clueless hipsters and college students. All the while keeping their credit score requirement and rental rates just high enough to be out of reach for the people who actually live in these neighborhoods. (Disenfranchisement sucks) Another raci...interesting thing is that they do not accept Section 8 even though the communities they profit off of would benefit the most from low income/section 8 housing.
Overcharge you for anything they can. They also don t take responsibility if something breaks. They ll try to charge you for half or even full. Do not sign with them it s a dark hole of money lost.
Liars and con artists. Worst experience I ve ever had with any company in Pittsburgh not one person I know has had anything positive to say about them either. Advertised a spot as 3 phase electric when it didn t even have conduit installed yet. Property advertised as free utilities as well on Craigslist but then wanted money for that too.
SLUM LORDS! The properties are overpriced for the area and quality. Once you live there you notice nothing works and they never fix any requested maintenance issue. And everyone working there is rude! I do NOT recommend. You ve been warned!
Been with RE360 since 2014 and just renewed my lease again! Shout out to Ian and Garrett! Thanks for all you do guys!
Jordan was super helpful and worked with our needs and schedule. He made himself available any day of the week at any time to assist. He answers texts and emails within 5-10 minutes. Professional and attentive. Highly recommend
Jordan did such an excellent job showing me my new place! He was able to work with me, and helped answer all my questions and concerns. Re360 is a wonderful company. They always hire great employees and they know what they re talking about when it comes to renting or buying homes. I highly recommend.
Mindful real estate developers that work very hard to do the right thing.
Worst place to rent from. Super unprofessional and dishonest. Properties are high priced for bad neighborhoods with high crime rates! A good friend of mine also rented a place on the south side slopes and their place was vandalized. They had to get the news station involved before the company decided to do something about it! And that s just the tip of the iceberg! Beware, they only want your money once you re moved in they will not care about you as a tenant
The guy named Jordan was super insisting on us getting our lease longer. When we said we won t, he started to bring people over our place showing our house 4 months beforehand . He never asked if this would be convenient for us, just brought bunch of people pretty much every week for 4 freaking months. Once, he did one of the endless showings, he locked me sitting on the porch without a key. I had to call to the company, he got back, and didn t even apologize. So, if you like being bothered every freaking weekend for the freaking 4 months before your lease will end, go ahead and get a place with them!!!
This was truly one of the most awful experiences I have ever had renting in Pittsburgh. Basically was swindled out of 3/4 my security deposit, and while renting, the "maintenance" was laughable. They would say they came in and fixed things in the online portal, but then wouldn't actually fix anything. They also did not mention that we would have to maintain the lawn in the back of our property until we had already started renting. Then, when we had it mowed before moving out, they still charged us hundreds of dollars for it needing "mowed again" only a day later on our security deposit. Do not rent from these guys.
Honestly, I have been very satisfied with the way they have handled the pandemic. They have been respectful, understanding, and helpful among these incredibly hard and unexpected times!
I was very impressed with my experience finding a home with this company. Not only was I taken on tours of different homes which matched my needs, but I was also able to request video walkthroughs of additional properties i was interested in. I am very satisfied with the help I received and would highly recommend to friends and family looking to rent in the Pittsburgh area.
Special thanks and recognition to Miah who went above and beyond to help me find a property that was right for me.
When I first moved in there were giant black and brown roaches. I put in a maintenance request and called and nothing was done. I ve had rodents and all had to cover my place with traps and poison and spray raid all through out the kitchen. Before signing I was promised window units for the summer. Once moved in i called and they denied that. By my second month another resident and i have had our tires slashed. Though they have signs on the property that it s under surveillance they stated there are no cameras and that they have nothing to do with anything. They didn t even say I m sorry that that happened to you no empathy whatsoever anytime i call. My birthday cards were opened in my mail box . Mail boxes are tiny as hell no locks on them or anything and most of the numbers are gone on them so wrong mail is often in my box. My tub looks as if it was painted with regular household paint. While cleaning the pain started to chip revealing a very yellow dirty tub underneath. Called and they acted clueless and once again a tone of annoyance and not caring. As another review stated they only care about the money. Our parking lot is rubbish. Full of trash rocks and mud. No parking space lines. The entrance point is a rugged curb very hard on the tires. Don t really feel as though they care about the tenant just the money. Still have 9 months to go. Not looking forward to it
RE360 have worked with us continuously since we moved back to Pittsburgh, from Jordan to Emily and the company's maintenance team, RE360 have proven to be a professional team. Maintenance is completed within a week of submission of a maintenance request, all issues have been addressed per RE360's own policy which all clients are furnished with. From property management to property purchases, this is a professional organization to work with.
By far the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The fact this company is still in business baffles me. Though maybe I shouldn't be so surprised. Sitting back and collecting checks isn't such a difficult task. Got an issue with your rental? You can expect to put in a maintenance request and call several times over 2-4 weeks before you even get an acknowledgment. Late one day with your rent? You can expect an email, a phone call, a text message, $50 late fee, and an eviction notice on your door by 9am. Splitting rent between multiple people? Better make sure to keep scrupulous records because re360 does not. It's best to turn your rent checks in at least a week before they're due and request receipts because they have an unfathomable record of misplacing checks that aren't handed directly to their "accountants." The people actually showing the houses are generally pretty nice people, but other than that, the people running this place deserve the highest recognition at the Darwin awards.
I leave a review of 1 star because zero is not an option. Avoid renting from re360 AT ALL COSTS!
I really enjoyed renting from RE 360. My roommates and I had a number of issues with the house when first moving in so that we filled out a maintenance form to make the space safer. They were on top of it faster than I could blink! They took an amazing job caring for me and my three roommates and making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Would recommend
I have rented from several companies and landlords in the past, and I have always had a good experience. Then, RE360 came. I have never met a company that was so inconsiderate to their tenants and had such sharp, manipulative business practices.
I am going to detail the facts of our lease. I first came onto a lease with RE360 when an acquaintance of mine had to leave his future lease with them since he had a family emergency. I agreed to take on his lease. I have done this before with other companies, and they have never charged me. However, RE360 gave me a 200 dollar fee in order to do this.
They required all of us to get renter's insurance and suggested that we get it from the insurance company that was listed on their renter's website. I decided otherwise and did get renter's insurance as they requested, but with a reputable outside company. The policy was a couple hundred dollars. They required us to have all the utilities transferred to our name except for the water bill, which we did do. We have to pay a couple hundred in a security deposit to the utility companies to get these transferred to us.
Four months into the lease, an agent named Jordan kept texting us to renew our lease. It was way too early for us, and we had not come up with a decision yet. Then, they sent dozens of people to come tour our house, which I suspect they did in order to encourage us to renew our lease early. He also kept calling us because he wanted us to answer a survey about our rental experience.
After they sent many tour groups to look around, they could not find anyone to sign a future lease. Then, they blamed us. They gave us a 200 dollar cleaning fee, saying our house was too dirty for the tour groups. They said this fee was to encourage us to clean up. We had already had dozens of people tour. Majority of these tour group notices were only given about a twelve hours notice. We are all working students, and we were in the middle of finals, which we told them. After we tried to talk to them about how unreasonable the cleaning fee was, they agreed to take off a hundred dollars. Then, two days later, they gave us an additional 75 dollar late fee for not paying the cleaning fee just in time for Christmas. When we tried to talk to them about this fee, they went ahead and gave us and slapped us with another 75 dollar late fee. RE360 never communicated with us. They did not simply ask us to clean up the house more. They did not send a courtesy text about any issues that might have had. They just simply kept giving us charges.
We have always paid our rent and our utilities in time, except for the water bill, which they handle. The one thing that I will give them is that we did not pay a twenty dollar water bill on their rent website one month. None of us had noticed it, and we had all already paid rent. That did not stop them from giving us a 75 dollar late fee for this.
I would recommend no individual ever rent from this company. It is the worst I have ever experienced from any company period. You think a rental company would try to build relationships with their tenants. All of us, including our families, are at our breaking point and are on the verge of suing. The one good thing out of all of this is that at least the renter's insurance policy we bought provides us with a company lawyer to protect us tenants.
I strongly suggest renting with another company. I ve lived at the same property for a few years and have had to wait sometimes more than a full year just to have simple maintenance completed. We have a squirrel infestation that has gone unchecked for more than a year despite constant requests to have it fixed. Choose someone else, please!
Ive been leasing from this company since 2016 & they are by far the most loyal & reliable people ive ever had experienced since living on my own..i had a spare space room in my building & they build a full laundry room in it...i had a stove brake down on me & was delivered a brand spanking new one the next day....i have the most respect for this company!!
We greatly appreciate our site in the Allentown neighborhood. They went above and beyond to make our space beautiful and most of all safe for our students. It is well designed and thought through. RE360 is a great community partner!
Sean was super flexible around our schedules and showed us a lot of different housing options soon after contacting him!
Wish we would have read the reviews and generic responses from the company before ever bothering to deal with re360 (They answer the phone in a different name)
We were so excited to find such a beautiful house, we have been looking for months. Granted it wasn't in the best neighborhood ( I call it beltzallenhoovertown) and felt $850 for a 2 bedroom was a bit much (noticed the overpriced for neighborhood reviews) but it was back in Pittsburgh and quite perfect for our family.
When seeing the house we asked about a pet deposit (as it said pet friendly) and was told she would look into it. We continued our tour and I fell in love with the house. Front and side covered porch, charming back yard. I was looking forward to planting a garden with my children, playing on the porch, listening to the rain fall.
We return to their office to fill out the application. We fill out 2 apps (2 adults applying) for $40 each. Unfortunately our credit scores are lacking (those things will haunt you, darn school loans). So they ask if we can get a cosigner. We do. So we pay another app fee for our cosigner. We are approved. I'm so excited.
The lease was emailed to us to sign. We read through and see the pet fee is $850 plus $75 per month. What??? I've never in my life paid more than $300 for a pet fee or $25 per month and certainly never both.
Now our rent for a 2 bedroom in beltzallenhoovertown is $925. We say goodbye. The company says we will call the owners and see if we can get them to come down. They get back to us saying it's the $850 deposit and $35 monthly. Still insane but I really want this house so I say ok.
The next day we are set to sign the lease and are told it's back to the original $850 plus $75 a month. Excuse me what??? Goodbye again.
Later I leave a 1 star review, no explanation, just a 1 star. 10 minutes later they are calling with the Original offer. Why I said ok is beyond me but I did.
The next morning they call and claim the owner of the house won't rent to us because we left a 1 star review of their company. I mention that we paid $120 in app fees, were deceived about prices and then lied to about what the bottom line rent would be. I was told if I took down my one star they would refund my money.(I was bribed with my own money) So I changed it. Never said I wouldn't change it back and now I've added an explanation.
Now my money is back in my account and I've blocked this company from being able to make future transactions (wouldn't put it past them to try)
Please save yourself the frustration and heartache of thinking you found a home through them. Read the rest of these reviews. If you are considering letting them manage your property I encourage you to just be an independent landlord, someone with honesty and integrity that wants to help people rather than deceive and try to manipulate.
I guess my search continues...such a letdown.
Been renting with these guys since November 2017 and have had nothing but a great experience. Any time I have called for help with maintenance they got the problems taken care of right away. The office staff is super friendly and today I got a Christmas gift on the door! Best rental company ever! Thank you RE360!
I m not even sure this company should get 1 Star. My roommates and I were deliberately lied to about our lease. Needless to say, I will not be renting from them again. I caution anyone who is going to.
I have been renting through Re360 for just over a year now. In that time, the company has proven its reliability by promptly responding to any maintenance request we have had. In addition, the online portal makes paying rent, creating maintenance requests, and more easily accessible in one customer friendly user face.
Most recently, when a main power line fell onto my house s power line and caused a small fire late into the evening, Re360 called me and sent a maintenance technician to our house before I even had the chance to reach out to them. The team communicated thoroughly throughout the process as they fought with Duquesne Light for a week to get our power back on. Upon our return home, they even sent an edible arrangements basket and a 6-pack of beer for our troubles (though, of course, it was out of their control).
In short, I highly recommend Re360 for your property rental needs. They ve always been professional and reliable under normal circumstances, but went above and beyond for my roommate and I during this freak accident.
Thanks again, team 360
Look, they re not the best but they re not the worst. I ve been with them for almost a year so I can t speak to the security deposit issue people seem to be having. I can, however, confirm that they ask if you want to renew your lease for the next year after you ve been living there for only a few months (for an increased rent price). When we first moved in, our place had been vacant for a while and had a pretty nasty house fly infestation in the basement. A maintenance guy came to look at it but didn t really do much to spray/fix the issue. The flies died off quickly on their own though so we just avoided the basement for a week or so.
I live in a duplex and my half of the house has a basement that floods like no other when it rains. Just puddles of water on the floor. It s probably a foundation issue and not their fault, but I did submit several maintenance requests asking if someone could look into this and nothing they did seemed to help. I run a dehumidifier down there 24/7 for fear of mold, which I voiced as a concern in a maintenance request for said issue.
You have to pay a security deposit equal to 1 months rent, plus your first month s rent upfront, plus a pet deposit that is equal to ANOTHER month s rent. Again, I can t say whether or not I will see that money again.
Other than those things, they re fine. No worse than Lobos. I even looked at a few different apartments with Jordan for my upcoming lease term
Most unprofessional company I ve ever seen. One star is not low enough. If you rent and put request in things will never get fixed. If you rent from this company consider you deposit gone no matter how much you clean or keep the house nice.
I am a current tenant and my apartment was not renovated or fixed. I have been living here three years now and the apartment was rented to me "as is" by Sean the leasing agent. It had torn vinyl tiles in the kitchen which I had to re tile out my own pocket because Sean informed me the property managers we not going to do it. The kitchen was filthy, namely the stove and the refrigerator. I asked if all the grim and grease that was under the hood of the stove could be cleaned four days before I moved in and I was told "they would try". They did not, I cleaned it myself for over an hour with two applications of easy off over night. Under the sink had water damage stains which I had to obtain permission to use contact paper to cover the green and yellow mold and water stains because the lease stated tenants were not allowed to use contact paper in the apartment. The bathroom and mud room tiles are shifted and you can see gaps, the carpet was never cleaned, which was why I had to have Sean the leasing agent initial that I was not responsible for having the carpet cleaned when I moved because they presented it to me uncleaned and stained. The apartment is poorly insulated, and gets as cold a as an ice box during winter. I have to crank up the heat and pay a high heating bill just to stay warm as the heat seeps out of all the unsealed cracks and opening in the apartment.
The pipes freeze every winter, and the maintenance man they send to heat the pipes told me informed management that they need to add blown in insulation because he can see all the exposed space(an actual 18" hole behind the stove leading to the basement) and feel the cold air sucking out the heat, yet no fix has happened.
If a major issue arises they do have a fast response time of 6 hours or same day, but a renovated, clean, apartment I do not have. They patch things instead of fixing the problems permanently, which if you ask me cost more money down the line. The ceiling tiles are brown from smoke and when I asked for replacements for the ones that were chipped and torn it was discovered that the attic floor is collapsed in many areas and attempting to remove the dirty tiles results in large chunks of sub-floor caving in onto the already dirty carpet in my apartment. So I do not have a rosey apartment that was renovated, at the very least it should have been properly cleaned and it was not. It was a veneer cleaning to look good in open day light shining in so the pictures could be distorted to appear as a fresh home to move into. This is where I have the most issue with this company. The bait and switch of the photos to the actual apartment was a sign.
I was in a pinch and needed a place and they took advantage of that and used it to leverage not cleaning and properly fixing the apartment. Then when I had my cancer diagnosis I had to go thru rude and unsavory practices of showing up at my apartment with only 10 minute notice when I was not renewing my lease and looking to move. Lets not get started on their practice of having strangers parading through your apartment 3 to four months before your lease is up. With or without you being there. Or the disrespectful practice of texting you instead of calling you on your phone to ask if it is ok to come into your paid rental unit. I consider this company to be run by slum lords, nothing I have experienced while living here refutes that situation. They have on numerous occasions acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing their old rundown issues, attempted to intimidate me with a call from their lawyer when I informed them that texting me 10 minutes or even a hour before arrival was not acceptable and treated me like a number than a person. I pay my rent on time and the two occasions in three years which I was late by one day I paid the 50 dollar late fee with out hesitation or fuss. So if anyone other than Sean would like to speak to me you know where to find me on Ruth Street. 2nd floor. It is a shame what individuals who persevere themselves to be in a position of power treat others.
RE360 is awesome! I had some financial problems this year, and they were very wling to work with me during them. I was worried about losing my place, which I've been at for 6 years, but these guys really worked with me to set up a payment plan that made sense, and now, I'm in the clear! Looking forward to another six years, these guys are awesome! Thanks, RE360!
Wow. Wow. Wow. Jordan was such a helpful individual. He showed me EXACTLY what I've been looking for. If you want a hard working smart man this is the go to place in the 412 area. Thanks Team
Great company to rent from. I rented with them for 3 years, no complaints. They also have a lot of nice properties on the Southside of Pittsburgh.
Jordan showed us an apartment in Allentown that we were interested in. He was super responsive, professional, and went over and above in the time that we interacted with him. If Jordan is representative of everyone at RE 360, then I would definitely recommend to anyone needing an agent.
Leased a place from Re360 in Mt. Washington. Was my first time leasing a plave ever. Re360 was beyond helful with helping get started with moving and setting up utilities. The staff is very ease to get in communication with. Maitenance requests are processed quickly and efficiently.
Bought a house from them and have had nothing but problems since we moved in. After we moved in we had a pipe burst and the electric in the house was wired wrong and they refused to help us with any of it.
Way too many small issues to list but it seems like they made it look nice enough to sell but once we moved in things started to fall apart and we have put a lot more money in the house in the first few months than we ever expected.
Stay away from these people after you sign that lease you will wish you never did. Every 5 star on here is people that work for them. stay away.
I looked at many places through this company with Beau. He was very friendly, happy to answer any questions I had, and if there was something he didn't know, he would be honest and get back to me. I was very happy with most of the apartments he choose to pick for us to view. I never ended up moving into one of these houses/apartments, but that was due to difficulties finding roommates, but the experience of apartment searching with this company was good because everything I wanted to have addressed, was done so.
Before you rely on these very suspect positive reviews I highly suggest you speak to someone actually residing in an RE360 property. Pretty sure you'll hear a different story. One star only because at least one is necessary to post.
These people are so unprofessional and I have insider stories of how they talk behind everyone s back. Don t rent from them unless you want to be judged and talked about when you hang up the phone. They do not care about ripping you off or stealing extra money from you, they only care about themselves.
Very friendly staff! Helped a lot with maintenance calls, quickly and efficiently!!
