This business is a bad place to do business with and the properties are very cheaply put together and over priced. I would not recommend staying here or doing business here what so ever.

R360 made moving out to my own house the most incredible experience. They are always super informative and helpful and there whenever I have questions. Sarah and Jess are who I work with the most and I am so thankful for them. When considering looking for a place to rent in Pittsburgh, definitely go with one of their incredible properties!

Moving in June 1st. Got an email saying I can pick up the keys (on move in day) between 2-3pm. When renting from other landlords, I was able to pick up the keys when their office opened. It's frustrating to have a one hour window to pick up keys and not being able to start the move until midafternoon. On the upside, the staff seems friendly.

I would not recommend renting from this company. I have had many of the same problems that other people here have listed. The houses they rent out look fine at first, but they are not properly renovated. They just put the same vinyl flooring and stainless steel appliances in the all the houses and call it a day, without fixing anything like the sinking floors, or leaky basements. They will start contacting you after about 4 months into your lease and ask you to re-sign for another year to prevent an increase in rent. If you say no, they will start showing the house, usually with only a few hours notice at least every week, and sometimes multiple times per week. Also, they WILL take some or all of your security deposit when you leave for no reason. I rented a house with very small area of grass in front and to the side, and they took out $200 from the security deposit for "Grass and Hedge trimming," even though I cut and trimmed the grass a couple days before leaving. I'm just trying to save some other people from the hassle of dealing with this company, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS.

Friendly people, but terrible properties and worse maintenance service, incredibly overpriced, and they will absolutely nickle and dime you out of everything

Jordan was great! We weren t the easiest people to work with, but he always made time for us, answered any questions or concerns immediately, and provided great insight. He managed to get the lease dates changed to better suit our needs and talked us through every step of the process. I definitely recommend working with Jordan and Property Management!

Untrustworthy. They tried to sneak $75.00 on my lease a month Without Telling Me! Its the management that lost a sale, and I hope you run run run somewhere else. The salespeople seemed nice enough. They should find a better place to work. READ THE REVIEWS SOME ARE FAKE AND EASY TO SPOT. 1 stars or 5 yeah sounds legit

Re360 is very helpful and very responsive in any situation with their tenants!

They will scam you. They will charge you for utilities that do not even exist. We had multiple problems reported that were not even fixed throughout the whole year living there. Customer service is not great they are just there to make money.

I had a great experience with the leasing team at RE 360. They showed me numerous properties without getting frustrated at my many requests. I am very picky and I found a property that fit all of my needs and wants. If they could find me a place, I know they can find anyone a place. I highly recommend this company

We love working with everyone over at RE 360. When it comes to supporting their community they really deserve 5 stars. Thanks for being awesome neighbors and kicking butt at being super great people.

I recently had a maintenance appointment and it was fast and professional and efficient. This company recently bought the property I lived in for 9 years and I must say they have done exceptional work keeping me as a tenant whereas the last landlords were idiots. Recommend renting from this company for the Pittsburgh area.

Shawn showed us around RE360's apartments in Mount Washington and was a great guide. If looking in the area, I highly recommend RE360.

Great apartment, there for a year now. Accidentally left the keys in the house today, locking myself and my girlfriend out. Thank god Ed was close by and was at the house in 5 minutes. Very thankful.

Re360 is quick to respond to maintenance requests online, and they have an easy payment system online. My experience has been very positive. If we needed anything, re360 was accessible and available to help. I would recommend renting from them.

369 was great job of replacing my ceiling fan when it broke. They even helped with batteries for the smoke alarms and even trimmed the tree out front. Great job 360!

I ve been with Re360 for a year now, and had this review been written a year ago or even 5 months ago, it would have been 1 star and a scathing review. The previous management and landlords were horrible, unhelpful and rude.

This is NOT the case for the new management! I have worked many times with Emily, who is FANTASTIC. She is always friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure we get answers and whatever we need. I have also dealt with Jerico, who is just as wonderful and helpful. Jordan, one of the maintenance techs, is so amazing. He is always polite and helpful when it comes to broken things or even just routine maintenance. He is always friendly and willing to help.

Again, overall a great experience, which is saying a lot because of how horrible the old management was to me and my roommate.

In the four months I ve been renting from Re360 I ve been super pleased! I love the online portal where I can pay my rent with a debit card and place maintenance requests without needing to get on the phone! Such a huge step on their part to alleviate a lot of the typical hassles that come with renting. Thank you RE 360. Also shoutout to Emily!

Quite possibly the worst realty management company on the planet. I would honestly not be surprised if they had friends/family create fake reviews to prop up their overall numbers.

Some of the past things they have done: fraud (creating fake documentation to exploit tenants in court, rented out properties while still under contract, forced signing of leases under pressure and lying about the cost of rent)

All of the above things listed have happened, if you have a choice, don t get locked into a contract with a company that has no ethics.

Had a problem with plumbing during the COVID-19 situation we are having and called May 3rd at about 6:00 pm. Ed, was out the next day by 12:00 pm and fixed everything for me. Appreciate the fast service that RE360 provides.

Last year, I was a tenant of RE360 (Hajjah Holdings) briefly for a 6 month period. Although they have a very dedicated and kind man showing their properties, it had been the most stressful property I have ever rented. Although my apartment was beautiful, it was in a terrible area, which I was warned against, but reassured by their management that the crime in that area was nothing to worry about. That was completely untrue! My car had been robbed/broken into outside of my front door, as well as my neighbors and it was uncomfortable to be outside of my front door alone, even in the day time! I quickly learned I had made a terrible decision. Not to mention my apartment had a serious, unlivable inefficiency throughout the winter and by the time it was being handled face to face, I had withheld rent to get their undivided attention and it was not until Spring. (To keep the story short, drama free and professional). I would not recommended this company to anyone, ( or any of their other companies, Industry Enterprises, Birmingham Holdings, Partners XI) and it really is a shame because they are buying out everything and restoring it. But trust me, from experience it is NOT worth it!

RE360 deserves more than 5 stars , They are all so friendly and helped me find my first home out on my own Miah was extremely helpful and informative the application process was a piece of cake and they got back to me in the snap of a finger to let me know my application was approved and I was able to get my keys the same day! Pittsburgh needs more realtors like Re360 they are amazing !!!
