Look, they re not the best but they re not the worst. I ve been with them for almost a year so I can t speak to the security deposit issue people seem to be having. I can, however, confirm that they ask if you want to renew your lease for the next year after you ve been living there for only a few months (for an increased rent price). When we first moved in, our place had been vacant for a while and had a pretty nasty house fly infestation in the basement. A maintenance guy came to look at it but didn t really do much to spray/fix the issue. The flies died off quickly on their own though so we just avoided the basement for a week or so.

I live in a duplex and my half of the house has a basement that floods like no other when it rains. Just puddles of water on the floor. It s probably a foundation issue and not their fault, but I did submit several maintenance requests asking if someone could look into this and nothing they did seemed to help. I run a dehumidifier down there 24/7 for fear of mold, which I voiced as a concern in a maintenance request for said issue.

You have to pay a security deposit equal to 1 months rent, plus your first month s rent upfront, plus a pet deposit that is equal to ANOTHER month s rent. Again, I can t say whether or not I will see that money again.

Other than those things, they re fine. No worse than Lobos. I even looked at a few different apartments with Jordan for my upcoming lease term
