I just leased a QX60 from Ray Catena Infinity of Edison. Gunther Wu was extremely professional and helpful. They worked with me to get the lease as close as possible to what I had in mind. Gunther showed a lot of care with his follow-ups and making sure that he met our requirement and we were satisfied.

My husband and I were assisted by David Daroff at ray Catena Infiniti this past Saturday. David was very nice and knowledgeable. He assisted my husband with a test drive on a car he was interested in and was very helpful in the process of leasing this car. We left with my husbands brand new car a few hours after visiting. We are beyond pleased with the service David also being so warm and helpful with a process than can rather be difficult and exhausting. We were able to exchange many laughs and now David will have a life long customer from the Grossbergs and we will definitely be recommending him to friends family and colleagues.

Awesome place bought my car there but at the parts department they forgot to put a part in my bag , was closed had to wait for Monday and cost me extra money for the mechanic to put fix my car. Was a heavy spanish person. Front desk very professional.

My family has bought from Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison for many years. I personally have never purchased a vehicle until today. Since this was my first car purchase, and my first dealership I visited I was skeptical about the whole process. Chris Flusk made the purchase very simple. Identified my needs and assessed what would work best for me. Chris answered all my questions with detail and never pressured me into anything. I have been shopping for a new car for weeks...and having already been a satisfied Ray Catena customer in the past, I was hoping I could stick with Ray Catena. Fortunately, when I walked into Ray Catena Infinti, I was paired with Chris Simmons! From the onset, I knew that he would deliver the service and attention I was accustomed to...and neither he, or the rest of the staff, disappointed! Scheduled service online for 9:30am, dropped off promptly at 9:30am for a tire install and alignment. Car wasn t ready till 10:30am the following day a full 25 hours later. Was told it was just a crazy day. It was a $300 service, $260+ of it was labor and was told there was nothing they could do.

Nick Aberin is the best! I always go to him for any requests and he always comes through. I brought my car in to get a few things fixed. He got everything done for me in a timely manner and addressed all my concerns. He also found issues with my car that I was not even aware of and sorted them out for me. As for the dealership itself, purchasing the car was a breeze and the lounge and amenities they offer are great!

Excellent Sales Consultant made it all happen!

This was my first time leasing a car, since all my others have been financed; I was introduced to Paul Ebner and thats where all the magic began. My brother had been leasing car from Ray Catena Infiniti and Mercedes for years now. We currently have two leases that Paul took his time and effort to make happen. The process was fast and nothing short of professional.

My experience with Paul was fantastic, he MADE SURE I left the dealer that day with a brand new Infiniti G37Xs Coupe. I was ecstatic and couldn't thank Paul enough for making this happen.
Paul has been so great that i always recommend family and friends to visit Ray Catena Infiniti just to consult with him and get a car. He has came through for plenty of family members and friends.

I recently leased a 2014 Infinity Q50 AWD ( leased 2 Nissan Max... prior ) at Ray Catena, Edison N.J. The salesman, Jeff Simmon, was very professional, understood my needs and worked hard to make a deal.
The experience at the Dealership was excellent, and Jeff was instrumental in the lease process, and explained all details of the lease and car in a clear way.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2/14 to check on the grinding of my brakes. The metal on metal grinding sound had become so loud and bad that I was concerned about any safety hazards or any further damage that could have been caused to my car. I called Chris from sales who sold me the car and he spoke with the Manager along with Nick and Steve from service and they got me in the same day (2/3). They were able to have my car ready the next morning for me to pick up on my way to work so I did not have to miss a work day. I have never experienced such great service where someone took my concerns so seriously and wanted me to feel safe while driving that they went out of their way to get my car in to be fixed. I also thank the service team who took in my car last minute to change the back brakes while they already were very busy. From the moment I leased my car until now (2 years later) I have experienced nothing but the best service and will continue to go to this dealership when my lease is up!

When i asked him about and hidden or surprise fees, he responded "we don't play those games here", and from that very moment i felt comfortable that he would lead me in the right direction. Been with Infiniti since 2015. Every experience has been amazing. Chad has followed us with service since day 1 and helped link us with Jack when it was time to trade up. Both Jack and Chris worked with us on price and packages that best suited our needs. Every time we re there they remember us by name and engage with our toddler son. Experience in and of itself is equally as important as getting a good price. Knowing that makes being an Infiniti customer in Edison worth it! We will always be coming back Jack!

Was looking for an entry level pre-owned luxury car in the market and the Infiniti G37x sporty and luxury hybrid; combined with the welcoming nature of Ray Catena dealership just made the car buying experience so much easier and fun.
Our Sales person Rich was straightforward and transparent with all there answers. We did asked multitude of questions as this was the first time we're buying a pre-owned but Rich answered them very patiently.

We visited Ray Catena being interested in an older QX60 model. My salesmen Natasha was extremely helpful throughout the process and very responsive, even after the purchase! she offered us a test drive to show us the handling and capabilities , which we were pleasantly surprised about. He took the time to explain the vehicle inside and out and answer all of our questions while finding the best vehicle to fit our needs. We also did not feel pressured at all during the process. The team was very helpful in working with our insurance to assist in the paperwork. Overall, we have been most impressed by the continued customer service offered by Natasha post-purchase. He remains accessible to answer any questions and help when convenient for us. We would certainly recommend Ray Catena and Natasha to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Good afternoon.

Good afternoon.
I call today was trying to get some info on the QX50.
It's the worst service have ever receive, first start with the receptionist was not pleasant at all, I was put on hold for 15 minutes a male pick up after 15 minutes his exact word was who is this oh sorry I thought the phone was for me, then he just put the call right back in the queue without asking me what I need, was on hold for another 20 minutes, I finally hand up the phone and call back, this time Gloria answer I ask for a manager and wad told they all are busy, was on hold for a few minutes she pick back up the phone then ask if I would like to leave a message I said no she quickly hang up the phone no apology for waiting so long, am in the process of looking for a new vehicle but this dealer will never get my business you have just lost a customer, please don't send me anymore email.

Jack really knows the INFINITI product inside and out - he is a good listener, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had one of the worst car shopping experiences at...

I had one of the worst car shopping experiences at their Edison Infiniti location. I hate to brush the entire dealership with a broad stroke since I only met 2 people, so I'll be specific. It started from the moment I walked in the door. I had an appointment but was running late, so I called to notify my salesperson. When I arrived I was told someone other than who I spoke with wold assist me.There was only 1 other customer in the show room when I arrived that morning, but I waited almost 10 minutes. The receptionist called David Daroff on the phone, but he did not answer. She also got frustrated and yelled his name several times, because he was sitting at his desk which was clearly visible from where we stood, yet he still didn't answer. The receptionist finally walked over to him to tell him I was there. One would expect the salesperson to greet a potential customer, but I was told to walk back to where he was. I've purchased cars on my own for the last 20 years and never had to seek out a salesperson. As I approached him he did not even make eye contact or get up from his seat. He was concentrating on "paperwork" as I said good morning with a smile, then he finally acknowledged me and extended his hand (from a seated position). The rest of my experience was downhill from there. I had research in hand on the QX30 and explained I wanted to test drive and learn more about the vehicle since it was a newer model, but I had recently seen 1 on the road and liked it. The conversation was very one sided, with me asking all the questions and him being very vague. The actual test drive was extremely painful. When we walked outside to the car, he described nothing about it and simply told me to get in. No opened door or look around the vehicle. He walked straight to the passenger door. I asked what trim line I was in and he said it was the sport version, but they all drive the same. He didn't ask me which trim I was interested in, however. He did not instruct me on any features and literally asked me one question during the drive around the block, which was "so what do you think?" When I asked if they had the trim level I liked in stock he said, "maybe, I don't know, they're selling so fast". We sat through the test drive in silence while I attempted to asked what questions I could muster through my shock at his poor service. I got the feeling I was wasting his time. When we arrived back at the dealership he told me to go look at the floor model, which was well beyond what I needed. When he finally came back to me, I asked what their current lease specials are and he said "it's what you have on your paper, we don't do negotiating or haggling," which typically is great to hear but not in such a bombastic tone. I then asked if he could view his inventory and discuss pricing he said it would take "45 minutes" to do all of that, almost to deter me. I have family members/friends who have purchased from Infiniti and Ray Catena, so I was confident about my choice to visit this dealership. Let me just say that I am coming out of a Nissan lease so I was very motivated to discuss my options, and even come back if it couldn't be finished that day because I had a family event that afternoon. But after the test drive, I couldn't leave fast enough. Even after all of that, I mentioned that I would also be interested in the QX50 since it was larger. He did not even attempt to address my interest in that vehicle. Finally when I made it clear that I was leaving, the more cordial sales manager came over, and to my surprise offered a possible additional incentive off of the car. But I thought they didn't negotiate? Even if I completely loved the car, I would never purchase from this location. I'm not sure if it was my age, gender or ethnicity, but perhaps if I was someone else I would have received a much more customer friendly reception. I see another review where the person said David went over every detail with them. Maybe he had an off day but I'll be headed to another Infiniti dealer.

Such a hassle free, efficient and quality experience. Most of the transaction was done over the phone and signing was done at the dealership. Scott was organized, friendly and very thorough in explaining all the details of the packages, car info and making sure I left with all of my questions answered. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or buy. Inquisition was done on Saturday and by Monday the car was ready for pickup. Great communication and service!!

Unlike other interactions in other dealerships in recent days, my interactions with both Joe (upon my initial arrival) and Jack (later on in my first visit and in subsequent days) were more conversational without the overly obvious (and borderline desperate) sales approach; it felt like they listened --- and responded --- to what I was saying (whether about the car I was interested in or my life situation in general) without awkwardly interjecting how great a car's features were. They recognized I was knowledgeable of the car I desired as well as of Infiniti in general (having been an Infiniti car owner since 2004), though Jack was quite knowledgeable. I sometimes felt as if I were dealing with an acquaintance (if not an outright friend) than a salesperson. Following the sale, I was pleasantly surprised when Jack contacted my insurance company on my behalf. And I was even more pleasantly surprised when I unexpectedly saw Jack waiting to pick me up at the nearby rental car location as I arrived there to drop off my rental (I was about to call him when I suddenly just saw him waiting there!). Though I was initially not intending to buy just then, I convinced myself otherwise by the combination of beneficial pricing and the very much appreciated customer service.

It was the first time when I and my wife visited Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison and we liked it. Previously we already had an experience with the other dealerships and we place Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison on the high level. Helping us to get our QX60, Matt Goldberg and Craig Sirota treated us very warm with professionalism and respect to the customers. It was a pleasure to deal with both of these guys. My name in Vincent Palladino and Grigory Rozanfeld was my saleperson.I had purchased an Infiniti in 2002 and by coincident Grigory was my salesperson. He was very efficient, kind and courteous as he was in 2002. He was able to offer me a deal that I was comfortable with and that was affordable to me. The reason I leased an Infiniti was due to me having an accident. I slid on black ice and totaled the car. I do believe that the strength of the car(QX4-SUV) truly saved my life. I walked away without a scratch. Therefor I felt that I wanted an Infiniti again and Grigory made it possible for me. I was very pleased with the service at Ray Catena. I have been a customer for many years also dealing with Ray Catena Mercedes as well. I was also very pleased with Grigory. The sales experience exceeded my expectations. I typically view car buying experiences as all "smoke and mirrors" and unpleasant but my salesperson, Jack Miller, and Joe (manager) abated those concerns.

Jack was very direct about pricing and not pushy even when I expressed my indecisiveness about the QX50 and a direct competitor. I was encouraged to do my due diligence so I could be comfortable with my final decision. This coupled with competitive pricing ultimately sealed the deal. I have been an Infiniti customer for 6 years now and was happy to remain in the Ray Catena Infiniti family! They value loyalty and their clients!

Leasing our QX 60 with Chris Simmons and Joe Scribellito was flawless experience. Chris was so knowledgeable about the product and described it in great detail. He answered all of our questions. We didn t feel rushed at all or pressured to make a decision. We told Chris and Joe the amount we wanted to pay and they made it happen even accommodating to extra options. When we picked up the car the following day Chris described every piece of paper before I signed it. He continues to exceed our expectations by calling us to make sure everything is going well with the car and to see if we have any questions. I had leased 3 Infiniti's before my purchase of a fourth last night. The luxury of Infiniti's speak for itself and no matter where you purchase it from, you know what you are going to get from the car.

However, what you don't know is the kind of service you get when you walk into a dealership because each dealership is unique in their own way. Well I can say without a doubt, working with Gunther Wu and the entire Ray Catena Infiniti staff was "the" best experience I've had at a dealership.

From the receptionist, to the salesman, to the manager, to the service rep, to the drivers... the ENTIRE organization is hands down THE BEST!

I would give the dealership 10 stars if there were more stars to give. Thank you Ray Catena Infiniti for the wonderful experience.

Recently purchased our 2nd car from Ray Catena of Edison. Previous purchase was in 2008 and our Sales person was Grigory Rozenfeld. We were immediately impressed with his overall knowledge of every aspect of the car we were going to buy. He gave us the impression we were buying something special and he was correct. Could not be happier with our car. We just purchased another Infiniti from Grigory this past week and had the same experience. He followed up on any issues and guided us effortlessly through the purchase process. He is 1st class all the way.

Great service after defective new vehicle found!

Chris Flusk was a huge part of our Infiniti experience. My wife purchased a vehicle from Ray Catena Infiniti and found corrosion under the car
at the connection fittings and piping. Furious to find such corrosion on a new vehicle, my wife brought the vehicle back to infiniti to advise the managers of the defects found under the vehicle. She made it known that she isn't accepting anything less than another new vehicle. Immediately, Chris Flusk got involved because he was involved with the original purchase of the vehicle, but he was instrumental in getting
with infinit to provide my wife with a new replacement vehicle. After some negotiating and justification with infiniti as to why it was important to provide their customer with another new vehicle, Chris called my wife and I with good news on another new vehicle for my wife. On the day my wife was supposed to pick up her new vehicle, there was an error on the type of vehicle requested, but Chris immediately requested another vehicle from another location with the same type of package deal my wife originally has, and Chris ensured that the vehicle was delivered the same day of the request. After waiting for the delivery, my wife received the call from Chris that her vehicle had arrived and they would detail the vehicle before she received it. Once we arrived onsite, I looked over and under the car to inspect for defects and corrosion and found the undercarriage to be acceptable, and 10 times better than the vehicle my wife was currently driving. In conclusion, the overall service experience received by Chris Flusk and his service team was by far the best service experience received during all of the years of owning vehicles. I would recommend Chris Flusk and the Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison in a heartbeat.

Living in Long Island, I worked with Christina Colucci via email to negotiate and close the lease terms for a new Q50 and received a fantastic deal on the vehicle. She communicated all details to me very well and was upfront throughout the entire process. Christina had all documents prepared and ready to go once I arrived, and I was not encountered with any surprises. Everything went smooth and I was quickly back on the road with my new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and moreover, Christina, to anyone in the market for an Infiniti.

I wish i can put 0 stars, this place has horrible Customer Service, in the Service Department front desk. I always call in advance for service and my response is we are booked sorry we cant take you, sometimes two weeks in advance. Today I called and explained all my lights are on and my speedometer is not working can I please come in to get it looked at the response again was we are booked. Don't bother bring your car here even if its getting ready to break down on you while driving they might be "too booked" for you. I will not purchase another car from this Infiniti nor bother calling again to try and attempt to service my Infiniti. Dont waste your time calling here!!

We are not happy with this company and the car (Q50) which we leased 3 months ago.
In the matter of 2 1/2 months , we had 3 flat tires. After the first incident, we had to replace the entire tire.
We called the Ray Catena to inform them, they said someone from service department will call us. A week past and no one called back.
At the end of second week, we had to change 2 tires (including the new one from last week) at the same time.
Again, we called Ray Catena and informed them, we left a message for Service manager. 2 weeks has past and nobody called us to discuss this problem.
This is a disaster company and I would never work with them and tell all of my friend not to buy or lease any car from them.

This car purchase experience was the best I've ever had. There was complete transparency in pricing and terms and no surprises. Christina Colucci was very responsive to my emails in advance and also provide detailed clear answers to my questions which made the visit to the dealer very smooth. Chris Flusk, her manager, then came over and stepped through all of the documentation with me and went through each page in detail. I would highly recommend Christina and Chris and would definitely work with the two of them again.

I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle but ...

I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle but had no idea what I wanted. One thing I did know was that I wanted to purchase from Ray Catena. I purchased a Lexus from Ray Catena in the past and the level of service I receive is like no other. So there was no question on this. Now what to get??? I visited many different dealers: Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Land Rover...All very nice cars but then I hit Infinity!! Christopher Simmons was the first one to greet us. From the very beginning he was very professional yet personable. We explained our situation and what we were looking for and he pointed me in the direction on the 2015 Q50. Chris took us on multiple test drives and showed me so many things the car had. I am really a hands on type of person so "I need to see it to believe it" I can't "picture it" from a broacher or website. Chris understood that and showed me everything I needed to see, without being pushy. Not like the stereotypic "Salesman". I was done looking, Chris paired me with the car that I wanted all along, I just didn't know it. Then after deciding on what I wanted, Chris made the paper work as seamless as possible. One of his managers also came by to speak a few words but I can definitely say that this deal was all due to the EXECLLENT service from Christopher Simmons. People like Chris are what make Ray Catena the exception that they are!!! You have a great asset in your cooperation.

This was the first time that we had the opportunity of dealing with Infiniti of Edison and their sales force. I am very pleased to state that our experience was an extremely positive one. Our salesperson, Christina Colucci, was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She addressed all of our questions and concerns and patiently answered each and every one of them in a positive manner.

My husband and I leased our new Q50 through Ray Catena of Edison and had one of the best experiences. We dealt with Anthony Marino, he was an absolute pleasure. By the time we left the dealership we basically felt like family. He made us feel comfortable explaining all the features throughout the car, he even followed up the following day just to make sure everything was ok with the car. You never think you could develop a relationship with a salesman at a car leasing company, but with Anthony we didn't just feel like we were another sale. He truly went above & beyond. We would absolutely lease another car through Ray Catena & we hope to work with anthony some time in the future.

I want to start off saying that I love my Q60s convertible. My lease is going to expire and while I was in getting an oil change, I decided to talk to a salesmen about the 2017 models coming out. I wanted to find out about leasing another convertible. The salesman I spoke to was so rude and starting talking to me like I was an idiot. I don't know why salesman think that when they see a woman coming alone to talk about a car that its a waste of their time. I walk away so discussed that If I do decide to lease again it may not be from this dealership.

Gunther was not just a salesperson but someone who understood what my needs were and understood my budget as well. He worked tirelessly, along with the team, to ensure he delivered exactly what I was looking for. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end.
