One of the best local owned businesses! There are fresh plants there and a cooler full of fresh cut flowers for occasions. And many accessories for all gardening needs.

Beautiful flowers bought site unseen. They had the courtesy to take a pic for me and run a very special message over to the funeral home. I didn't get to see the other 3 sets of flowers but I found them online so I was more interested in my special order. My friend is gone but with the memory cups her sister will cherish. Haentze s has never let me down! Back when I lived in FdL, it was always my go-to garden center and florist. Now I live in Texas and they re still giving me great service and beautiful plants and flowers. I call them whenever I want to send one of my family members or friends back in FdL a little something special. I know I can trust them to find just the right thing. Today it was Pat. She was awesome. She helped me pick out the perfect small easy-care plant that s just now starting to bloom. Since I m so far away (and can t FaceTime or Zoom ), I asked if it was possible to attach a photo of the gift to the email with the receipt. Not a typical request and not a service they offer. She said yes, I think I can arrange that. Thank you, Pat, for going the extra mile. I sure do appreciate it. Thanks, also, to everybody at Haentze s for many years of great help and service! Great job. I got a call from them saying they could not locate the delivery address I had given them. I checked and discovered I had given them the wrong one. When I corrected the information, five minutes later the plant was delivered to the right location, and was lovely in the condition promised. Thank you!

Picked out flowers for my grandma but the lady that helped me wasn't very helpful and I felt like she was very rude.

I rec'd a bouquet sent from my mom in November 2017. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL. They lasted a LONG time after getting them, and stayed so nicely. I will definitely use them in the future!

Order flowers for daughter's prom and looked nothing like what we ordered. Complained about them and they did nothing to fix them. Very poor quality and customer service is terrible. Will not ever go back.

They were great during meetings, followed the pictures however flowers looked about 4-5 days old, rose heads kept popping off and the groomsmen and ushers flowers were wrong color and wrong style. The father of the bride's Rose was falling apart before the service. I would not recommend this company for wedding flowers!

Absolutely beautiful arrangement. Very high quality flowers; the bouquet lasted over two weeks. Wonderful staff accommodated the personal touch I was looking for.

The selection of houseplants is pretty decent and I have been able to find some rarer/hard to find plants in the 4-inch area on occasion. Prices are a tiny bit steeper than most of the other nurseries in the area ($7.99 for a 4-inch as of my last visit) but by no means unreasonable. Service is great; the last time I was there they only had something I was looking for in a hanging basket so I asked if they could go check in the back and they came out with a 4-inch pot of the item I was looking for.

They were great for our wedding flowers! Lynn was awesome at making sure I got exactly what I wanted. We went by the day before the wedding and checked over everything and she encouraged me to tell her anything I wanted changed to make sure I loved it.

I arrived close to closing time and they took their time, I didn't feel rushed which was greatly appreciated. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great customer service! I ordered flowers online, my confirmation email made my message looked jumbled I called to confirm it said what I wanted. Gloria was super sweet and read me my message. The flowers were delivered and they were gorgeous! You pay a decent amount for flowers at a funeral and sometimes they are disappointing BUT not here. These were honestly the best floral arrangement I have ordered. I will continue to use Haentze when ever possible.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for mothers day. I live in Michigan so I didn't know of any local florist in the area. I heard that Haentze was a good place to go. I ended up ordering the flowers online and had them delivered. I ordered them at like 3 or 4 pm and they had them delivered by 9 am the next morning. I was very impressed with that. However when my mom sent me a picture of them I was a little disappointed by the way some of the flowers looked. So I called and I believe I talked with Jeff. I told him that for the most part they looked good, but some of them looked a little wilted, and I wanted them to be perfect for my mom. We talked a little bit, and he ended up telling me he would make a new bouquet for her and deliver them again. I work for a jewelry company that our mission is to take care of the client, and I was glad to see that he had the same values as me when it comes to taking care of clients.

This company may make acceptable flower arrangements but their customer service is extremely poor. I've talked to 2 different people over the phone about ordering flowers for a funeral and both times it was like talking to a brick wall. They don't listen and interrupt when I try to explain what I want. Maybe an in person visit is better.

I had a GREAT experience with Haentze Floral Company. I placed an order late in the day for a funeral the next day. Given COVID, I didn't have the exact details for the funeral. They turned my order around very quickly. I actually scheduled to have them delivered to the funeral home when they should have gone to the church. They were delivered to the church in time for the service. GREAT example of GREAT customer service. Well done Haentze!

She knew her flowers and offered great suggestions that really made my arrangements better than I ever imagined! I am a whimsical bride. Mariah nailed it! Our wedding theme was the tree-of-life with a color of Tiffany/pool/robin egg blue. Our centerpieces had metallic hand-punched leaves, which Mariah gladly included in our flowers so EVERYTHING matched. My flowers made my wedding day beyond perfect. Even though I was given a sample bouquet, a timeline of creating/drop off, I had no hesitation to book with Haentze Floral Co. I knew I could enjoy my wedding day - even during the COVID-19 pandemic - and have no worries. Haentze Floral Co is just that good! Mariah's work is literally an artform in your hands. Another side note: I had a disabled bridesmaid and Haentze Floral Co worked with me to make the perfect bouquet that she could hold (which also doubled as my toss bouquet).
