My name in Vincent Palladino and Grigory Rozanfeld was my saleperson.I had purchased an Infiniti in 2002 and by coincident Grigory was my salesperson. He was very efficient, kind and courteous as he was in 2002. He was able to offer me a deal that I was comfortable with and that was affordable to me. The reason I leased an Infiniti was due to me having an accident. I slid on black ice and totaled the car. I do believe that the strength of the car(QX4-SUV) truly saved my life. I walked away without a scratch. Therefor I felt that I wanted an Infiniti again and Grigory made it possible for me. I was very pleased with the service at Ray Catena. I have been a customer for many years also dealing with Ray Catena Mercedes as well. I was also very pleased with Grigory. He is very good at what he does especially that that he is at Ray Catena so many years. He must be happy and he passes it on to his clients.I would and have always praised the service I have always received . Thank you .
