Hendley Properties is awesome! Administration is extremely friendly and always eager to help. I have lived with Hendley Properties for three years and never had an issue with anybody or anything. Maintenance is great! I have only had to call them a few times and each time they've shown up within 1.5 days to fix the issue. Rates are very competitive, especially for the space you get with your apartment. Also, if you resign with them, you do not have to move out until your unit for the following year is ready and you would not believe how stress-relieving that is! Everybody there makes you feel like family and it really impacts your experience throughout your college career. Sad that I only have one year left, but I definitely look forward to keeping in touch! I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful and usually very quick to respond to a request. We have lived here for two years and never had any major problems. We actually signed a lease for a one bedroom across town because Hawthorne was full but two adults, a baby and a dog would have had a hard time fitting in one bedroom. Luckily someone backed out of their lease at Hawthorne and we were able to move back into the two bedroom unit we were in before without any trouble. Very helpful and caring staff to look out for us like that we were the first ones they notified of the free unit. They even moved the people who were supposed to move into our unit into a different place so we didnt have to move. Love Hendley!
I wish I could give them less than one star because they don't even deserve one. I would like people know how horrible my experience was. I sincerely think these people do not know how to run a housing company. I also think that all they care about is getting their money from college students who are just trying to get a education.
We had problems with them from the very beginning. They kept loosing important papers. They never showed us the actual house that we signed for, so we moved into the dumpiest house they had, without warning. They never fixed anything we told them to fix. They collected $200 from me and each of my roommates, a total of $800, to clean and paint walls. We moved in and nothing was done. The second lease we signed, they told us the wrong monthly rent amount to put on the lease, so of course they made us pay the difference when it was their mistake.
We signed a joint lease without them explaining to us what it is, meaning if someone doesn't pay than the other tenets are responsible. One of my roommates stopped paying her rent, so me and another roommate had to pay. After we refused to pay, they threatened to send me and other roommate to collections, which will ruin our credit forever, even though we payed our rent on time each month for two years. Luckily, It didn't come to any of that.
We thankfully got the opportunity to move out and I thought that I would never have to hear from them again, but I was wrong.They still contact us for more money. We also payed for rent when we weren't living their because they wouldn't refund us, meaning for 2 weeks other tenets got to live rent free. THEN, they mistakenly charge us for another months rent because they can't get their stuff together.
In my opinion, do not go anywhere near Hendley Properties locations.
Lived and been around Hendley Properties for almost a year now. I would not trade this experience for anything. The maintenance is quick and professional, the office works for me and helps me obtain an answer quick and easy. I recommend Hendley to anyone who needs a nice place to live in Statesboro they rent to all ages and backgrounds. Give them a call!!!
I have lived in the same one bedroom house at their Planter's Row property for 3 years. My house is connected to another one bedroom house. My dad and I always talk about how lucky I was to find this place when I moved here. I officially have to move in July and I am very sad about it. I hope I get half as lucky with the next place when I move to Florida. I did not have issues with any of my neighbors. Holly and Hendley are always so helpful and smiling whenever I come into their office. Everyone that I have talked to who works for Hendley Properties has always been nice and helpful. If I could live in this house forever I would. I would definitely recommend leasing with them and especially recommend Planter's Row!

Hands down best landlords, service, and quality. My experience at Georgia Southern simply wouldn t have been the same without them! You feel like you re living in an actual home, as opposed to an apartment complex run by some out of town corporation. 10 out of 10 recommend. It was definitely my home away from home my last two years of college.
The price of this apartment (Hawthorne) seems like a steal, but once the charges start adding up, you quickly learn that this place is not worth it at all. Upon move in, our apartment was dirty and gross, it was a huge let down to all the hype they give you. The office claimed that cleaners were coming and they just hadn't gotten to our unit yet. They never came. Lived there a year, not one time did maintenance show up when they were actually needed, when they did, it was without notice. Our mailbox door broke and I called multiple times to get it fixed because I needed my mail. Their solution was to unlock the mail box and leave the door open for anyone to come along and steal our mail. Never got fixed. The last month or so of living there, the upstairs shower stopped getting any hot water. Never had anyone come fix it. When we moved out, we were absolutely f***** by a bunch of charges for ridiculous things. Each of us were charged a fee because a small picture was left behind and a small bench. They charged us for having to walk outside and put a picture in the trash. Walked away from this mess of a place having to pay these people $300+ and I can't even really fathom why. They just want your money. Don't even listen to whatever BS they have to say in defense to their negative reviews, they need to step up their game and maybe focus more on their backwards policies and not pull fees out of the air for more money. Absolutely no consideration. We left that apartment cleaner than we found it, was relieved to be gone, and get multiple emails about charges and how we'll be handed over to a collection agency if we don't pay. Puh-lease. If you think you're going to save money living here, think again. Utilities aren't included and no furnishing, which might seem fine and not a big deal but once summer hits, you're screwed. The place isn't well ventilated so you're looking at $400 electric bills just to have a livable temperature in your home. All the furniture you buy will end up in the trash because you'll most likely move out and find a furnished place. You're better off going somewhere all inclusive that also doesn't smell like sewage and crawling with bugs (they'll blame you and charge you for the bugs btw!). It may seem like you're spending more, but in the end you will save so much money, time, and energy. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
Do not rent a house under these people. The male manager is the most unprofessional weasel I have ever spoken to. I lived in Statesboro for 3 years at 3 different places and they were the worst by far.
I have lived in two houses in Planters Row, two apartments in Hawthorne and in a single family home with Hendley Properties and my experiences with them have been wonderful. They were always so friendly to me and quick to fix any issue that might have come up. I could tell they really care about their tenants. I would definitely recommend living with them.
If I could give more stars, I would! The Hendley Properties team are wonderful! My boyfriend will be going (just signed a new lease) on his third year living with them in June/July, and I sadly will be leaving in December after a yearish. I only have positive things to state.
Maintenance was always prompt and courteous. One of the most impressive feats was when our old AC unit died, I made a request at 12:08 AM, and the maintenance team was there at 8:00 AM the same day. The office staff was also very courteous and professional. At one point, our neighbors just moved in were being hostile. After alerting the office staff, the office manager personally visited them to rectify the situation.
Personally I am not a very picky person. While at Hendley properties, every time me and my roommates were billed for something instead of arguing we paid. Whenever we needed something fixed , (stairway rail, front door, Windows, etc) it would always take them weeks to fix the problems. I don't get the option to pay my rent weeks late without a late fee. We called about the wall beside our door several times, but they never came to fix it, instead they just replaced the door and left our problems unsolved. The refrigerator leaked, the washing machine and dryer broke multiple times. Instead of picking up the broken washing machine after they finally replaced it, they just left it sitting in our living room for weeks. Not to mention my bathroom sink exploded out of nowhere one day while showering and the hot water burned me and the paint off the walls. They never cleaned this mess, I personally had to sweep and wash paint off my floors and all they did was bring a dehumidifier days later. Needless to say we had the worst apartment out of every possible unit, but we rarely complained, if ever.
Upon moving out I along with my family personally broke out backs to clean every floor and corner of the house. We had two roommates sublease during the year. This means that Hendley Properties collected a total of $1200 dollars from each of us for cleaning and community fees. This covers one coat of paint. After fining us for half of the things that we previously called them to fix during the year, they sent me a bill for $103 dollars. The email stated that this was the final walk through and these were the bills that they needed by the end of the month. I have no problem paying these fees and have already done so. They then call me and tell me that I owe an additional $150 dollars for a pencil drawing on the wall in my room. I found this simply ridiculous seeing as they already collected a total of $1200 dollars from us , which covers a coat of paint on every wall in the house. The drawing took up a span of 5ft by 2ft in my bedroom. Had I known I would be charged $150 dollars I would have bought a bucket of paint myself and went over it myself, that would have been a lot cheaper. We had to move out on the 15th, in my opinion they could use the half month of rent from me and my 3 roommates to paint the walls, but obviously that's not the point I'm trying to make. I understand that the women in the offices are just the messengers and they treated us kindly, but the fines were ridiculous. Besides the door damage we left the place in better shape than we found it.
I was also fined for a mount in my wall, in which there was sheetrock damage done. I patched up the holes in my walls, while my roommate left the entire mount embedded in the wall and received no fines for his room. I too find this ridiculous. Apparently I will have to pay all these fines, so my word of advice to those who see this message is think very wisely before moving into Hendley properties. Don't do anything while living there. You will be fined for every single thing. Be very cautious. I won't be coming back. I was living in the Hawthorne apartments.
Living with Hendley Properties has been a great experience, our a/c unit blew out on us during the warmer months and it just so happened to be on a Sunday. The maintenance crew worked diligently to make sure we were comfortable in our home with portable a/c units to cool down the house THAT DAY. i would highly suggest living here with affordable rent, friendly neighbors and staff. you just can't beat it.

Hendley Properties is the way to go. My boyfriend locked himself out of his apartment late on a Saturday, but they were there with a master key within 10 minutes. Always super helpful with any problem you have.
do not care about residents concerns and safety. we had an illegal tenant in our unit, made multiple reports, and nothing was done until about a month and a half later. she threatened another roommate and i, keyed our cars, confronted us in our home (which she was not signed to) and they let her move 2 units down. that s HIGHLY unprofessional and i will most definitely not be signing here again. if you care about your safety as well as others, don t sign here. clearly they don t play by their lease.
I'm a poor college student yet I always paid my rent on time. I had two other roommates, one of whom also always paid on time and the other would sometimes pay late, but he was poor too and would still make monthly payments. Whatever, that's neither here nor there. Anyways, after a full year of living in these properties I never had a complaint. Until today.
I moved out of my house back in June, having settled all of my accounts with Hendley, the utility companies etc. I've always been very conscious of my debts because I want to maintain a good credit rating. Today in the mail however, I received a threatening letter from the credit management services of Georgia, a debt collecting service. They threatened to report that I had over $1,000 in back payments due to this housing property and to downgrade my credit if I failed to settle the amounts owed TODAY. I was absolutely flabbergasted.... I had settled all of my debts already, this was coming out of left field. I called the leasing company and they snidely informed me that the housing contract I signed allowed them to pursue owed money through other avenues. I told them I had already paid everything down and they said one of my other roommates still owed money. I told them that the reason we all signed that contract was because it was $30 a month cheaper and we attributed that change in price to reduced amenities services, not to an increase in shared responsibility and l told them I never would have signed that contract had that been laid out to me. They informed me that it was too late for that and I needed to pay up or face the consequences. I tried explaining to them that I am a POOR college student, any money I have I get through a couple of part time jobs and I use that money for food and textbooks. They couldn't have cared less. I mean for a company that caters to college students, you would think they would have some empathy but no.
First chance they got, they hired a debt collecting service to start harassing me, my parents, and the other roommate for money we shouldn't have to pay. Scum of the earth. I'm trying to get a college education and now on top of having to worry about midterms and working my part time job(s) I have a money grubbing leasing property chomping at the bit to have me jailed for someone else's owed money.
Screw this kind of stuff man. This leasing company is heartless. Through and through. Also, the houses are built next to a "water treatment facility" aka sewage facility and half the time it smells like dung.
This atmosphere is great they are very easy to work with. Christian and family based company makes it feel like you are joining a family when you sign with them. Overall great experience!
I had a fantastic experience living at the Village at Midtown! The property was well-maintained, and the amenities were all basically brand new. No complaints from me (and I'm quite particular)!
The staff at the main office are super friendly and very professional. The move-in and move-out processes are smooth and easy. Whenever I had a problem, which was rare, I received a prompt response from management with a solution.

A great place to live! I lived in Hendley Properties for 3 years during college. I lived in Greenbriar for 1 year and Hawthorne for 2 years. During those 3 years, the customer service was top notch. Their staff is helpful, and they are quick to answer service calls. It is a professional organization. I would highly recommend Hendley Properties.

Hendley Properties is by far the best rental company in Statesboro! Every member of my family has rented from Hendley Properties from my mom in 1983 to my sister in 2008-2011 to me in 2013-2015 to my brother 2015-now to my youngest brother who just decided to go to GSU fall of 2017. If I had to guess he will also end up living in a Hendley Property. We have had great success with them, and have had nothing but great experiences with them. If we ever have a problem we have always been able to get Bryan on the phone, and it is handled right away. Thanks for the many great years Hendley Properties!!

Hendley Properties made me feel so welcome when I stepped into the office at Greenbriar. They are down to earth and easily the friendliest property management group in town. What you see is what you get. It is family owned and operated, and they treat their customers as part of the family too. I highly recommend renting with them!
I'm writing this review after having lived in Hawthorne apts for 1 1/2 years. My experience here overall has been OKAY, there are ups and downs to living here (but keep in mind thats the same as anywhere in town). First off, the management are very nice and helpful and do make you feel at home here. I never had any problems with them and they will let you off the hook for being late on rent (for your first time). The design of the apartments is poor. The roads in Hawthorne are very narrow and makes driving through with traffic a chore. Also, most of hawthorne is located adjacent to a sewage treatment plant, and the smell of raw sewage is noticeable 50% of the time. It never was a problem once inside the apartment for me, but it does make being outside in the area unpleasant. The walls are very thin and the stairs are creaky. The appliances are old and screened in porch was ripped up. There are lots of other minor details but you get the point. Rent was $315 a month + utilities. This seems cheap until you live here over the Summer. The insulation isn't great so expect $300+ power bills June-August (to keep it at 80 degrees all day). Usually though it sums up to under $400 during fall and spring. maintenance is also kind of hit or miss. they usually show up fast but don't solve the issue immediately. Sometimes it takes the third or fourth time to actually fix the problem. All this being said, it is fairly affordable, and compared to all the other places in town, its average. The only downsides I experienced that wouldn't happen at other apartments are having to smell raw sewage, and having to drive to go anywhere. Hawthorne is somewhat isolated and if you don't have a car, its a long way to walk/bike to get anywhere.
In summary, Hawthorne is alright. Not bad for the price, and the community around is very safe feeling. Don't get your expectations up though, you get what you pay for, this isn't the Hamptons.
Holly & the staff at Hendley Properties are amazing! I planned to live here for the upcoming year, but had a job opportunity arise out of state. They helped me find someone to sublease and made the process go a lot smoother than I had expected. They have been helpful since day one when I was first interested in living in Planters Row & have continued to help me through the end. I am grateful for their help & sad I won't be living here, the neighborhood is great! Hendley Properties truly cares about your experience with them & will go out of their way to help you out!

I'm living here right now. The landlords are friendly and get issues fixed quickly. The house is really nice, barring a few minor wierdnesses with the layout, and they just installed street lights out in the parking so it's nice and well-lit. I'm really happy living here and may well do so the rest of my time at college.

They are a very fair business in what can be a very scary thing of renting a house as a college student. If you go to Georgia Southern and you want the best prices and services for housing look no where else than this company.
I lived with Hendley for three years, staying in the same house the entire time. I even ended up working for them for over a year during my time as a student. Since then, I've worked for two other management groups. Let me tell you... Putting in work orders, requesting info on billing, and any questions you may have is easy - there's no jumping through hoops like there is with a lot of other groups in the area. The leasing approach is direct, honest, and thorough. The lease itself is comprehensive but easy to follow. Communication with residents is transparent and timely - apply with an email you check regularly and download the app & you'll never miss a beat. The entire staff makes themselves incredibly available to residents and prospective residents - this is unlike anywhere else in the area. Read your lease, provide accurate contact info, don't act a fool, and your life will be a breeze living with them. I wish I never had to graduate and could live/work there forever!

I locked myself out of my apartment on a sunday. I called the emergency line and they had someone out to let me back in within 5-10 minutes. I was very pleased with the response time especially on a sunday.

I rented with Hendley Properties for 3 years. There service is great, property managers are very accommodating, and the maintenance staff is responsive. Pest control is included with the price to that is a huge plus! The property manager is onsite 5 days a week if you live in Planters Row or Greenbriar which is a huge advantage.
Over the past week we have had our first real maintenance issues after almost a year of living here and we could not be more impressed with the way the staff has handled them! Early last week our A/C went out late afternoon and 30 minutes after I called someone was here to fix it. Then we noticed a leak in our fridge and I put in an online request and 10 minutes later got a call about what the problem could be and when they d be by to fix it. They came the next morning and the problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I understand that this is a very busy time of year for a rental company with moves out coming soon, not to mention the current situation in our world. We appreciate the staff and their hard work so much and could not have picked a better place to live. If you're looking for a new place to live, Henley Proprieties are your people.

I lived in a 1 bedroom duplex for three years. Best apartment I have ever lived in! Was affordable, included a washer and dryer, plenty of space to walk my dog, pet friendly, quiet, and close to campus.
I have went through Hendley Properties going on 4 years now at Planters Row. They have made my living experience in Statesboro awesome! The landlords and staff treat you as if you are family. Maintenance is quick and reliable. Planters Row has made me feel as if I am at home.
So far they are the best property mgmt group I've rented from in Statesboro. They are very friendly and helpful and whenever I need to put in a work order it's usually fixed same day.And the Planters Row houses are well built and have good finishes and the pond is very picturesque.

Hands down the best company to rent from in Statesboro. I've lived out in Planters Row for three years now, and I have zero complaints. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it's always completed with 48 hours, but usually that same day. The office staff is helpful and very accommodating to mine and my roommates' needs. The prices are very reasonable, and well worth the money. They allowed me to move-in early, with little-to-no notice, without charging me any additional rent or fees in the first house I moved into out here. For being older houses, they're still some of the nicest student housing options I've seen. I've never once questioned my safety and the sheriff's office does patrol on occasion, which makes us feel even safer. It's without a doubt my "home away from home"!
I've had to travel often due to my type of work and therefore have rented often. I've been unhappy with most places I rent from and have found they will always try and get more money from me. I did not have such experience with Hendley Properties. I rented from them for two years and they were always friendly, easy to get in touch with and happy to help. They are transparent from the start and tell you exactly how much they will charge when you move out. They wont try to nickel and dime you. Very fair people!

First of all Hawthorne is awesome! The rent is at a great rate! The lowest in all of Statesboro I believe. The people who work in the office are so sweet, and know me on a first name basis. They really care, and don't treat you like just a number in a system. Whenever something is broken maintenance is there to fix it. They show up pronto and with a great attitude! Hawthorne is great!

I've lived with Hendley Properties for 3 years in both Hawthorne and Greenbriar. The properties are so well kept, and the maintenance is always quick to respond if you do come across an issue. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Statesboro!
Hendley Properties has been by far the best rental experience living in Statesboro, GA. The properties are great and the staff is phenomenal. I wanted to switch units in a different neighborhood for the next year and an opportunity arose and they were happy to offer me the last minute change.
I love this company! I have lived in Greenbriar for almost a year now and it's wonderful. The staff in the office are very nice and understanding. They will help you with whatever they can. We have yet to have an issue that has not been resolved in a timely manner. The apartments are nice, roomy. And well kept. The appliances are updated as well. I have already signed my lease for the next year! I want to continue to stay any where Hendley Properties owns.
I have been renting from Hendley Properties for two years now and have loved it! The staff is very helpful, friendly and personable. They are building many one bedroom/duplex communities (which Statesboro needs) downtown, making it a much nicer area than it has been. I first lived in a year-old (at the time) Village at Midtown apartment/duplex and it was SO nice (low utilities, beautiful finishes, huge bathroom and closet, great location to town and school). Now, I live in Greenbriar which is not as new, but very homey (has a fireplace and two stories) and still a great location (minus the hospital). Their maintenance staff is great. It's never taken more than a day or two from the time I put in a request to the time it's taken care of. I've absolutely loved living at Hendley Properties. I recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. They have many options (locations and number of bedrooms), great prices, and the best staff for sure! My only disappointment has been the move-in/move-out process. Since all moving tenants must be out the same day, it's very rushed (minimal cleaning and quick/careless repairs) and allows for zero leeway on move-out date (moving out of state and have a 2 day gap in time before I can move in new residence). However, this is an issue in most student housing and my positive experience outweighs these issues. I LOVE Hendley Properties and really wish I could bring them to FL with me!
Hendley Properties went over and beyond for us when our AC stopped working. We put in a maintenance request late last night and they called us 30 minutes later to see if we needed anything and offer to bring us fans! They told us that it would be fixed first thing in the morning and they followed through! Thank you Hendley Properties!
I highly recommend renting with Hendley Properties! All the staff at the office in Greenbriar are awesome!! They all so friendly and make you feel welcomed when you walk through the door! All of guys with maintenance are always quick to fix problems going on with the houses as well!
I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live in Statesboro to sign with Hendley Properties. Unlike the majority of my friends who move from place to place each year because of bad living experiences, I am in my third year of living at Greenbriar. Hendley properties understands the needs of their residents. They go out of their way to make sure that you have an enjoyable living experience. At Hendley Properties, they have such a kind office staff, they truly care about their residents. Also, in my experience with requesting work orders, the repair will be made within the day.I will be sad to move out after graduation, because Greenbriar has become my home.
Great place to live! I lived at Greenbriar while attending GSU and it was very nice. Tasteful upgrades to a unique property, and many options to choose from. Office staff is very helpful and accommodating to tenant needs.
This place is a complete dump. I wouldnt let my dog stay here. The first time i walked into my unit (located in hawthorne 2), i had about 20 fleas jump on me. We were allowed to move in early, so if there was "management" really "doing walk-throughs to make sure our unit was ready to be moved into" wouldn't they have noticed the fleas??? One of my roommates and i had to clean about 10 times before they were all gone. Almost all of the outlet covers in the house were broken! The transition piece on the floor going from the living room to the dining room was missing! im talking a LOT of it was missing, a large gap of cement was just there. Were they just not going to do anything about any of that??? The screening on the back porch was all torn up, and our door was also broken. I dont know how they "didnt see" any of this before we moved in. As paying residents, NO ONE should have to walk into their unit, and immediately have to make MULTIPLE maintenance requests on the very first day. As far as the actual maintenance goes, they do a good job, and perform at a timely manner the very first month or so, but after that they will either take MONTHS to do any work, or just not do anything at all! Multiple times my roommate and i put in requests for an AC unit to be put into our rooms upstais, and since they IGNORED it, we had to buy abiut 7 fans between us. Finally, we had enough and went up to the office to say we wanted units now. The maintenance people came alright, but purposely threw the ac packaging all over our lawn, leaving a huge mess. Also, if they know these units are so crappy, and KNOW its ALWAYS HOTTER UPSTAIRS THAN IT IS DOWNSTAIRS, WHY WOULDNT THE UNIT ALREADY COME W AN AC UNIT IN BOTH UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS??? its not rocket science, people. Our dishwasher broke multiple times, and again, had the same problem with maintenance taking over 6 months to come by and try to resolve the problem. Then theres the security issue. This property is located on the other side of campus, which is already known for high crime. There is no sense of security in this neighborhood. my roommate/7 other people in hawthorne had their cars broken into on the FIRST WEEK, our house was attempted to be broken into MULTIPLE TIMES of the year, and there was a shooting a couple of units down. The managements solution was "adding lights" to the front of every unit, at the end of the year, after everything had happened. They need to somehow add more security to the neighborhood. This explains somewhat why they have such a low retention rate in hawthorne, and everyone moves out in the summer. Lastly, theres the issue of just how crappy the units are overall. When you go on a tour of the model unit, it doesnt look so bad. The model makes it look as though its not as nice as some of the other, more expensive places on the other side of campus, but it could still be cozy and feel like home. This is okay though, because we're all broke college students, right? WRONG. As stated earlier, when we all first walked in, we had a bunch of stuff wrong in our unit. The management will fill your head with lies of "constantly renovating the units" but will never do so. They promised us new stairs, and we never got them, as well as a new paint job on our upstairs tub, and they also never fixed the big ass cracks in my bedroom walls. If they were really doing so, wouldnt they have seen ALL the imperfections stated in the beginning of this tale? The units are infested with all sorts of bugs, so keep a can of raid by your bed like i had to. Also there's critters. My roommate had a footlong red skink come out of her room. All i can say, is that you truly get what you pay for here. You're better off risking your life/getting robbed and living in Park Place/The Grove/Aspen or saving up more and living on the nice side of campus in a more secure place like The Hamptons/Monarch 301/The Forum. If you cant tell, i hated it here, and will never live near/rent from hendley properties ever again.
Hendley Properties has been the absolute best renting experience. From the moment I first walked in and was taken on a tour of properties that fit what I needed to moving out. The last almost two years has been amazing and I m sad to leave. They are by far the greatest and exceed customer service. When or if I ever had an issue with maintenance with the unit they were on it however, this was never needed really because the upkeep of the property is perfection. I will point out that every member of this company has been so kind and helpful from Mr. Alex and his amazing customer service to April and Ginny any time I had questions. I definitely recommend using this company if you are looking to rent in statesboro. You won t regret it they are the best in the boro by leaps and bounds! This is my favorite rental agency in Statesboro. I've dealt with the others, had business with 2, and this is the easiest experience out of the lot. I've been renting with them for a couple of years now and when I call them about an issue it's solved that day or the next (if they need to contract a professional.) Actually, it took them less than 3 minutes to arrive and help me get back into my place when I locked myself out. Another point, my particular area is much less prone to any crime. So, I'll be living here for awhile longer :) Hope this helps your search.
