There parts department is simply phenomenal, simply efficient & on point on a part (2007 fx35 gas paddle) that was not available in the entire county , other dealers had told me min.5 days for delivery when Ray Catina Infiniti got it for me within a day . The young fellow who answered the phone was nothing but a professional & the manager Mr.Shawn Spearnock was the one who expedited the part as I needed the car for everyday commute . I will recomand them to all my family & everyone that would need Infiniti parts use Ray Catina Infiniti in Edison NJ.

I live in Sussex County and have always bought our family cars at the local dealerships. I decided that because a referral from a friend that I should go to Ray Catena to really see what a car buying experience is all about. I have to say, it was good advice. Between Luis helping me understand our options on the models that Infiniti provides and respectfully facilitating a deal that worked for us, to Kelsey giving me a 30 minute "fitting" of the car to personalize it to me and finally to Josh taking care of the paperwork in a fast and easy fashion,...... it was definitely a wow experience. I can see why Ray Catena has so many dealerships. He and his team WOW their customers. Thanks guys. Ray Cantena customers for LIFE. I have never experienced anything like it before. I have purchased multiple cars/suvs/trucks from all different dealers. Ford, Chevy, GMC,Nissan,Honda Chrysler and Dodge. When it was time for my wife too get a new lease we were dreading heading to the dealership. You sit there for hours and talk too four different people who put you in a cars you don t really want. Force you too believe you have no alternatives and hold onto your keys from your trade in and keep you like a prisoner. That was my usual experience. That all ended forever on Friday October 26th, 2018. That was the day my wife and I had the had the ultimate pleasure of meeting David Daroff at Ray Cantena Infiniti in Edison NJ. We were welcomed when we walked in which felt weird only because we weren t used too that. David came over introduced himself too us and shook both our hands. He showed us beautiful floor models indoors. Wife fell in love with the 2019 Qx50. What seemed like just 5 mins later we were taking it for a test drive. David explained all options and got too know us talking about kids and life itself. Very warm feeling at Ray Cantena that I can t explain in words, you just have too go there and feel it for yourself. When we got back too the dealership, wife of course loved the car. We sat down with him, told him what options and colors we wanted. He found one right away. Worked up the numbers in front of us and showed us everything even his computer which we thought was odd. This is something you never see with other dealers. He didn t leave anything unseen. The entire process was seamless. Best part was, I said too my wife, Well let s wait and see what the finance guy says now? . That s when David floored me. There is no finance guy in another room waiting too sell u more stuff u don t need. No back and forth behind closed doors and hiding fees or special pricing. It was him and him alone. Our sales person David Daroff did everything from the hello and welcome when we walked in, too the congratulations on our new car when we left. All the sale persons at Ray Cantena do the same. It s a different buying experience all together. What an amazing experience. What an amazing deal. What an amazing dealership. I can say without any hesitation we are Ray Cantena customers for life now. It s a shame other dealerships can t be like Ray Cantena dealerships. Changed my outlook on the car buying experience forever. Wish I went too them sooner. Thanks again. When we need our next car it will definitely be with them and anyone who asks us where too go we are pointing them too Ray Cantena all the way hands down!!

I leased my 3rd Infiniti from Ray Catena and it has always been a great experience from start to finish. This is the second car I leased from David Daroff. He is very knowledgeable of his vehicles and a great person to work with. David made my last 2 lease experiences very easy and hassle free. If you are on the market for an new car I highly recommend going to see David Daroff over at Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison!

Wonderful experience. Jack Miller was super great and explained all aspects of the deal very clearly. Best part was that at any point of time, we did not feel pushed to get the deal done asap as we experienced at other place. Jack has been very upfront about the charges and would promptly connect with his manager Chris for any queries which wanted it confirmed before getting back to us. Overall, it was a very good experience at Ray Catena Infiniti and making it happen was Mr. Jack Miller.

They were professional, polite and there were no last minute surprises in the final price. When we decide to get another vehicle it will definitely be in the Ray Catena family.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Infiniti of Edison and I have to give credit to the absolutely amazing customer service. I was greeted right away, and within 15 minutes I was test driving the car that I was interested in.

I worked with Philip Orapello and ended up purchasing the car from him. The entire sales staff were really nice. Phil walked me through the ins and outs of the car, and even called the day after the purchase to ask how everything was.

I highly recommend working with this dealership and Philip Orapello.

This is my second time at this dealership. My first car was a G37XS certified pre- owned love the service no issues can't complain. I got into an accident hence the reason I choose Ray Catena again. I went back to my sales guy and said to him treat me like I am royalty and have royalty money. (lol)

The customer service they provide is beyond excellent to me. My sale person Gunther, my service guy John and the ladies at the front desk. Even the Manager Joe said thank you for the business.

LOVE THAT ROYALTY EXPERIENCE!!! Get that Ray Catena experience you will see!!

I went in hoping to purchase a G37x a few days ago. While delightful to speak to, my sales guy was somewhat inexperienced and knew little about the actual model. The showing process took a lot longer than I had hoped, and any question I had regarding the car/pricing was ultimately answered by the floor manager to whom my sales guy would defer to every 5 minutes. Craig, the sales manager, was an absolute disgrace to Ray Catena's customer service model. He was not only rude and dismissive, but extremely condescending. While I was able to find a car I was interested in purchasing, I decided to go elsewhere as this dealership did not deserve my money. Think twice before coming here. The level of "customer service" they pride themselves on is clearly lacking here.

From the moment I walked in the door until I drove...

From the moment I walked in the door until I drove away in my 2019 Infiniti Q50 Chris the GM, Dave Daroff my salesman, & the rest of the staff were the most professional people I've ever dealt in buying/leasing a car. From refreshments, to explaining the car & its features and the cost I felt so comfortable and never pressured and didn't even feel like I was leasing a car. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Ray Catena Infiniti. My wife who likes SUV's is already excited about going back in 39 months when our lease expires to get our family vehicle. I can honestly say as long as I live in Central NJ I will be a Ray Catena customer for life.

Yesterday picked up the 4th INFINITI for the Family. Everytime we use Dina as or salesperson. She s a little ball of energy that just gets it done. Any questions she s always there to get you the answers you need and the deal you want! This car I was texting with her on a Sunday night...what salesperson responds on a Sunday night??? What I have to say is "WOW!" Such incredible service. I've had 3 Infinities previously and dealt with two other dealerships (I choose not to say) that I had the not so best of experiences. This is my fourth Infiniti and my first time with a Ray Catena dealership. Our salesman Tom Accatatta was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Informing us of what are the best deals on which models. And the entire environment of the dealership was friendly and professional. I will for sure be recommending Tom and the Ray Catena dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you!

I have enjoyed working with this dealership for many years. The most recent experience of purchasing a new 2015 QX60 a week ago (Nov 29, 2014) was a very pleasant engagement. I worked with Anthony Marino on this deal and he did everything and then some to get me the car I wanted (Ok, my wife wanted). Just an awesome experience! Also, Dena Madison was very instrumental in actually hunting down and bringing the car over to the dealership from somewhere else. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and Anthony in a heartbeat.

I dealt with Scott Alda at this dealership. I was looking for a new lease and Scott was very laid back, not pushy at all. He knew all the details of the car I wanted and the package I wanted. We went for a test drive, he got me a great deal on the car that could not be matched by other dealers I had spoken with. He also delivered the car to me and returned my old one which was great considering I had just given birth and leaving the house was very inconvenient for me. We were lucky enough to walk in to the dealership and be paired with Grigory Rozenfeld as our salesman. The moment we entered the dealership we were greeted by staff that were willing and anxious to see to our needs. Grigory was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars for sale. He was friendly and courteous every time we met with him. Grigory made us feel welcome. He was able to answer all our questions. He was able to direct us in the right direction as we tried to decide on which model we wanted. He followed up after our visit and made us feel comfortable reaching out to him with any questions we had after we left the dealership. It was an absolute pleasure working with Grigory. This is our 2nd purchase at Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison and we're already looking forward to our next. Joe the "GM" gave us the red carpet treatment and made us feel welcome. He truly is a person of integrity and keeps his word. Joe moved mountains for us and we are forever thankful. The other staff members are very attentive as well. Our sales person this time around was Daymond Jean who has an extreme amount of patience and follows up very well. He was easy going, he listened to what we wanted and was very efficient throughout the process. The young ladies at the front desk were always courteous and prompt. Robert Vargas did an amazing job demonstrating the technological features on our QX60. Even though we previously owned a QX60, we learned quite a few new things thanks to his knowledge. As always Jack Miller in sales was ready to help and made our experience complete. We are completely satisfied at the level of service we received and are confident that you will have an amazing experience as well.

I contacted him initially via the web, and we made a trip to the dealer to see the vehicle. We were very happy with the straightforward, non-nonsense approach, and then getting a very competitive offer for the vehicle. I've been leasing cars from Scott Alda at Ray Catena for 15 years (though I had a recent lapse - and I regret it). Scott is as good as they come. Aware of your needs, responsive, super-helpful. When there was a computer glitch that delayed paperwork, he came to our house on a Sunday AM with papers in hand to so we could be sure to pick up the new car first thing Monday morning. No need to think much about it - go to Ray Catena and Scott!

I can't even say how happy I am with the service I received while at this dealership. I have never had such great service before from anywhere. Chris spent 4 hours on a Saturday with me helping to ensure everything I needed and wanted I got. I was in the process of terminating a lease I had with another company and both Chris Simmons and Chris Flusk made sure they went through everything so bringing the car back to the other dealer was flawless and no problems would come up. Although I am a little picky and kept asking Chris questions, he stayed friendly and never seemed tired of helping me or answering my questions that day! After my car was ready to take home, I was given a thorough walk through of all features of my car even though the dealership was just about closing at that time. I will definitely be going back when this lease is up to lease another car through them!

I had shopped at another dealer and was going to purchase a vehicle from there, but stopped into Ray Catena INFINITI of Edison before I made a final decisions. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted immediately with smiling faces. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership were true professionals and did not make me feel at all during my buying experience that I was being forced into buying a car. During my visit I changed my mind and bought my new car from them mostly due to the professionalism I received.

Went to purchase an Infinity Q60, I feel like I want given a reasonable deal to purchase the car. I wanted to trade in a 2015 Mazda, with no issues except a few dings. They wanted to purchase my car for$ 13k, according to Kelly Blue Book, I could ask roughly $15-17k, for my vehicle. I felt, I wasn't offered a acceptable deal. I have nothing too harsh to say about the company, I just feel, I wasn't offered a better deal. I'll continue to look for a 2020 Infinity

I have leased a car every 3 years for the past 14 years. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Jack was extremely professional and understood my lack of time to negotiate for hours. He was very patient with me and very honest which I appreciate greatly coming from a car dealership. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of and I was in and out of the dealership under an hour. He was never pushy or tried to sell me something I didn't want. His top priority was getting me the price and car I was looking for and he did. For the first time in over a decade I switched from Cadillac to Infiniti. I think Infiniti found another forever customer. Thank you!!

Unfortunately I had an injury that is spinal chord...

Unfortunately I had an injury that is spinal chord related. I test drove quite a few cars and found infinity held me the right way as to were it was comfortable to drive again. As I was looking I was directed to Joe Amorosa at the Edison dealer ship. As I explained my situation to Joe, he immediately directed me to the zero gravity seat. After multiple test drives with Joe it was obvious the zero gravity seat was the way to go . During this process, everyone at the dealer was very accommodating in a way I have never seen before. I was simply shocked that people still do business on this level. The trade in and buying process was seamless. Because of my spine problem they bent over backwards and allowed me to take the car to make sure that it was not going to cause a problem down the road, they were very adamant that I had seat time in it before I finally pulled the trigger to get it. Simply amazed, I cant say good enough thing about the staff at Ray Catena. Simply blown away, and from here on out this will be where I get my cars.

Getting a new car has always been an all day, stressful event for me. Ray Catena from start to finish has absolutely changed that. What a great, quick, painless experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Jack Miller to find the perfect car for me and an even better price, all over the phone ! Unfortunately, the day I went to pick it up he was out, but passed me along to Charles Sanchez, who I cannot say enough good things about. I sat down at 2 and he promised to have me out at 3, which he did, and I got the joy of laughing the whole time due to his awesome humor. From Chris Flusk the General Sales Manager, who came in to greet me, to Stephanie at the front desk, Ray Catena has easily been the best car leasing experience of my life!

Very professional and straight forward service team. More service and less sales to their approach. They always suggest additional service, but don't try to force you into services that you did not ask for, which makes it a comfortable experience. Easy online appointment scheduling. Service consultant, Steve Sprayberry is excellent, I recommend an appointment with him, if you can. Love the waiting lounge with multiple computer desktops, big TV, and free WIFI. My car was VERY clean and the new tires I got looked great. My car felt brand new when I left the lot.

Out of all the dealers I've ever purchased vehicles from this dealer is clearly the best in every way. I dealt with sales advisor Tom Accatatta and I must say his service went above and beyond! Extremely kind and generous, did everything he could to help with my trade in and to achieve my purchase of my 2015 Q50! He was very informative and helpful. As for the location it is very upper and professional environment. Very clean great staff great service. Very comfortable a lot to do while waiting for your vehicle to be services or prepped. Free wifi and computer stations. Great variety of snacks too choose from, from fresh fruits too fresh deli snacks. I am very happy with the service here and I recommend this location to everybody who is interested in an infinity!!!

This was my first experience at Ray Catena dealership and I was thrilled with my overall experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk, who offered me drinks while I waited and a quick turnaround process for meeting with a Sales Consultant. I then met with Joe Amorosa, who took me through the entire experience of purchasing a vehicle from beginning to end. It was the first time I was not moved around from person to person throughout the experience, which has a negative appeal. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and was never there to just "sell' me. He actually listened to my interests and what I was looking to get out of a car. He was never pushy in any way and just created a great atmosphere for me. Overall, I could not be more than pleased with the entire experience from the dealership. I would say that Joe A truly created a great experience for me and that was the most influential reason for me in moving forward with a vehicle.

Highly recommend everyone come here. It was a breathe of fresh air.

As soon as you step into Ray Catena of Edison, you are greeted by someone from the front desk and almost immediately receive assistance. The whole team, including Ed and Steve, really made the car buying experience smooth and stress-free. But one person who really stands out is Joseph Amorosa.
Joe is the man to ask for at Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison. Not only is he a great listener with a pleasant and non-pushy demeanor, but Joe also goes above and beyond to make the deal that work to satisfy you as the buyer. Most importantly, he is very organized and thorough in his explanations and makes sure to handle as much work before you even get there to sign the papers.
To affirm again how much we appreciate this dealership, within a two-month span, we have already purchased two vehicles from Ray Catena of Edison. And I know that when it is time to buy again, we will definitely be back here!

Gregory was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and attentive to details. He made us feel easy and relaxed during the whole transaction. Honestly he made us feel like a family with his worm attitude. He went out of his way to make sure every feature and every detail was understood during the test drive. He did a very good job during the lease signing by pointing out every detail of the contract and by reiterating every number. I would definitely recommend him and the whole dealership to my friends and family.

Everyone at Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison was professional and personable. I dealt personally with the salesman Jack Miller, managers Joe and Chris. They gave me a fantastic deal! I got everything I wanted in the car and the price I wanted to pay. That has never happened before. Everyone that we dealt with personally and just saw around the showroom treated us with care and my family and I came home with an awesome new car, big smiles and happy memories. After an eleven year absence I decided to return to Ray Catena Infiniti this past week to consider leasing an SUV. From the first moment I entered the showroom I was greeted with a smile and hospitality. I had an appointment with salesperson Jack Miller. Jack thoroughly educated me on the various levels of trim available on the vehicle I was interested in. It was Jack s detailed knowledge, personality, humor and patience in answering my many questions that enabled me to have a terrific experience! Therefore, I returned with my husband who was excited to drive the vehicle. Again, Jack entertained many questions from us with a smile. Jack was diligent in listening to our financial parameters. He, along with General Manager Joe Scribellito, were able to creatively come up with a deal that made the sale. We were impressed that the General Manager personally became involved in our transaction. He also spent a great deal of time speaking with us on both a professional and personal level which we really appreciated. We are enjoying our new QX50!

Dave was recommended to me by a family member. Upon my scheduled appointment, I explained to Dave my situation, what I needed, my budget and he made it happen. After taking me on a test drive, we worked out the details and made a deal. Not only does he have excellent customer service but he is a great guy. He was honest through the whole process, never did I feel like I was being taken advantage. If you're looking for a new vehicle I urge you to head straight down to Ray Catena of Edison. I just completed a fantastic buying experience with the help of Joeseph Amorosa and Daniel Wang. Now that the sale has been finalized, the relationship continues as they quickly respond to follow-up questions and provide helpful advice on my new Infinity. One would think a premium would be paid for all the services and "extras" provided by Ray Catena. Not so, the prices are great and they outperform any other dealership I have dealt with in the past. I could not be happier with my new Infiniti and the team at Ray Catena. I am sure they will have my business for many years to come.

I recently purchased a new car from Infiniti of Edison for my daughter. David Daroff made the entire experience a dream day for my daughter and our family. From the moment we entered the dealership he treated my family like VIP's. He made sure that the car had a bow on it so my daughter felt like a princess! The usual grind of paperwork was handled with ease. We were in and out in record time. I felt like I was dealing with nothing but the most experienced staff; from the receptionist that greeted me to the GM that made sure he came over to greet me also. David is the absolute best and most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with. I will never again go anywhere else to buy or lease a vehicle.

Ray Catena Infiniti offers the worst customer service for inifiniti in the state of New Jersey. I purchased my 14 q50 certified ore owned in 2015. Since I ve owned the vehicle I have had 2 wheel speed sensor go which is a common issue understood in the Infiniti Q50 community. However when this happens your car tells you to consult the manual. The manual says to not drive the vehicle and get it towed to your nearest dealership for service . I was told by Andrew in the service department that it is ok to drive the vehicle in this condition even though the car says to refer to the manual and the manual says do not drive the vehicle. He also informed me that the dealership is booked for 3 weeks and I can try and drop it off but they cannot promise it will be done . They could not offer a loaner and told me I would have to rent a car at my own expense. After driving my car the wheels started to lock around turns and tech noted this is due to the faulty speed sensor. I then get the vehicle towed to a dealership in summit Davidson they have exceptional staff and customer service . Didn t have any loaner cars available but was able to set me up with enterprise rent a car.

Ray Catena is a name who cares only about sales and building a brand. The smaller Davidson Infiniti dealership in summit is a lot more caring as they are willing to accommodate the customers at every turn through the owenership process.

Ray Catena has deplorable operations management. What dealership would completely book appointments for 3 weeks leaving no room for emergency availability to customers that have vehicles covered under warranty and vehicles that cannot be driven due to manufacturers malfunction. Due to the high booking rate of the service department must mean that Infiniti do indeed have slot of issues. Raising further questions to why I even purchased an Infiniti in the first place.

Luckily Davidson was able to accommodate me as I was planning to trade my vehicle in for BMW or Lexus of Edison just so I do not have to deal with Ray Catena any longer.

Sounds like an over exaggeration but all of my oil changes and maintenance has been done at Davidson which is over an hour from my house as Ray Catena is only 10 minutes. Yes I travel over an hour to service my vehicle just to afford the turnstile service department of Ray Catena.

I also work in cooperate operations and my ownership experience with Infiniti is so poor due to Ray Catena that I have escalated the issue to all levels of Infiniti US corporate. I know I m just 1 customer but I live in a 4 vehicle household all in the luxury segment. By far the worst experience.

This was my first go-around at making a car purchase. After literally months of research, going back and forth with numerous dealerships in the tri-state area, I can honestly say that working with Philip Orapello at Ray Catena Infinti of Edison was by far the best experience. He was very responsinve and I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. He worked diligently to get me the best possible deal. Having met some of the managers at Ray Catena during the process, I can say that they were extremely helpful and amicable as well. Although I didn't purchase a vehicle from them because I decided to go with another car manufacturer, I will still recommend them to anyone looking for an infiniti.

This was my third Infiniti purchase and my second from Tom Accatatta at Ray Catena. He never disappoints! His customer service was impeccable. This was the least stressful car buying experience. The entire sales team is amazing. Christian went over ever detail of the vehicle and even answered ANY question I had. He also offered for me to stop in at any time if I had additional questions. I told Tom (my salesman). He was not allowed to retire, because I m not buying a car from anyone else!! I love love the Ray Catena experience. Please go see Tom for your brand new Infiniti! This was my 1st visit to get my car serviced and received the white glove service from the door. Great customer area with complimentary beverages, snacks, wifi, cable TV and work station counter tops. This place ensures you have everything you need to stay comfortable while you wait for your vehicle. They also added a nice touch upon paying your bill with a goodie bag filled with snacks, and car essentials with a thank you note. I appreciate the attention to detail. Oh and they washed, vacuumed and had the wheels shining too.. I will be back for sure...

This is my 3rd lease that I purchased from Grigory and every time I go to Ray Catena INFINITI of Edsion, I specifically ask for Grigory. I would like to thank Grigory so much for being so patient with me. He made car shopping very easy. He was very patient and explained everything to me. As everyone knows car shopping can be very stressful you have many different choices and a lot of decisions to make. He went out of his way to help me figure out the best price and make sure I had the perfect car for me. I left leaving with a beautiful Q50 within the same day. After my purchase, I contacted him a few times regarding questions and he was again very courteous, respectful and he was able to answer all my questions. The worst ever! Called for a simple car quote! As I was on the phone with him, Chris the salesperson GOOGLED my name and was spitting back at me my CHILDHOOD last name and address that I haven't lived at for close to 20 years. Never ever had a car from them(never will) or contacted them. Had to stop the guy and ask him to get back to talking about the cars and not my information. The general manager Jeff defended the guy! SHAME ON YOU AND THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS!

Due to an accident I was involved in on September 25th & total loss of my truck, I had to visit Ray Catena sooner than expected. First off, my 2014 Infiniti QX60 was a well built truck and would highly recommend others to purchase. Secondly, my salesman Yan Rozman was extremely helpful and assisted me with a speedy and painless purchase of a 2015 model. He was empathetic upon hearing about my situation and made the experience a great one. Lastly, the customer service at Ray Catena over the last 18 months has been exceptional. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the Infiniti Finance department. Wait time is terrible (more than an hour at times) and customer service reps are not trained properly with the same information.

I liked this Infiniti location a lot. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. Spaceous waiting areas, cold beverages and coffee available. Wait times are reasonable. A very cool feature I liked was a big screen where you can see a progress indicator for your car work. Also, service manager provides regular updates regarding the progress and sets your expectations, which is great.
Complimentary wifi is available, so you can browse or work while you wait.

We came to Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison after having various conversations with Mr. Bruno about looking for an Infiniti that would fit our needs today but also in the future.
We were attracted by his sincerity and commitment to fitting us with the right car.He gave us his full attention and and helped get us through a difficult hurdle.
He never gave up and neither did we.
He connected with us at a personal level and went to bat for our success to leave with the vehicle of our choice. He never gave any false talk or hope. We appreciated his honesty and integrity.

I'd have to say this was by far the best experience of my life!! I traveled all the way from Brooklyn to Edison, NJ just to purchase my first car and I couldn't have been any happier with the sales consultant I was placed with, Faisal Mukadam. He made my first car buying experience a total breeze although I was a lil stressed in the beginning he totally subsided that with his assurance that he will take care of everything and he did! I left with my 2013 G37 and I couldn't have been any more happier with my choice of place at Ray Catena of Edison and for Faisal. I will always remember this wonderful experience thanks to him, and Thank you Ray Catena for your great service overall. Great place to head to if your looking to lease or buy a car. You will not be disappointed.
