I inserted a '2' in the review title as this is my second vehicle from Tom Accatatta and my third from the dealership. The previous review was written 7/30/14. As before, Tom made the acquisition a painless and positive experience, with no hassles, game playing or unnecessary upsells. Tom is a gentleman whose primary concern is customer service, who worked with us to get the vehicle(Q50) we ultimately decided on, at a price point we were happy with. After we signed the paperwork, the sales manager, Mark Hernandez congratulated us, and his only comments were related to the sales experience and if he could help in any manner.
To close with the same tag line as the previous review: "Amazing customer service and a great vehicle made this an all around outstanding experience".

I picked up my new Q50 the end of June 2020. I worked with Tom Accatatta for the sales and pre-delivery and Robert Bruno for the delivery. This is my 4th car from Ray Catena and third car with Tom. I enjoy driving my Infiniti vehicles and the dealership runs like a clock. Covid-19 presented some challanges as I only went to the dealer for the delivery process, which was much streamlined from the prior delivery a few years ago. The overall experience was a 5 star experience.
