Came in after seeing a lease offer online and walked out an hour later with a signed contract and new car. The lease ads online are no gimmicks and the customer service is top notch. Chris Flusk was a pleasure to work with and would suggest asking for him when you arrive.

Everyone at the dealership from Gloria at the front desk, Victor who took us on a test driver, Ed the sales Manager is the greatest person to work with and Robert Bruno was awesome to work with too and Marcus did a great job delivering the car to us, make sure we knew how things worked. Everyone made us feel like we were FAMILY...There took great care of us!!!

After several terrific experiences leasing cars at Ray Catena, I recently returned there to lease a 2019 GX50 through Tom Accatatta. Once again, the experience was great! Tom is personable, professional and knowledgeable! The whole process was enjoyable and stress free. And my new car is a dream to drive! Can't say enough good things about Tom and Ray Catena!

2017 Infiniti QX60 - in service 4 times in the last 6 months. Spent 3 months of last 6 at the dealer and they claimed they could not see issue, telling me that the solved problem yet it reappears days after I get it back. Now they claim it may not be under warranty - engine issue. Weeks to get response.

Great, straight forward process from start to finish. Entire experience was as professional as it was painless. Matthew Goldberg gave me an extremely attractive offer and I was in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes total. He made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The entire staff, from reception, to management to the staffer who shows the features of the vehicle, were top notch. If you are shopping a new Infiniti, or any lux brand, make sure Ray Catena Infiniti is at the top of your list.

I purchased a certified pre-owned M35 in April 2011 from Ray Catena Infiniti. I brought it (with 160K miles) in for service on Friday and was told that it needed a new radiator, so I wanted to explore purchasing or leasing a new car. Chad in Service introduced me to Grigory in Sales, and we discussed purchase vs. lease options for a new 2018 Q50 Sport. I had to go back to work so we scheduled a follow up appointment the next day. I came back in on Saturday and Grigory had the numbers ready, did the appraisal for my trade-in and worked out the final payment amount. I was pleasantly surprised that a 20,000 mile/year lease was very reasonable. Everything was finalized within a couple of hours and I drove my new Q50 home that day. Grigory followed up to make sure I was satisfied and emailed to schedule another appointment to go through the car's features more in detail. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I organically stepped into this dealership to purchase a brand new lease. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated during my visit. My interest was not taken seriously and when I was taken for a test drive, they put me behind a Dirty car which was being used by their manager (Although I was looking to lease a brand new car). If i want to purchase an Infinity, they definitely will not be earning my business.

When I first visited I was not sure which model I wanted but not to worry, Paul Ebner was a very good listener and helped make the decision very easy. From that point, the sales process was stress free... When I picked up my new car everything was ready and the gentleman (sorry I forgot his name!) who demonstrated the features of my car was great. I got the tour of the service department and I was on my way. all in all, the best new car sales process I've experienced.

I just bought a CPO Q50S from Gunther Wu and he was absolutely great! He was straight to the point, answered all my questions, worked around my schedule and got me a great deal! Chad, Nick, the whole service staff was incredibly helpful and took care of all my needs. The manager congratulated me personally on my purchase and I really felt like I was home. I had an excellent experience here.
Everything went fast and smooth.
No hassle or headaches.
I requested a specific model of QX60 for the price i wanted, they had it in stock and I drove out with an suv in 2hrs total since the time i walked in.
I couldn't believe such dealership existed.
I dealt with Yan Rozman he was awesome, he provided best customer service, he's a straight to the point guy (doesn't hide anything) and works really fast.
Thank you Yan and Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison for making my car buying experience such an easy task!
I'm very happy with my car and service i received!
PS. they serve starbucks coffee there ;)

Buying a new or used vehicle is of course a harrowing experience...so we all think. Not this time folks. We were fortunate enough to meet with Luis Reynoso at Ray Catena Infinity and had nothing short of a pleasant, relaxing, no pressure purchasing experience. The last thing on our minds in January was to purchase another vehicle, but the old vehicle needed to go. Luis is extremely professional and personable. I am a military Veteran, and he treated my wife and I like gold. And while working on our deal, I witnessed him going the extra mile with several other clients all at the same time...no disruptions. This is the 2nd Infiniti that I have leased from Ray Catena and few things always stand out: no pressure up front pricing, best deal in my area and excellent customer service. My agent was very professional, respectful and courteous. His manager was also of the same caliber.

Just got my brand new Q50 today and couldn't be more pleased. It's everything Chris promised and more. He's an extremely knowledgable staff member who answered any and all questions I had. I thoroughly enjoyed having him as my salesperson. He could not have been more friendly and courteous, and he knew the car inside and out. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a new Infiniti.

Worked with David to find the perfect car for my needs. I purchased my first Infiniti from Ray Catena in 05 and was so please with the brand and service department wanted another. My next purchase was purchased from another Infiniti dealership. Big mistake. I returned to Ray Catena for all the service needs on that vehicle because of John Keane and his dedication to customer satisfaction. When it came time for me to purchase again. My first visit to Ray Catena dealership was a very unique experience. From the time I entered the door, there was no pressure or rush to purchase car. After taking car on test drive, Jack went above & beyond making sure I purchased an Infiniti QX50 with the features similar to my Nissan Maxima. All the features of the car were fully explained from the engine to the seats. :) Jack provided a cost comparison of purchasing versus leasing the QX 50 which facilitated my final decision to lease car.. The process of negotiating a reasonable monthly lease agreement was quick and painless. Jack was professional and polite through the entire process & I would highly recommend Ray Catena. Also, the dealership was attentive to the needs of customers by offering a cold/hot beverage. ****** 5 Stars to Jack Miller & the other staff members @ Ray Catena.

This Ray Catena INFINITI of Edison dealership was top notch! Jack Miller went above and beyond to make sure we leased the SUV we were most comfortable with. Jack gave us suggestions and his honest advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After we decided on the Infiniti QX60 SUV the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. This was my first time with Infiniti of Edison servicing my vehicle. There was a pretty complex issue that took about two weeks to resolve.

Throughout the process Steve Sprayberry, my service coordinator, kept me fully updated and continuously tried to assist me.
At some points I even spoke directly with the tech working on my car, Barry. At all times, Steve was professional, courteous, and would never fail to return a call or email.

I will hopefully not have to return, but if I do I know my car will be in good hands. I cannot recommend this dealership, and specifically Steve, enough.

These guys give the best service. For a mid-range luxury line of cars, they are extremely professional, providing much higher level of service than I would expect from a japanese auto maker. I won't take my car anywhere else. Steve in the service department handled my car effeciently, with lots of care, and kept me informed of all options.

Purchased a CPO G37x at Ray Catena this past weekend with salesman James DeAngelo. Overall it was an excellent experience. James was friendly, professional and down-to-earth and the car was in very good shape with exactly the colors and options that I wanted, which can be a challenge to find when shopping for a used car. I was also given a favorable value on my trade, and the financing was quick and easy through IFS.

The dealership itself is also very nice, with a spacious showroom which contained examples of literally the entire Infiniti lineup. There were free food and drinks, and even the employees who I chatted with while waiting for paperwork to come through were very friendly. I had visited several other dealerships closer to me (I live in Queens, NY), and this one was head and shoulders above the rest, with a minimum of car-dealer nonsense.

I've bought and leased many new cars over the years and this purchase experience exceeded all of my expectations. Robert and Chris were extremely attentive to my requests at every point, from the initial test drive to selecting vehicle options to completing and processing paperwork. Robert stayed in constant communication and had everything waiting for me when I walked in to take delivery. He was personable, very attentive to detail and worked hard to make the process easy. Chris, Robert's manager made sure to structure a great deal that I couldn't refuse. Both of them were low key with no pressure that made this purchase experience extraordinary.

Ok, I dont know where my first review is, I guess Ray Catena paid to get thad removed. Hey I am not going to stop writing reviews so that people know what they are getting into.

Here is my original review.

I have an FX35 which is due for a brake pad change and had taken it for the brake pad change. The service advisor Peter asks me how I know that the brake pads need to be replaced and that I need to pay $150 for a vehicle inspection. When I asked about this ridiculous policy, he was rude and very disrespectful and I cannot tolerate people like him.

I am a customer and they need to know that, if its not for people like us(customers) they don't exist. Also no one at their dealership was ready to apologize for this rude treatment that I got. I guess all of them are tuned to this business practice.

Well, if you are in CNJ area my advise is to avoid this dealership.

I have chosen Ramsey Infiniti and Fette Infiniti for all my service needs and they are really good. They even do a complimentary multi point inspection for free and advise if I need to do any pending service immediately or if it can wait.

That is exactly what a customer need. Not some rude service adviser who think he owns you and your car.

Well, I have already forwarded this review to the infiniti corporate of USA for them to take a look into. Hope dealerships like this get a fair treatment from the manufacturer and some basic customer etiquette training.

My suggestion to Ray Catena Infiniti- take a customer 101 training from your local community college.

This dealer has a great selection and inventory of cars! I worked with Gunther Wu on ending my Nissan lease and getting into an Infiniti. Working with Gunther was a very smooth process. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. No pressure tactics. No tricks or hidden fees. We agreed to everything over the phone and I picked up my vehicle the very next day. I will definitely go back to Gunther once this new lease is up!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. It was one stop shopping with their excellent sales and finance consultant, Jack Miller. He guided us through the process with clear explanations about the Q50 vehicle and all the components of the sale. Jack was extremely professional, customer focused, personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Jack and the dealership to any friend or family member. Love my Q50.

Very unpleasant experience. Was being helped by Gunther. At first started out great he showed us a number of cars and explained all the different features, pros and cons. Knowledgeable and courteus. When we decided on the car and started talking price the experience quickly deteriorated. He asked what I drive now as well as what I pay and left to "talk to the manager". Came back 10 minutes later, with a form to sign, left to see manager again (still no price). Came back 20 minutes later with some pompous guy who right away asked "I don't understand how you looking to get to that price! Explain to me it doesnt make any sense!" I was surprised and explained that we havent actually heard any pricing nor offered any budget requirements of our own. The "manager" replied that in that case the Q50 lease will be $550 a month. We thanked them and left to Lexus.
Lexus staff was pleasant and professional, did not play any games.
Avoid this Infiniti dealership.

This was my first experience at Ray Catena and it certainly will not be my last! Our salesperson, Yan Rozman, was the consummate professional from the moment we walked into the dealership. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I never felt any pressure during my car buying experience, as I had at other car dealerships. Yan was very patient and took his time explaining the details of the paperwork and every nuance of the car itself. I would highly recommend working with Yan Rozman and have plans to return to Ray Catena for our next vehicle. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience and wouldn't want to buy a car anywhere else. I absolutely love my new QX50! Thanks again Yan!

I inserted a '2' in the review title as this is my second vehicle from Tom Accatatta and my third from the dealership. The previous review was written 7/30/14. As before, Tom made the acquisition a painless and positive experience, with no hassles, game playing or unnecessary upsells. Tom is a gentleman whose primary concern is customer service, who worked with us to get the vehicle(Q50) we ultimately decided on, at a price point we were happy with. After we signed the paperwork, the sales manager, Mark Hernandez congratulated us, and his only comments were related to the sales experience and if he could help in any manner.

To close with the same tag line as the previous review: "Amazing customer service and a great vehicle made this an all around outstanding experience".

I picked up my new Q50 the end of June 2020. I worked with Tom Accatatta for the sales and pre-delivery and Robert Bruno for the delivery. This is my 4th car from Ray Catena and third car with Tom. I enjoy driving my Infiniti vehicles and the dealership runs like a clock. Covid-19 presented some challanges as I only went to the dealer for the delivery process, which was much streamlined from the prior delivery a few years ago. The overall experience was a 5 star experience.

Will never go back here again. I have the All Stat...

Will never go back here again. I have the All State plug in for my car to make my insurance rates go down. I've worked for 6 months to make my rates go down and WITHIN 2 MINUTES YESTERDAY they made my rates go up. Within 3 minutes of the car being on whoever had my car went 57 mph and stopped short twice. When there is multiple hard brakings the insurance rates go up. Tried to contact them for compensation and first off the manager got on the phone with an attitude and second of all they blamed it on the fact that I complained about my brakes squeaking. WHY DO YOU NEED TO GO 57 MPH AND STOP SHORT TO SEE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY BRAKES, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS LOOK AT THEM. Stay away from here because they are liars. I will never go back there again.
