Good afternoon.
I call today was trying to get some info on the QX50.
It's the worst service have ever receive, first start with the receptionist was not pleasant at all, I was put on hold for 15 minutes a male pick up after 15 minutes his exact word was who is this oh sorry I thought the phone was for me, then he just put the call right back in the queue without asking me what I need, was on hold for another 20 minutes, I finally hand up the phone and call back, this time Gloria answer I ask for a manager and wad told they all are busy, was on hold for a few minutes she pick back up the phone then ask if I would like to leave a message I said no she quickly hang up the phone no apology for waiting so long, am in the process of looking for a new vehicle but this dealer will never get my business you have just lost a customer, please don't send me anymore email.
