Beautiful hotel which may need a bit of modernization.
Good
1. Spellbindingly beautiful design with hotel built in fort type design
2. Large pool
3. Excellent rooms, with balconies
4. Beautiful view
5. Great service. Courteous staff
Bad
1. No light backup!! Frequent power cut, although it comes back with 5min.
2. Old switches in rooms poor electrical fittings
3. Staff is not modern. Flies on the buffet!
Tiramisu was laughable.
All in all beautifully built hotel which would do well with a bit of renovation/ modernization.

5 star hotel with 2 star experience..! Was told to decorte room with candles flowers which was charging 2500+taxes . N they ended up with 10 balloons n some petals of flowers n spoiled all the decorations and my surprise..! After that they charged me 2000 for not lighting up the candles..! Management was bad n they didn't accepted the mistake n took the charges for 10 balloons n flower petals..
Even rooms n toilet where not clean as per the mark !
Management was very slow n not satisfactory !
Not at all satisfied and will not refer to any of my friends and family for Ramada resort !

Visited as a guest in the Ramada Udaipur Resort Top Restaurant for dinner just today. We were entertaining friends from udaipur, and enjoyed view. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning . I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress, owner. He had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. He recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. He and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Yo!

Nice hotel with all facilities.I was here to attend a marriage function which was well managed by hotel staff. You can get here nice rooms, spa, gym, swimming pool, myra restaurant etc. which will make you fill good. You can get a view of udaipur city and monsoon palace sajjangarh from here.It is approx. 7km from city area near fateshsagar which was not so outside from city.It also provide cab facility for visitors.Only entrance at road should be developed more so that it can be recognized easily.Well,It was nice hotel with beautifull geographics and view.It can also be booked for destination wedding and pre wedding photoshoots.

We had been here last week.Lovely property encompassing a wide area , we stayed at on of the villa rooms with the View of Aravalli range and the Monsoon Palace.Anjum at reception , Kundan & Pooja at Myra restaurant and Chef Devender will surely make your stay a memorable one.If you are in Udaipur this will be the best property. Its worth spending at least half a day in this property to look around and enjoy.

I visited Udaipur with my wife and for a better and luxurious stay,we booked Ramada. We did not had lunch that day so directly ordered dinner but we were served bad quality food..We ordered 3 roti,1naan and 1paratha with kadhai paneer..but when the food arrived after an hour, most of the breads were burnt and not edible. We called the staff and raised our concern. We told them we will not pay for the burnt breads but they didnt do anything about that. While checking out,we saw the bill we were being charged for total 8 breads while we ordered only 5.It can be an issue from our end but tell me who orders the food and then count the pieces of bread before signing the bill..it is a matter of ethics. Also,It concerns when each burnt bread costs like 250bucks with gst.In the morning, when we were having breakfast,no cutlery was available at the table. No apologies were there from staff,so after a bad experience we shifted our hotel from Ramada to Trident.now Ramada please dont apolpgize here when you could not do anything when we were there...

If you're a frequent Traveller and would like to experience something new everytime, then do go by my recommendations. During my first visit I suggested for Bhairavgarh which is again a different experience in itself. But it is at remote location, so I chose to stay at Ramada this time. Waking up amidst beauty surrounded by mountains, chirpy birds, on a king sized bed is definitely an incomparable comfort. When you enter the lobby, you are bound to be left in agog by the atique beauty of the palace. Just the perfect place to yourself royal. They also have spa, swimming pool, indoor games and restaurant. Something pecular that I found was the smell in the rooms, maybe it is because it's too old. But I would say that it's really worth the money you pay. Must recommend for once-in-a-life experience.

Hotel was great particularly the staff at The Myra dining. Look out for Jitendra who was just so attentive to what we needed. Always ready to lend a helping hand! Also thanks to Bhawar, the Manager at Myra. Thanks Jitendra!

We stayed for two nights in the suite, the suite is large with average interiors and a decent size bathroom. Hospitality and people are great, you'd love the way they take care of you. Food is somewhat where they need to improve greatly as the taste and the spread was not to the standards of Ramada.
Location was very central to Udaipur, just a few kms from Fateh Sagar Lake, the property itself is built on hills which makes the experience quite serene.
The duty Manager, Shivam, Akash and Alok were very helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Kudos to them!
