Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent prices. A very warm welcome and outstanding extra attention to one of our group who was ill, upgrading the rooms. Beautiful site with fab view of the monsoon palace, great gardens, gym, pool in central courtyard plus another pool and 2 hot tubs by the spa, who also provided an excellent massage. Just walk up and down to the main gate to your room a couple of times and you'll have got in your exercise for the day... it's a steep incline

A wounderful experience was at ramada when i have gone with my family .a truely best resort ..we have gone to see udaipur ..i have seen this type of resort in which our heart does not allow to go out of resort ..it seems that this resort is going to be best resort..HATS OFF who crrated this resort,......

My friend recommended this place, I would say it is pretty much good place for couple and you will get enough amenities and services the main part is breakfast is very delicious, no need for lunch after that.

Just one thing you need to keep mind that you should have own vehicle because there are sometimes very hard to find ola or uber and their cab service is very costly. I would recommend if you want live there for long period without any vehicle hire bike or zoom car.

Great place for a family getaway. Beautiful location. Incredible hospitality, exquisite room setup and quality, crazy good food and warmth of the staff is unforgettable.

Ample facilities : pool, gaming zone, kids club, spa... All world class.

The view from the terrace in morning is breathtaking. The city looks like a floating dream from this place. The view of sajjangarh fort from the resort is mind-blowing.

The place turns even more beautiful at night when all the lantern are lit and the city chills down. A stroll at night in the pathway and garden is worth every penny.

All in all a perfect place for family to relax and unwind.

It is an absolute hotel to stay. Good rooms and Service. But there are some problems. If a Large members of family are staying together then it would be hard to go to each other's room as it is a way longer paths and hard to find the rooms. You can have a single bicycle in front of a room I guess if you don't have any prob. And the entry road of the hotel is way smaller. Good breakfast and lunch plus dinner. I was so happy to stay in this hotel and I love the kind of view and the greenery in the hotel. Loved it. I would be rating it 4.5/5 .

A really nice place to stay in Udaipur. The employees are really friendly and helpful.

1. Billing Section: They would loot you as soon as they get chance to do so... I booked through MMT but there was some changes due to medical emergency. Under the name of different amount they charged 120% more the booking amount and settled at 60% more. Other hotels did it free of cost on humanitarian ground.

2. Rooms: it's old property not maintained properly.

3. Bathroom: Not maintained properly and they have all old fittings.

4. Staff: Really Good Staff they know the standards of hospitality.

5. Buffet: Very average in terms of taste and variety. You may go for breakfast but don't go for all meal plan.

6. Swimming Pool: It is really good.

7. Location: Surrounded by slum.

8. Property: Nice to clicks pics.

Not co-oprative staff,I have AC problem in Room,I called Reception but didn t work out properly, property is good but Reception staff was pathetic,worst experience,Ramada is loosing it s Credit because of staff

The food is delicious. Specially pool side barbeque is awsome and different. The overall resort is best.

The service is so slow,I told them to bring bandage so they take 30 mins to bring it ,so I rated 3 star

I stayed at Ramada over the last weekend with my in laws and it was a great and a refreshing experience for all of us. The property in Udaipur is huge and gives you a beautiful view of the Lake Pichola...one can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the room itself. As the sun sets, the diya like lamps are lit across the 6 acre property which gives u a feeling of being a part of a grand celebration in the City of lakes. The staff is amazingly good and they go that extra mile to help u and make u feel comfortable..esp.Vijender, Vijay and Bisht were really really good to us..Look forward to having a wonderful stay with Ramada once again:)

One of the third class resort I have ever visited in my life. Poor room service with pathetic hospitality. Old menu in room, no body picks phone. Charging for 5 satr facilities and giving 1 star service. One room 10 k per day and not offered a glass of water at check in. Recommend not to stay here , you will waste your money. They people are destroying the name of Ramada group. Even staff tell lie most of the time to save their skin.

Good welcome, fairly comfortable room but very dark. They missed the opportunity to have good views. Good location for birdwatching in the garden though.

This place is huge and very beautiful. The staff here too is very responsible and trustworthy. The food quality here is taken serious amazing food with affordable prices.

The hotel is very well built... The structure, architecture and layout are impressive. But we were not given a good room. It seemed the room had been used recently and not cleaned properly later. There were wrappers in the bin. But the food is very good. Very few five stars provide authentic local cuisine. Buffet spread had variety and taste. Restaurant staff is also very courteous specially sanjina. She is a very good staff

We were 3 families checked in on 12th Aug checked out on 14th Aug 2016. The Staff is very unprofessional & services was pathetic. It was worst administration we have ever seen in any star property. Will never recommend any one to stay there.

Hospitality is top-notch in the restaurant. Fabulous property. We didn't get a chance to stay in this amazing property but would love to be back. Probably one of the best Ramada property in India. Food is one of the best in the city.

Awesome landscape, yummy food with lots of amenities. Room size is quite big n elegant furnishing. Night view is awesome, when one come out of room.

It's nice, have all the facilities but if you going to compare with any other 5 star hotels or the hotels with same range then I personally feel, it has many flaws in their services.

Ramada Udaipur is an awesome place. The resort is grand. It has many facilities and things to do. Did at Myra is very good but a little expensive. I would stay here again.
