Property is really good in terms of infrastructure and rooms are very comfortable. The conference/Banquet halls are small. Management staff have a tone of arrogance, try to limit your conversation if you want to spoil your mood and experience.
This is not up to the mark restaurant and hotel, service is bad and need lot of importants. Food quality was very very poor. And one more thing that we were organizing a party there but food is finished before the party ends. Still I am rating it 2 star.
The place is really good for a cozy and quiet stay. Its a little far from popular tourist places. Service is exceptionally well. View from rooms as well as dining places is good. Its surrounded by nature. Once you're inside the place, its really nice and calm. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall, a good place for stay in Udaipur.

A wonderful stay at the resort. The staff lead my Ms. Uma, the manager, ensured best of the service , hospitality and made me feel like a prince............very delicious food specifically the papri chaat and the food platter. Any day more than the value for money.
Nice view, professionaly run property under the leadership of GM Rachit Goel... Nice clean lobby and bar area. Security was alert and you feel happy that if you want to stay you are like covered

Room, breakfast, property all thing is very good but looks like little old one when you check in the room. Facilities and amenities are all well. If they can renovate rooms then it feel like 7* property as they have very spacious Villa type rooms

Its a Marriage hall, music goes on till 12:30 - 1 at night. U just can't sleep in this resort in case they have any function in their lawans.
Beautiful infrastructure...feel like top of the world. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Activities are nicely planed.
Because of only one restaurant it's always over crowded. Pool & pool side bar is nice. Bar is good. Food is spice so you have specify lots of time to make it lighter.

Its a very beautiful place with an amazing ambience ,, staff is very polite and food is too amazing i really love the place in udaipur view from the room will give u a calm feeling i really recommend this place.
It is worst there is no sports activities available and pool and everything else is worst in service .
So it's Ramada but there is nothing like 4 star.
I had my worst experience and no staff is taking it seriously and no one cooperative.
Fungus on food and used tissues kept in the base of serving bowl, yuk. I can never get over this gross incident. No apologies can undo this , period!

Very bad hospitality. We have booked the hotel online for 45000rs for 31st Dec and 1 Jan.after reaching Hotel forced us to pay approx 26000 Rs extra for new year party. For which we were not ready very bad performance of live band .bad quality of buffet which u can get in any other 4 star hotel for 1500 Rs..

Good descent rooms. Comfortable , good privacy and value for money. The food at Myra restaurant is very delicious. The buffet has lot of variety covers lot of cuisine and also tasty. The service is very pleasant. All the employees are very warm and prompt. Special mention and thank you of Kisan / puja / sayanika / norida and Mr Dev. Nice place to have a me too time with friends family.
