Beautiful place. Clean rooms. Great view of the city and sajjangarh fort from balcony. Removed one star as they charged inr 236 for a cup of tea, which was not good in taste as well.

I stayed at ramada for 2days. Experience is really good. Staff is friendly. Good food. It was a really nice location. Special thanks to Devendra, Pooja, Sanjay and Team.

I had a great stay with my family at the resort, huge property well equipped with most amenities. The rooms are pretty big with a big private balconies giving picturesque view of Lake Pichola. But the best view from the resort is of Sajjangarh Palace, as the resort is located at the base of the mountain. Two thumbs up for their hospitality; enjoyed the evening folk dance show at the poolside. If you go there keep ample time for enjoying the resort.

Place is amazing. Food is amazing. We went in a huge group so the service was a bit slow but overall a good experience.

Well built project and architecture but poorly managed. Not value for money. Poor maintenance, bad house keeping service turtle speed. Staff courteous. Food just OK. Poor lit room. Toilet smelling 'cos poor ventilation. Bath 3 feet width, can't bath easily. PEOPLE DON'T GO "SEEING" BUILDINGS BUT TO LIVE IN AND ENJOY. Don't suggest to stay for the cost. One casual lunch may be OK but horrible pricing.

Nice place and ambience but need to work on maintenance

The infrastructure of the property is good. But the staff and service is not at all up to the mark. The staff is not well versed with the city, they are not very welcoming and don t have any communication skills. The experience is not worth the cost. Even the suites look like regular rooms. If you want a 5 star experience, this resort is not recommended.

Staff don't know how to talk with guest and i think oyo hotels are better then Ramada no one know English even housekeeping and front office manager don't know how to speak english

So, here is a hotel which has a fantastic property and really poor service to boast of. While talking to the hotel staff, you might not be able to feel it is a five star property but more like a 1 star lala hotel. To give you an example, if you ask for water bottles, and then again ask for tea bags after a while, they will come and deliver it in half n hour first time. And second time, the guy will have the audacity to say, sir order at once. We can't come so many times. They will enter your room even when there is a DND sign outside. Basic courtesy missing across managers till the level of GM who is mostly missing and unavailable to talk. And instead of correcting things, they will just say, we can offer you a cake. Haha! The rooms also talk about the same thing. They are spacious but not clean enough bathrooms and the daily cleaning is just a sham. Would still appreciate the restaurant manager who did a fantastic job with the breakfast. And it's hard to find cabs through online apps during most times.

Good ambience. Nice place.Staff not so good at keeping their words when they get their payments....so wait till last moment to pay...

Good resort, awesome, beautiful and spacious rooms. Wonderful architecture. Looks great after sunset.
