The stay was really nice and comfortable. The staffs at the hotel are really polite, helpful. We met a wonderful attendant in the dining hall.
If you are planning to stay, get a cottage on the upper land which might get you an amazing view!

Really recommend.

Ramada udaipur is a lakeview resort in Udaipur. View of lake pichola and Aravali hills is mind blowing. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools with spa and saloon. There is no compromise in service and quality. The quality of food is best . Well maintained and tidy rooms with 24*7 housekeeping services. Proper sanitization is done at the time of check-in. Best resort for photogenic peeps, lots of parking space. Lot of good experience

Being a 5 star property, they were unable to provide basic facilities. I e. Hot water to take bath and Internet.

Water was Luke warm, how can anyone take bath in cold winters. Couple of days back, I had stayed in tent in Jaisalmer during cold winter , they were able to provide very hot water for 24/7.
And during checkout, management stated that issue was with only our room. If that was the case, why didn't they change my room for 2 days.. Horrible management. In pursuit of hot water, I used to waste minimum 2hrs each day, expecting they will fix issue. Pathetic.
You end up paying minimum 10K / night. But without hot water. Management is just sorry with a smiling face.

And, wi-fi speed is 0.55mpbs. Are you kidding me? This is what is offered in 5 Star resort. You can't conduct any business conference call. Unbelievable.

They don't have proper hot water management and internet , please don't stay in this place. You will regret for sure.

Good.

Totally worth it.

Totally worth it.
I forgot my valuables in the hotel and unlike othet hotels, the staff here made sure that my things reaches me at the earliest.
The hospitality and clean rooms made it an amazing one for us.

PROPERTY: huge but the most expensive rooms in suite category have no view infact windows open on to a common path .so avoid suite
STAFF : 3 stars all are for the amazing staff . Starting from Anjum -honest girl returned extra 1k in gave .Saloni in the dining who effortlessly served smiling from morn to nite and again on newyears morn .Hitesh helped with booking ( though i kept wondering if 1lakh 3thousand for 3 nites was too high a price)
DINING: the WORST breakfast spread i have ever seen in a resort .no options for non vegetarian except eggs and dead looking bacon .chef needs lesson on toxicity of burnt oil ( they keep frying in the same oil ).even the idlis were hard .poha looked dried.very upset and fir me holiday at a luxary resort meant a grand breakfast.
NEW YEAR EVE : i had fun coz i had made up my mind to end 2019 dancing.music good .good MC .half cooked food . food was like u get in a low standard wedding banquet .they had million variety but all smelling of oil or half done and then wait at live counter . More than this is the thing that it was mandatory for the guests living to attend and pay 10000per pax( Dont u all think it's too high and unjustified) why should I be forced and if i did pay i expect luxary at 10k. correct me if I am wrong.
So in brief excellent staff/ vast property/bad dining / overpriced new year.( On a usual day i would have asked for a refund for serving half cooked fish but didn't want to play a spoiler on the New year Eve.
3 stars which i gave is only for the amazing staff (dear management your staff is ur asset take care of them or else the dinig & suite rools not worth ) 1 star for the dining area & breakfast / horrible new year Eve food / no value for money ( 10k per person) .they need to get a better chef and suite rooms a better view .

A potentially great property but maintained in the best possible way. The rooms are fairly spacious but a tad old. Service could have been lot better. Their restaurant Myra again does not live up to the expectation. One breakfast meal was good but the rest was purely average

Though the resort is amazingly beautiful and scenic from almost every corner.
But here are a couple of experiences which disappoints in service:
1) order food and it took more than an hour to serve only sandwiches
2) Saturday evening the first aid box was out of a few necessary items from the checklist. When enquired the staff, got very dissatisfactory response: first aid boxes are refilled on monday and they dont have any spare one..
This was a huge disappointment..

The location is a bit odd and away from the tourist action. The property by itself was beautiful but the very first impression as soon as you get out of the car is the foul smell of recycled water or something. The room which i believe was one of the best on property was nice but a little on the dark side. The TV size could have been bigger. We had one buffet paid and two breakfasts which were complimentary. Now this is where we felt the lack of coordination and hospitality. The servers were clueless and the average wait time for anything including water was 10 minutes. Maybe it was understaffed or maybe the servers were not trained. My suggestion define roles for servers example one guy is just distributing water and tea. Maybe someone takes care of live counters or something but coordination is needed.
