Quality of room and food is so amazing... Property is also good and well maintained but Room Service very very very poor. If you order something from room, it will definitely take a while...

Best Resort in Udaipur. Amazing Hospitality. Very Helpful staff.

Set in quaint landscape of Udaipur and a little away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms and the swimming pool are perfect and it is wheelchair friendly. A perfect place to stay if you are travelling with your family. But I feel there could have been more number of board games and the hangout area could have been bigger fir the kids.

Great ambiance. Exterior was well designed and maintained in terms of providing the feeling of being in a castle. However overall cleanliness was poor. Room layout, bathroom design, maintenance, and furnishings were definitely sub par. They seem to have done nothing for the immediate (less than a few feet from the gate) neighborhood either.

This resort has everything that you want. It's always good to spend my vacation here. But this time i came here in a wedding ceremony and the feel of the occasion became unforgettable. The service is very good. And there view are awesome to see with naked eyes. I'm falling in love with this place and its views. This place is situated in center of mountains

The first room allotted was smelling cigarette, though it was a non- smoking room ! So, we changed the room... Then the ac control was not working in this room ! But The breakfast was super and the courtesious service by Sonam was great....

Service was really good. Staff over here is very friendly and cooperative. They are very much concerned about hygiene and sanitisation, so no need to be frightened even in this pandemic time. They have also provided good speed wifi. Furthermore, delicious food and great ambience will make you feel satisfied. Additionally, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. You also can enjoy alluring landscape view from balcony and terrace. Rain will take your whole experience to the next level. Best place to chill out for everyone.

It was a nice resort. We had a very relaxing stay. Food was okay, it could be better. They had nice folk dance in the evening. The swimming pool was beautiful. Had lot of fun swimming.
The staff was very helpful through out.

Its mind blowing. Amazing service. Great staff. The food is really good. And the architecture is unique. Its not close to the lakes as in you can't see the view up close but comfort in every way is what it is.

It is the live feedback as i am staying in the ramada, udaipur right now. The 3 stars are for their room service, I wanted a glass of milk for my daughter as she drinks milk while she's asleep. I called up room service around 11 pm n after that i made 3 reminder calls then milk was delivered around 3 am. N that too after 4th reminder

Little bit far from city centre. Nice location and structure. Food also very nice with good service.

Was travelling with family and friends. We were upgraded to the premium rooms for which i am extremely thankful. The majestic view of the monsoon palace and the aravalis from the hotel is outstanding. Also the land scaping they have done near the pool area inside the hotel makes it look very beautiful which makes me give a 5 star to this hotel.
Few small things that i would like to point out, after staying at many 5star hotels, there are very few and ramada udaipur is one of them who dont offer steam sauna as complimentary which is not expected from a hotel of this class. The swimming pool changing area has no hanger or any hook where you can hang your towel or clothes anywhere. These small little things really dissapoint at times. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good but fewer choices for non-vegetarians. The equipment in the gym also needs upgradation.Lastly, rooms and the bathrooms need a little more mantainence. Also, there are no showers in the bathrooms that made me feel really uncomfortable.
Overall a good trip and would like to visit again.

A really good place to visit, stay and relax. The staff is very friendly and the service is very good. Definitely a good place to stay if you are visiting Udaipur. It is slightly on the outskirts but it is ok. Connectivity to the city is good.
