Good Location- away from main city, clean and big rooms, slow in room service, need to increase variety of food selections.

Had wonderful experience at Ramada Udaipur. Well educated staff. Very good services. Comfortable rooms.excellent Food and service. Precautions for covid -19 are taken very well. Recommend to visit.

I do not like it .. Driver does not want to go anymore .. Pahle he gadiyo k kat kum h .. Driver khaayega kaha sogyega .. Inko sharam nahi aati .. Driver stay ng food arrangement de kya gareeb ho jayega ye hotel .. driver dhung se sogyega nahi to guest nd driver do jan ko khatra h .. i do not know so much ..

The resort looks very luxurious but it needs better service. We always have to inform 2 to 3 times for any needs. Ramada Head Office needs to involve and improve better service. Other than that, this resort this resort is pretty good.

Location is good but if you want stay here then don t go there on sessional time as you will charge almost 5times as compared to normal charges. Facility is average. Interior and location is nice.

Very nice pool, great reception and services, the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Very beautiful hotel is on every side greenery and peace, food is very good, Kurtis gets a lot of souvenirs here

I was able to see the monsoon palace from my room!!! all the tourist spot in udaipur is neardy food was delicious... very freindly and respectful staff they even reminded about the dinner and breakfast buffet tinings the swingpool was clean and had lot of fun in it with pool games the ambiance had a royal look .been there with my family and freinds they are very freindly and gives good treatment regarding the kids . Perfect stay !!!

Amazing place with awesome views and great rooms. The food is really good and they have a neck to provide excellent menu. Great service and special kudos to Bhanvarpal singh and chef Virendra in Myra restaurant for taking care of every one and for exceeding our expectations...thank you guys for all your care and help....

Charming hotel, with a beautiful facade. The large multi level courtyard is a wonderful tranquil escape from the busy town. And everyone of the hotel staff that I have encountered, are the friendliest I've ever experienced.

People helpful but the property needs much of repair and restore guys just look at your spa hot tubs and also please at the restaurant doors bathrooms room electric fitting not kept up to the mark

The best resort to stay, The food and the stone texture is wonderful , The hill is carved with the best architecture design i have ever seen will surely visit every vacation if they send me good deal .

Nice place and very warmly welcoming staff...the locations is somewhat hard to find but when at the resort you can enjoy serene and scenic beauty of the hills from the reaort.the cleanliness was well maintained. The best view was of sajjangardh which was mesmerizing fromthe room (premium). The food was also very nice and the staff at the restaurant were very helpfull. Njoyedthe stay

Over all property is very good, stay was good , bathrooms and beds need desperate renovation, entire staff was very curtious and helpful.

Not a very impressive place...plus food is also average.

There is a very nice place here the spa is also fantastic and there is a perfect vacation palace

Udaipur, the city of lakes in the Aravalli ranges, is also called Kashmir. This resort gives you and your family a pleasant feeling in the midst of these green fields. The tasteful food of the resort, swimming pool, lawn, staff behavior increases your enjoyment manifold.

The hotel staff was very supportive and took great care of us.. We got upgraded to a villa as they were less noisy and were sent.

Property is beautifully constructed , its like fort on top of a hill. Resort facilities are good for a 4* property. Location of hotel is outside the city buzz so it s prefect place for relaxation. Behaviour of entire staff including Property owner Ms Dolly...Very humble people...overall Ambience was good...food quality was good

This hotel is worst than 2 stars , they are charging for nothing , just on the basis of their own policies, they have charge me for not staying their , their service center are pathetic , they are not bother to reply or call to resolve the query after several reminders, suggestion for every one - they can charge you for the services you never take....

Phenomenal resort on hills! Refreshing environment..finger licking traditional rajasthani food with many more! Friendly staffs especially our favourite saravjeet kaur ma'am! Bit one of the housekeeping staff was annoying especially with the event team who were also the guests of the wedding..chefs, front office members were amazing..made us feel like our home! Enjoyed our stay! Must visit to enjoy the breath of life . Genuinely reviewing it as a best hotel of udaipur!

Absolutely overrated And over priced. Although there are a few good activities to do , but the rooms are not upto mark. The staff is one of the worse staff ever seen. I think they all are over worked by the management . I would advise folks to look at other options like Radisson Blu , Lalit Laxmi which are much better in hospitality .
