Location, Infrastructure, Rooms, Service, Staff, Amenities...nothing fails to impress you. Big thumbs up.

It an awesome experience to stay there .
For a middle class people to pay such a amount and take a risk that how the resort will is a huge thing but this full fills all the things

It was a wonderful welcome during our visit and we have stayed to night here it was awesome experience with family

Its nice hotel with spa bar 60 plus rooms situated at top of small mountain pool side parties a really good place for tourists & local people

The location is a little off compared to mainstream competitive lake side hotels, and the room maintenance was not up to the mark, slightly old rooms with not so clean bathrooms, also the tap water was way too salty, other than that the property is beautiful and so is the food and staff

Good resort. Requires better service. Great location and property.

We checked in at 6AM (2rooms)and they charged me for Early Check in around 3000rs, I was ok with that.
Once we checked in and then I found AC was not working and I called at reception and asked for technician.
Technician came and left within 5 min (He said everything is ok).
Again same problem with AC and technician came 3 three times but problem were not solved.
At the end they moved in other rooms. (That room was amazing)
When we went for checked out they asked me for another 7000rs for unnecessary charge of extra person and some food.
(We denied to pay cz we already cleared everything when extra person came/she came for 3-4 hours only as a visitor)

Do Not Stay in this resort/ there are so many hidden charges/ you would lose your budget/ Uneducated Staff/ Unprofessional Behaviour/ breakfast was good

The property is amazing. You would love the place and view. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the staff. They do not know hospitality and hence this place gets only 2 from me

Lovely built resort, however maintainance could have been better

Awesome place with excellent ambiance and friendly staff. And the road from main entrance gate to reception is just awesome.

I have worst experience in this hotel. As they described that it's five star hotel... their service level is exceptional poor.... we asked for chilled water in room they delivered normal room temp water 3 times... even we returned water one time to the reception... then they told us that chilled water would be chargeable.... we said that's ok... add it in our bill( I stayed in taj, Marriott, holiday inn, radisson blu india but they never asked for charging for chilled water... that's really funny and embarrassing for the hotel).... but again they delivered room temp water.... so I suggest that if you want to just see the view and want to just sleep in the hotel... it's good but when it's comes to service level, it's really very very bad and low quality....

Great place in nature swimming pool awesome drink snCks and more fun

I was invited here for a cocktail party and in the meanwhile I took a break to explore this amazing place. A walk around the poolside was awesome. Perfect for all kinds of shoots. Unimaginably they have setup cool spots for parties, functions and get togethers in newer niches of the resort. Moreover their amenities for multiple sports is truly great. Superb arrangements. Out of the world architecture.

Luxurious resort. Place to be if you want to stay away from hustle and bustle. Spacious rooms with big balconies. Pool and spa areas are something else, especially during nights. Good view of monsoon palace and the city from here. Only drawback may be it's location, slightly on outskirts but then some may find that advantageous. Staff is very courteous. Food is good but can improve.

Nice service but expensive comparing with what you get

We stayed for 3 nights here and celebrated x-mas. Rooms are nice and spacious, property is big, and staff is nice and friendly. Food here is also tasty. But party on Xmas was disappointed. Food was not that good and taste is also missing. Overall hotel is good for stay. Will come again.

Wonderful resort, full family will love the properties. Staff is very friendly . Service is too fast and Good. Behaviour of the staff 5 out of 5. Property is very well maintained and it's a huge place.

Ramada bar is super cool & the staff behave was awesome. I went for a lil work for my company, but the Front Office Manager or Sales Manager, I don t know the exact designation of the guy, he was very rude. He wasted almost 45+ mins just for a signature. Else on other hand every person was so good. Natural beauty inside the Hotel is also superb.

Great location. If you pick the right room you will have amazing views of the city or the valley. We stayed in the villa room which had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sajjangarh fort. Staff is very friendly and treat you well. Food was okay.

It was a decent time spent in Ramada resort udaipur with beautiful Garden and outside atmosphere especially in early morning and night. But few things required improvement like rooms had poor light , bathroom required maintenance,food was ok should have more options in buffet breakfast and dinner. People must smoke in designated area not here and dere and should wear mask in crowded place of property. Overall good experience.

We liked the services of the restaurant staff Mr jitendra rai. He is a very dedicated person and served very nicely. The restaurant manager Mr mrinal is very dedicated towards his duties and is doing his job very nicely. Always ready to serve the best.

The property is beautiful and it has a great feel. To it. You can just sit and enjoy the view from terrace top or literally just sit and admire the proper.. The rooms are amazing and great baths..

A few things that could have been better are management at the jacuzzi and the quality of the toiletries.

I will say that from outside it is one if the best resort in Udaipur. It gives a glimpse of a modern fort. But from inside, rooms are of average standard. Rooms had no American electric switches to charge your devices, bad paint condition with poor rush marks (it looks like and average middle class room), plastering work was poor I can see the rough base on the walls, small 32 inches television in such a big & expensive room. Staff is not well trained as I had to ask them for each and everything like there was no bathrobes & bathmats in our room. One day I was going to Udaipur local tour and it was raining outside so I asked the reception for the umbrella and I get weird reply from reception desk that I can not take Umbrella outside the hotel.....what the heck, what one will do with Umbrella inside the property? Overall from outside property is ultra fabulous 10/10 but from inside it is losing some crucial points 6/10 and staff is 7/10.

Superb resort, beautiful and super comfortable stay

This four star property is best for stay in Udaipur for it's cleanliness, hospitality & the super spacious rooms. It also has a fantastic swimming pool and some nice indoor games. You get princely feel here in this vast palace like resort. The best part of this resort is it's food. If you happen to be from India than you will absolutely love the food of this resort. One should always opt for complimentary breakfast option available at the time of booking. Good value for money resort
