Reasonably priced, close to Prince George Hospital...

Reasonably priced, close to Prince George Hospital in Washington metropolitan area. Free breakfast, though usual check in is 3pm or later, they accommodated check in at 1 pm. You can keep your bag with them after chrckout and you can collect it after you finish your work. Centrally located and you can veg food close by at Chipotle or subway.

The front desk guy on the 2nd day at night was not nice. The water was either really hot or extremely cold. The tv did not work in the room. There were bugs under the beds. The breakfast was good at the (ihop)on the other side of the building. there was a hole in the place where you eat there was some liquid dropping out of the celling where the hole was. There was a ball party running in the hotel and extremely noisy. Couldn t sleep well until the party finished at 2:00 a.m. The was nothing the front desk can do as the place was rent out for commercial use. Also, WiFi is so slow that you cannot imagine. The Lte was also very weak for my service. Was not able to send pictures to friends until next morning when l think fewer people use the WiFi. Btw, the lady at the front desk just hung up my call when I didn t understand her and asked her to repeat. That s the worst hotel service I had ever had. One more thing, my body itches after a night s sleep. I need to find out the reason before I say anything about the hygiene of the hotel.

I was at this location last night with my girlfriend and woke up at 5am to find out i have bite marks on my right arm. This is the second time this has happen to me, i went down to talk to the person at the counter and all they can do is room me to another room....at 5 am. I posted and took pictures of my right arm and showed the person at the counter and the first time i found a spider in the bed and took multiple pictures of it and put a bag of sun chips in the picture to show the manager that i wasnt lying. Its nice walking area to go shopping or the get something to eat but i will not be coming back to stay. Never!

Nice room and comfortable bed but dirty carpet. Nice breakfast. However none of this explains why you have to hold my $100 deposit for days before refund. Isn't this illegal borrowing of money without any interest to me for days?.There is no record that you refunded the money to my card immediately as you claimed would happen. Iam so pissed off with your crooked charge.If you charge me for security deposit, I expect you to refund the money as soon as I check out and done your inspection. Borrowing my money in disguise is unacceptable. I can only recommend your hotel to anyone who does not work hard for their money.

The worst hotel I have ever been. First of all they had me check in 3 hours later than I was supposed to. Front desk service was poor. Then AC didn t work all night and to top their poor services I was charged 50 dollars for checking out an hour and a half late. So how about you checking me in 3 hours late? Called customer service trying to complain and the call attendant told me there s nothing she could do and hung up on me very abruptly. I ve never experienced anything like this in any hotel around the world. I ll never come back here.

Now the first day I stayed there the ac didn't work and they said someone would come and look at it they didn't and the service wasn't to good nor was the place cleaned and the rooms are very outdated this would be my last choice or maybe not a choice at all.

Loud vibrating noise coming from inside the wall of my room, I had to change room.. ballroom set up and service was great but renting was a little expensive though. Complimentary breakfast was okay.

The staff was great even for a very late check in. We ended up staying another night because of the shuttle service to the Metro for DC and Alexandria. It was clean and IHop is next door lol. They have a bar in the hotel and a small menu for food. Restaurants around deliver as well.

Well... where do I begin? Maybe with a kudos to the potential of this hotel. The lobby LOOKS nice enough. But that's potential that this hotel DOES NOT live up to. Upon my arrival, waiting to check-in, another couple was complaining about a room with mold that needed to be changed. Another man separate from this group was complaining about the iron that didn't work from his second or third room he was changed to.... just a mess... and this was all while I was waiting on the line to check in. Nevertheless, I like to formulate my own opinions... so I went with it in hopes of better. I was given the wrong room. Got one with 2 queen beds, but booked a room for a King. That was strange because when I arrived at the hotel after 2pm I Asked if I could check in early and was advised I had to wait until 3pm because the room with the king beds were still being cleaned. So what exactly was a waiting for if I still ended up in a queen bed room? .... But still just went with it and didn't complain.
The website advised of complimentary breakfast.... but they had a sign in the elevator (front desk said nothing about it) that advised no grab and go breakfast as of 1/21/21..... so update your website Metro Points... sheesh it's 5 months into the year (May 2021) Stop being misleading.
The worst of it was the no fridge aspect.
I came with insulin to store and the front desk advised that there were no microwaves or fridges available at all not even by request... also not listed on website (fridge and microwave are listed as amenities available.) The woman at front desk who said her name was Sam was very unfriendly. I asked about potential late Check out (she exhaled loudly and advised I needed to just call the front desk the next day as if she were too busy to address the request. (I ended up checking out early and funny thing the room phone didn't work anyway so... there's that) Sam at the front desk's attitude could have been due to all the complaints she had to field, however, that is far from my concern as a patron. To be frank, she needs hospitality training. Period. Every question I asked was answered with an aggravated response or none at all. Simple questions like "hi, could you please tell me the wifi password?" as if I had asked Sam at the front desk for her first born child and social security number. Her poor attitude continued at every encounter after check in, so maybe she was just having a bad day... but again that shouldn't be my cross to bear as the hotel patron. At one point I actually just laughed in amusement at hey lack of customer service skills. I'm sorry you hate your job Sam, but there are literally classes available for hospitality

The room wasn't so bad. The phone didn't work so had to go downstairs to ask any questions. Tub had some mildew stains. Towel had some weird orange crust on it. I disinfected and used microban on everything anyway but... still isn't that what the cleaning staff is for? Aren't we in a pandemic?
The Entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke... the ENTIRE FLOOR. As if someone was chain smoking cigarettes since year 1999 right in the hallway... again that's strange for a No smoking hotel.
Also vending machines didn't work to add to the list of simple amenities that were unavailable. So no fridge,no vending machines, no microwave, staff member Sam's deplorable attitude... it just wasn't the greatest.
Overall, if I'm in a jam, I might stay here again as a last resort. At a little over $50/ night the discount isn't bad. However, now I see why the rooms are so highly discounted. You definitely get less than what you pay for here. If you are in a bind and need a quick room for maybe a night, You can stay here, but don't expect anything more than the feel of staying in a homeless shelter... yes...I said it.
This entire place NEEDS A RENOVATION of space and staff. Do better.

At first I was a bit worried, but after talking with the staff and exploring the area, this is one of my best stays in an unfamiliar area. The rooms might be a bit worn down, but the staff and their professionalism, the SUPER fluffy comforters as well as the pillows, the 3 connected resturants, all made up for it. I would give it a 5, but then we would no longer strive for excellance, right? Thank you Maryland!!!!

We were not greeted, just "are you checking in"by (Esther) which there was a language barrier,this was my first time at this hotel,was not told about the amenities there,I requested at the time of booking no room higher than the 4 the floor,they attempt to put me on the 7th,the view on the 4th floor was horrible looking down on a.c.vents,the room definitely needs some upgrades,the carpet was dated and old,the beds were ok, every time I came back to my room I couldn't get in had to have the cards activated ,that was a pain in the butt,I think the best part of the stay was the breakfast,it was good,they had eggs,saugage patties and links,home fries, waffle maker which they had 2,but I think they need 2 more it was a bit of a wait for them,will I stay again? I'm not sure I would definitely think hard about it,but this was just my experience,had talked to other people in the breakfast area which they had voiced their complaints also.

Our room wasn't even fully cleaned. They're was a dirty sock left in our room and a musty smell. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way. No fridge or microwave. Limited tv channels and no hdmi port. We scheduled a shuttle to pick us up from the metro at 8:40pm. He never showed, we ended up having to take a taxi. When we complained we just got "sorry, the engineer must of forgot" then to top it off they charged us an additional $350 for "smoking" in the room. We did not smoke in the room. When I called they said housekeeping reported we did. Then they said they had picture evidence. I asked to be emailed these so called pictures. Still have yet to receive them. I asked for a corporate number and they could only transfer me to a voicemail. I called again and asked to speak to a manager on duty or owner...and I was transferred to the front desk voicemail. Disgusting hotel and horrible service. Also the complimentary breakfast ends at 9am. That was disappointing too.

The front desk people are rude. They never answer phone, so if someone is trying to reach you better have a cell phone. Capet in my room is stained. Shower door broke, won't slide. I ask the house to put in order to be fix, but she tried to fix. I won't be coming back.

This hotel sucks. The floor was dirty and our curtains were broke. Most o the furniture was either cracked or old and rusty. The TV wasn't in HD, (not the biggest concern though).The staff are mean and annoying and clearly don't care about their job, though the housekeeping was nice. The best thing about this place was there free breakfast, and the breakfast are looks like a hot mess. DO NOT COME HERE.

Some area are a little worn and need a facelift but decor is generally nice. I stay on the 7th floor overlooking the highway not so great a view, then I saw the sunrise, awesome, then the night lights nice. Room service good employees great. Overall g [d deal.

IF I could review without ANY stars I would. I stayed here about 12 years ago, and it was a nice place. Now?!? It's horrific. The staff (with the exception of a tall black girl) is rude, condescending and the most unengaged staff I have ever encountered. The rooms are outdated, overpriced, dirty, and I would NOT take my socks off on the carpet. The ENTIRE HOTEL minus the lobby smells of weed and alcohol. Checked in at midnight last night (after an hour long argument at the desk behind being charged more than I reserved for) and there was this woman in the hallway armchair. She was there when I left for a meeting at 8:45am. Was still there at 10:30am when I returned. When I checked out, she was STILL in the hallway asleep. They lock the hotel at night, so if you want to order food, be prepared to wait in the lobby. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Nothing but nonsense.

Didn't have a good check in. If you get your reservation on line, they don't want to honor it. He was argumentative. We reserved 2 rooms, pd ahead. They said we only got one rm. Asked for manager, was told he just left. We insisted, call him so he went in back rm to get him. Manager wasn't any better! No apologies, no smile! That guy wasn't even talked to! Should have been fired! Check in guy just wanted to sit & watch tv not take care of customers.

After 11 you have to ring a bell and hope someone is listening to let you enter the front door. I had to duck to get my head wet in the shower. The TV in our room would not turn on. My wife and kids said that breakfast was good though. I'm glad we only stayed one night.

They couldn't find my reservation then we waited for an hour. smelled like mildew then they kept my$100 Claiming i smoked cigarettes and i don't even smoke. i tried to get my money back but they were too rude so i took the L. i would not recommend
