It's right in front of a supermarket, so it's easy to get some groceries if one wishes. It has a small shop inside with good prices. It is quite comfortable in relation to the price. Breakfast included.
Stayed here and my towels had hair in the my sheets looked like they were not changed with make up all over them. And dirt stains. Staff came and changed everything with a good attitude but the next day me and my significant other broke out. I asked to speak with management and they gave me a card I email two different managers with no response this is the 4th day since my stay with no response.
CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY I came to this hotel because I have a early morning meeting in the area the rooms are extra HOT when you walk in, I had to be moved four times because when I turned on the showers in each room I went in the tub would fill up and scum floated set a time who wants to take a shower in someone else s dirty scum. And to top it off I called to speak to the supervisor on duty they staff acted like they didn t know who it was So sad it s such a Convenience for me to stay for work wise but to trifling to stay place sucks Balls

It does NOT have laundry! But it pretends it does online! Also it provided no plastic bags no matter in bathroom or in the icebox! And the signal in my room isn't good. However, it provides shuttle service. That is convenient for travelers.

The hotel looks nice on the outside but on the inside it needs small things that need to be updated like the showers. The shower drain was clogged up

This place is basically my second home my rooks are always clean bathrooms spotless itts cheaper than motel 6 i literally itch the whole time at motel . Metro points is heaven compared to motel 6 ii usually pay around 140 for 3 nights and always extemd my stay
This is in New Carrolton MD. This is where we stay when I go home to visit. The rooms are nice, but they need some updating. The prices are great and they are Servie Dog friendly! Wonderful staff!
Terrible hotel no hdmi on the tvs the ppl are rude the beds and pillows suck and there's no hot water in the shower

Worst hotel ever ......1 they trick u with the fancy lobby area and design .the elevators are dirty so are the hallways rooms are cheap locks for security don't work open cuts in the wall where the door locks a drywall falls right out in the carpet ....... carpet is dirty there were used linen in our first room upon the switch it got worst beds have visible dents in them which made for very uncomfortable rest mildew smell with dirty fridge ......got room through Expedia got to hotel they still charged my card another $100.00 which is supposed to be refunded by check out or one day after it's been 9 days and I still haven't received my refund manager are extremely nasty when asked about refund process I've been transferred to accounting department every day with a recording to receive a call within 24 hours .......it's been 9 days and no call .......worst hotel experience ever ...... never ever stay here
Poor Mattresses on bed, air conditioner not working
Room is clean and tidy. They have locker to keep your valuable stuffs. Enjoyed two days stay.
Renovated and beautifully up to date, though tubs are worn out and kinda gross. Absolutely wonderfully placed for not being within the district and A+ for effort at the front desk.
Well for one they had complicated showers and they had the worst beds when i stayed there i had to sleep on the floor man thats messed up

First time at this hotel price was good but that is about it. The room was outdated and old and it smelled funny. It was nothing like the pictures online. The bathroom tub was pilling and the furniture look beat up. Called front desk for towels and rags and had to wait for 2 hours. It is very convient to DC but I would never stay there again.

First for the pros.The hotel is in a great location. Close to the metro and has a shuttle to the metro. It is close to shops and things we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and greated us every time we came back to the hotel. The pancakes were hard. The made up more with no problem. The phone didn't work wall some of outlets. There is mold in the shower. There was no were to put your clothes other then a small closet that has 6 hanger. There was no drawers. beds are full size not queens. The food for breakfast was not that great but free has a price too. The ice machine on the 5th 6th 7th floors don't work. The soda machines on 5th 6th 7 th dont work either. When we came into the room the second night there was a horrible smell (like a backed up septic tank). There is no ventilation. Well actually we found a vent but no way to turn it on. No micro wave or fridge. You have to pay for the safe.
I really like the hotel overall, we had a Jacuzzi in our room. Wasn't as big as we thought but we made it work. The guy at the front desk told me the $50 would be taking off my card when we check out so make sure the hotel was decent, no damages or anything. When we checked out they said everything was okay, a couple of days later they charged my card. I talked to one manager she said she didn't see anything in the system with me having record of my stay. Told me she was going to have management call me and never did. This was back in September. Its now December. I've left several Messages.
Its not a luxury hotel but it sure is highly recommendable
This is the most average hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was fairly clean, the elevators worked, the breakfast was edible and nothing more. Not the worst place to stay, but far from the best. The location is pretty sketchy but the staff I encountered we're very nice and helpful. I can't attest to cleaning services because I didn't let them in my room due to some reviews accusing the maids of theft.
I heard they are overridden with bedbugs. I never got to stay at the hotel because after I made the reservation for a one night stay, they asked for another $100 when I got there. Then when I went back to talk to the manager he wouldn't see me or return my phone calls. He didn't even return my email. They didn't refund the $116 dollars they got for the reservation. I even told them they could give me a one night stay since I already paid for it...Nothing. They just stole my money. Customer service sucks big-time. Now that I know they are infested with bedbugs I thank my lucky stars this happened. Maybe they can take some of the $116 and buy some spray.
Very friendly, supportive staff. Shuttle service to/from Metro is a great comfort offered by the hotel. Rooms ar big and light.

Excellent budget hotel in the suburbs of Washington. From the metro station about 1.2 km. The hotel can get a phone number to call the shuttle to the metro station. Near the road there is a supermarket, shops, cafes, there is a gas station 7-11. The hotel liked the breakfast and the opportunity to independently prepare American waffles.

Do not book here. The front desk is rude, they have no real manager (or at least when you ask to speak to one, the always say that they're laid off or not available), they do not give security refunds back as well. After a month of continuous attempts at trying to contact them, they told me without warning that they charged my card 300 without proof of the accusation. The refrigerators have a foul odor but do not light incenses because they will charge you a smoking fee, you'd just have to deal with it. Save yourself energy and money.
I had a great time at the hotel, even if it was only for one night.

I'm rating it with one star because zero stars aren't allowed. The room I stayed in had a broken handle and every night we stayed there they had to send engineering to our room to fix the door before we could get in. The shower was either really hot or freezing cold room service skipped a room therefore not giving them any towels. When the front desk was called he was rude and hung up on the customer. There were also bugs under the beds and the TV didnt work. There was also water dripping out of a light fixture in the dining area. Breakfast was pretty gross as well and was not served at all one of the days we stayed. We also paid for dinner one night and The hotel made us pizza, it was very underwhelming as well. Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.
