I've been a customer at Rallye Lexus for almost seven years, servicing my RX vehicle there that I originally bought at Lexus of Rockville Centre, when we were on the south shore. The service department at Rallye has been generally excellent, with only a few minor bumps in the road here and there. Pamela Palasciano, assistant service manager, earns particularly high marks from me for her friendly, professional manner.
Recently leased a new 2017 LX 570 from Rallye's sales department, working with an old pro in the business, Mr. Kevin Losee. Kevin went above and beyond to work with us to reach an extremely reasonable deal. He was classy, super-professional, and extremely personable, treating us like family. He did so many somersaults bending over backwards for us at so many different junctions, that he wound up ultimately spraining his ankle and now walks with a limp (just kidding....he actually sprained it chasing a dog outside the dealership....don't ask...).
Big shout out, also, to Finanace Manager, Chris Maliarakis, as well as Sales Manager, John Capozzi, who were both indispensable in assisting us throughout the process.
Joe, the "tech guy", was awesome....extremely patient and knowledgeable about all the complicated inner workings of the LX.
This dealership has earned my highest recommendation. There's simply no place like it.
