Just bought a car from Rally Lexus. Over the years we have bought a few cars from them, and keep coming back because we are always treated well and fairly there. This time, we bought an NX200T and had a fantastic salesman , Jerry Galante. He was excellent - got us a great price and was professional as well as very knowledgable. My husband and I recommend Rally Lexus and Jerry Galante highly. (And I love my new car!)

Sales person Mr. Anthony Picirillo whom i dealt with is a nice gentlemen. He took his time and made sure that i got what i wanted. Great Job. I wish i'd give 5 stars, but i couldn't because of my existing leased car return (Nissan), had to go couple of times in the process of the returning my Nissan.

My experience working with Jeff Olson was the easiest I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Very low pressure and a pleasure to work with. I went in to take a look on Thursday and by Saturday i was driving out with my new IS 250. All my options were explained at length by Jeff and it helped me to make my decision quickly and easily.

I purchased from Rallye 8 years ago, but I wanted to see what else was out there. After disappointment with another nameless Lexus dealership I returned to Rallye with a straight forward, honest respectable person that listened to my wants. Kevin did not force anything on me and he was very upfront about everything. I would recommend Rallye because the dealers work with you, Michelle in financing was super great and honest as well as very informative. The delivery was exceptional as well. The floor was extremely clean and tidy. I've visited other Lexus for service maintenance and honestly Rallye surpasses the others on all areas, from customer service to the refreshments!

We were in the market to buy a lexus and this search took us to Rallye Lexus. The first time you go in, they are all about courting you and making sure you get a car from them. Then the real problem starts. The sales agent who shall not be named (sales and leasing agent), was very sloppy in emails about the paperwork, if you ask him two questions, he will reply with one word to it - OKAY. There was limited customer service in the showroom, since everything could be handled by email due to COVID-19. However, none of the paperwork, processing steps, etc. were able to be completed online. They required us to print, mail, fill out and sign manually. I can only blame him so much - the real problem is that Rallye Lexus doesn't provide their sales team any support. They have to do - emails, customer showing, appointments, follow up. But our bad experience continued even after the payments were done. We didn't pick up the car the same day (since it was a saturday and DMV is closed). It went from bad to a nightmare. There is NO customer service, the agent won't answer his phone. He won't answer his email. No update on paperwork is provided, no delivery update is provided. When we called him a few times and he returns a call, he had the audacity to ask us to NOT call him anymore because he is very busy- what happened to customer service, honesty, integrity, transparency and loyalty? This was insane. Please avoid this dealer.

I bought my Lexus RX 350 2015 from this place on and being a first time car buyer. This place cheated me so bad that I can say for sure I will never go back to this place again. I put $9500 cash down payment. This car cost me like almost $63,000 for which I could have bought bigger car like GX or LX.
I am paying very high APR I am paying like APR 5.4 or something even though I have an excellent credit score.
Beware of this place.

I have been a client with Rallye Lexus for approximately 20 years. Each time I visit, I am welcomed by name and treated with the utmost professionalism. Anthony Piccirillo has been my sales consultant for approximately 10 years. He is a salesman extraordinaire. Anthony has a wonderful, no pressure personality with the client's best interest in mind. He is available by phone, in person, and email at any time.
I would like for consumers to know that I have been to other Lexus dealers on Long Island NY, and there is no comparison to Rallye Lexus. In addition, the service and parts department exceed expectations. Pamela Palasciano is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Joanna Oates follows suit with Pam. I have also known Karl Hernandez, loaner manager for many years. He has kept a professional relationship with me since moving from sales. Karl takes interest in not only his loaner car customer satisfaction, but also in customer overall satisfaction. Finally, Matt Moore, vehicle delivery specialist, is very knowledgeable and patient. He has spent much time helping me learn about the technology and features in my 2018 Lexus GS 250.

I've been a customer at Rallye Lexus for almost seven years, servicing my RX vehicle there that I originally bought at Lexus of Rockville Centre, when we were on the south shore. The service department at Rallye has been generally excellent, with only a few minor bumps in the road here and there. Pamela Palasciano, assistant service manager, earns particularly high marks from me for her friendly, professional manner.

Recently leased a new 2017 LX 570 from Rallye's sales department, working with an old pro in the business, Mr. Kevin Losee. Kevin went above and beyond to work with us to reach an extremely reasonable deal. He was classy, super-professional, and extremely personable, treating us like family. He did so many somersaults bending over backwards for us at so many different junctions, that he wound up ultimately spraining his ankle and now walks with a limp (just kidding....he actually sprained it chasing a dog outside the dealership....don't ask...).

Big shout out, also, to Finanace Manager, Chris Maliarakis, as well as Sales Manager, John Capozzi, who were both indispensable in assisting us throughout the process.

Joe, the "tech guy", was awesome....extremely patient and knowledgeable about all the complicated inner workings of the LX.

This dealership has earned my highest recommendation. There's simply no place like it.

If you are looking for a honest and straightforward person then you NEED to see Kevin. I am in sales myself and I cannot emphasize enough how smooth everything went. My wife and I did not feel pressured into anything. The numbers were straightforward and we knew everything upfront. We were just looking for a car and we fell in love with a GX 460. We ended up buying the GX as soon as everything worked out. Kevin is very knowledgeable and is passionate about what he is doing. It is clearly displayed in his customer interaction and he answered all our questions. The person you NEED to see is Kevin.

I went to all the Lexus dealerships in the area to get my quotes and saved Rallye for last because of logistics reasons. I'm glad I did it because not only were they extremely competitive on price, their staff was amongst the best and friendliest around. I worked with Kevin on a CPO RX350 and he treated me with patience, professionalism, and respect. He was knowledgable about the product he was selling and knew the ins-and-outs of the vehicle I ended up with, his years of expertise in the car industry really showed.

I highly recommend Rallye and especially Kevin, he will be getting mine and my friends business for years to come!

Paul and the Rally team were a pleasure to work with. I have bought 7 cars prior and all the dealerships left a bad taste in my mouth. Dealers should know by now with the internet we know the tactics. Paul was honest throughout and worked with me. I felt very special coming from that dealership. I hope to buy another car from them again. The paperwork was so organized, no hidden costs, and when i got back to Philadelphia, it was simple to register and pay tax and tags because everything was in order.

Come to these guys and get Paul. You will not be disappointed. They also took great care of my purchase which was 2015 GS 350 F sport CPO.

My service experience at Rallye was hassle free, and smooth. I brought my car in for repairs, received a loaner and was out the door. Mike kept in consistent contact with updates about my car, and what was needed for repairs. Two days later, my car is repaired and running smooth. Although I'm usually not a fan of dealership service, I'd gladly bring my car back to this dealership if needed. A++

My wife and I transitioned from a dealership we were not very happy with to one that we are very happy with at Rallye Lexus.

For starters, the dealership is beautifully maintained, with all the models on display and space to relax. Everyone is extremely friendly and un-pushy. You really feel like you are at a Luxury dealership.

We worked wth Neil and he was kind, straightforward and easy to work with. Neil was extremely accessible and always quick to answer e-mails and questions. We felt comfortable throughout the process and with the end result. Unlike past experiences we had at other dealerships, there were no games and there was no pressure.

We can't say enough about how smooth the process was at Rallye and continues to be as Neil and his team to this day remain available to help us with any questions we have from time to time.

We are happy to have joined the Lexus family and look forward to working with Neil on our future leases.

My experience with Sales Consultant Carlos Vargas fantastic. Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. This is my 5th Lexus Rx350 and let s just say I was a little apprehensive. After being treated well by all the Lexus staff, along with Carlos, there was Josh Weiss the Finance manager which very knowledgeable and professional. This is the fifth Lexus that I have driven but the first one leased from Rallye. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Andy Malebranche was delightful, professional, knowledgeable and made the whole experience rewarding. I appreciated the fact that there was no "after market hard sell" If Rallye's service department turns out to be half as good as Andy, we will not hesitate to lease another car from Rallye and recommend our friends.

In August I leased a Lexus GS 350 from Rallye of Glen Cove. I was so impressed with their showroom and sales team that I felt compelled to reach out to the general managers. There is one salesperson in particular, Rae Canguesta, that was the absolute best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She is a kindly person and is prepared to answer any question you have about any vehicle. It doesn't just stop with her working knowledge of the inventory but with her grasp on the financial and technical aspects of leasing a car. If you're in the market for s Lexus I strongly suggest you visit Rallye Lexus of Glen cove. Ask to speak to Rae. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Took our CT200H to the dealer for a rattling noise...

Took our CT200H to the dealer for a rattling noise that seems to come from the sunroof. Dealer diagnosis: "Replace the entire sunroof mechanism for $3,600". Seems to be a drastic and expensive fix to a minor problem. After doing some online search, I realized this is a common problem not only with our CT200H but with other Lexus and Toyota sunroofs.

Disappointing to have a dealership not cater to a problem inherent in the manufacturing or assembly of components. I wonder if this is a dealership policy or a less than accommodating employee. Regardless, It left a negative impression as well as serious doubt that Lexus is indeed a notch above other manufacturers in customer satisfaction.

Next step further research to see if others have found simpler and less expensive solutions.

I bought a used Lexus from Rallye Lexus and had a terrific experience right from the start. I received a prompt response to my request for information on a newly listed car which was very refreshing, as some other Lexus dealers I contacted still have not responded to this day. I also received a couple of follow-up phone calls/emails keeping me informed as to the status of the car I was interested in. (It was a newly traded-in car and was out being prep'd for sale.) Once the car came back, Jeffrey promptly sent me some detailed pictures of the car. We had a few follow-on conversations and in the end, Jeffrey was very accommodating and helpful in getting me the information I needed. The whole process was very transparent which I really appreciated. When I arrived at Rallye Lexus to pick up the car, Jeffrey was outside shining the car to remove the water spots from the rain the day before - all in his beautiful 3-piece suit. In summary, I appreciate being treated with respect. I appreciate the prompt and courteous communication. I appreciate Jeffrey responding to emails outside of normal business hours and also on his day off; he clearly cared about the sale. The car I bought is a beautiful used car and was a pretty good value for the price, and even though it was among the least expensive cars on the lot, I'm pretty sure I was treated the same as the guy who was buying one of the more expensive cars on the lot.

My experience at Rallye Lexus was mostly positive. I had two transactions at this dealership, one in August 2017 and recently in February 2018. On both occasions, I dealt with Jeff Gonzalez, who is knowledgeable and a very laid back no pressure salesman. On my first visit in 2017, I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Weiss who works in finance. Josh was able to secure a good finance rate, as well as a discount on adding accessory items to the car. During my second visit in 2018, I worked with Michelle Gonzalez in the finance department, and things did not go so smoothly. Even with a Tier 1 credit score, she told me my finance rate would be 3.99% with Bank of America, unless I chose the extended warranty package which would bring my rate down to 3.29%. I already knew the rate at Bank of America was 3.29% if I obtained the loan on my own so I politely declined her offer. At this point she became almost defensive and decided she could squeeze in some condescending remarks while still trying to upsell me on the warranty package. Needless to say, I decided to let her continue to talk for 15 minutes while I utilized my phone to secure a loan for 1.85% elsewhere. I ve read past reviews where people had similar experiences but didn t think I d ever have to deal with her. Bottom line: Jeff Gonzalez is awesome, if you need to finance, deal with Josh Weiss or secure your loan beforehand.

This is one of the worst experience I have ever encountered. The service experts as Lexus call them misdiagnosed my car . My proposed bill is about $2600.00 and that didn't solve the problem. The part that was bad only cost $180.00 and 20 minutes to replace it. I will never take my car to Lexus again and I will not recommend Lexus to anyone. The corporate office staff was not pleasant either. When I sell this car I'm going to buy Audi. My only positive experience with Lexus was the service lady who took my car in. She was very nice to me.

My Mom was recently in an accident where her beloved Lexus ES350 was totaled because someone ran a stop sign. She was inconsolable. Thankfully, we returned to the dealer from which she had purchased her car 10 years previous, and which I have used for my last 2 cars, and we found her an updated match.
The sales/finance team of Jeffrey Gonzalez and Leo Cruz helped us through a difficult time and found a perfect pre-owned version of her car quickly and painlessly.
Much thanks to them and the other staff who listened to her story and, with empathy and patience, helped her get just what she needed.

It was a pleasure to deal with Jeff Olson. We agreed with ease about the price of the car I'm buying. I'm also happy I got the price range of my old lexus that I traded in. It didn't take me a long time to complete the sale. He didn't pressure me about those dealer options he's offering. Just say no if you don't want it. He also took time to tour me around the premises. The crews are wonderful and friendly. Also, I would like to thank Steve Holmes about the explanation/assistance he extended to me on how to use/operate the controls in and around the car. If someone from my friends are looking for lexus, I will definitely recommend this dealership.

what a great experience dealing with the folks over at rallye. after a regretable experience at atlantic we headed down to rallye and nothing but positive things to say about the crew, especially the sales rep David tubens, extremely professional and thorough thru the whole process. we recieved a fair trade in value on our old vehicle and we couldnt be happier with the new car. honesty and integrity goes a long way for me and those who i do business with, and if thats what your looking for this is the dealer you should be looking at. highly recommended.

Horrible service experience! I was traumatized and nearly in tears because the service rep, Joanna Oats, who was really nasty to me! Stay away from this terrible woman. She is a horrible person and you are better off not interacting with her. She is rude and totally unprofessional. She should not be at the front desk dealing with customers. I complained about her to the service manager. The least they can do is have her apologize to me. I plan to file a complaint with BBB.

This was my first visit to Rallye Lexus' service department. I'm always curious when I use a new dealer for the first time what their procedure is going to be. I was not disappointed. Checking in was quick, painless, and actually pleasant. My loner was waiting for me. Pickup was equally as pleasant. Quick visit to the cashier (no charge, in warranty), and my car was outside waiting for me. And it was clean. Yes, many dealers wash your car, but my car was spotless and glistening. Thank you Rallye Lexus.

Walked in at customer service and the lady today acted like she didnt wanted to talk me, as I was just about to buy a 40k car. she seems racist and the other 2 also didnt want to help
I ended up buying a 45k car at another dealer. This people in front office making minimum wages and act like they own the corner dealer smh. As I walked away I hear no sir I can help you ? NOTHING AND ITS REALLY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOTT GO THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE IGNORED.

Rallye Lexus was able to correct the rough idle I had from a cold startup on my 2015 RX450H. it took a few days but they provided me with a brand new RX350L service loaner. Got the car back clean And it has been running like it was brand new. Oh and it was all covered under the warranty.

I can't say enough great things about our experience at Rallye Lexus! From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the sales manager, to the entire experience that Tyrone Chen provided, we feel lucky to have found this dealership. After visiting numerous dealerships, we knew we wanted to move forward with a Lexus. I want to give a particular hats off to Tyrone Chen, the sales representative that we worked with. Tyrone was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with - everything that makes a great sales person. Tyrone took the time to explain everything about the car, about the terms, and ensured we walked out with the best deal. When I came back to pick up the car a few days later, Tyrone greeted me at the door, had a rep from the delivery team walk me through all of the security features of the car and ensured I was ready to ride off. This is our first car purchase for my wife and I and we know we'll be back to Rallye for all of our future cars moving forward. Thanks to the Rallye Lexus team!

service and client handling is hoorible. they tell you something and want to drag you to their dealership just to give you a different deal. management is no less than horrible either. when you have a problem with the rep, management will run you around so much, you either end up with the same rep or wasting half of your day

In early November 2014, I leased my third certified LS from Rallye Lexus.

Kevin Losee helped me through the entire process of turning in my existing vehicle and leasing my next sedan - he took me through my options, listened to my needs, and came up with a superb solution.

Michelle Gonzales was able to get me approved and was able to help me pick up an excellent warranty. Later Steven Holmes graciously and patiently explained the many features that these lovely sedans have to offer.

This write up would not be complete without my mentioning the terrific service I received from Joanne Oats of the service department who made sure that my vehicle had everything I needed and Raoul Aria who graciously came to my home, provided me with a loaner car and brought my car back to my doorstep - saving me both time and money.

Kevin Losee proved his commitment to quality with his continued diligence in getting a minor billing related request resolved successfully. This kind of customer attention service is what makes the Lexus brand legendary.

I highly recommend the Rallye Lexus dealership to anyone in the market for buying or leasing a luxury sedan. Lexus makes amazing cars and the Rallye dealership makes owning a Lexus, a wonderful experience.

This is my first car review ever. I don't write reviews usually but I felt compelled to do so in this case. Yesterday, I purchased a slightly used Toyota Prius from Pre-Owned Sales Manager Stuart Brenner and Pre-Owned Sales Representative Kevin Losee.

Bottom line: Guys were great. Treated me like a person (I am a young woman who came in without my dad or fella and they never talked down to me or treated me like a child which happens far too frequently in car dealerships). I got a great deal. They couldn't give it to me for what I asked but they met me in the middle without slamming me with non-sense fees. Honest guys, doing all they can to help. I did a ton of research on Edmonds, TrueCar, CarMax, eBay Motors, etc... before I came in with my "out the door price" cheque. Stuart Brenner and Kevin Losee stayed after hours to help me get my new car, filed all paperwork without all the "dealer fees" that everyone else throws in at the end (just doc fee was included, which is mandatory by law). Because I was coming from NJ, Stuart even gave me a ride to the direct LIRR train station, waited for me to buy my train ticket, and then let me wait in his car for another 15 minutes so I wouldn't be cold on the platform. This is the best customer service and care I have ever received (and this is not my first car purchase -- I have owned a Range Rover and Toyota Camry XLE hybrid in the past 10 years).

I was in a bad situation after I purchased a car from Lexus of Edison, But Rallye Lexus went above and beyond by helping me repair my situation and selling me my dream car. Troy Sun and Michelle Gonzales were very helpful and spent lot of time with me explaining the deal. There were no hidden fees and no surprise dealership charges. I paid what I was told.

Their sales representative Paul Ok, made my certified pre-owned purchasing experience easy, absolutely no hassles. Paul immediately took us to the car we were interested in, let us look at it and no questions asked, said he would go get the key for us to test drive it. Most of the time its an interrogation before we can even get a test drive, but not here. Same day we made a deal with Paul that worked for us and got a great deal worked out with Josh Weiss for the extended Service Plan and Tire/Wheel Road Hazard protection. Went in on a Saturday, got the car by Monday. Paul made it easy for us, making sure all the paperwork was in order, thoroughly went through necessary information about the car, purchasing, services and warranties. Overall the experience as i have stated was amazing and would highly recommend. Also, Paul was consistent in reaching out to me via text after the first visit, during the day of purchase, and after when I had the car for about a week just to check in. Speaking of the car, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus GS 350 and when i picked it up it was pristine as requested. I have had it for over a month now and I love it, car is amazing. Rallye Lexus knows how to treat their customers right and I am looking forward for my first car service with them!

Rallye Lexus has done it again, or should I say their top-notch Sales Rep Kevin Losee! I am generally not a car person, but when I find what I want, I want it. Not a car like it , or similar to, but the exact vehicle. Kevin listened and obliged immediately. I walked away with my second Lexus purchase and with the exact vehicle I wanted. I am BIG on customer service, not once did I feel pressured or taken for a ride by him or any of the other associates I met with. Kevin stayed in contact with me from the time he told me the car I wanted would be available, until he put my keychain on my new set of keys, and switched out my plates. I knew again I made the right decision to stay! The entire experience was absolutely flawless. Time is something I really do not have a lot of, especially on a very busy Saturday afternoon (not to mention I wasn t feeling very well), and Kevin and his team were very respectful of that. I didn t sit in any office for hours- I literally came in, deal was done, came back the next day and drove off. ALL vehicle purchases should be that way.

I also need to share that I live on the South Shore of Long Island and there are two other Lexus Dealerships much closer to me than Rallye which is located on the North Shore. I say that because this goes to show the level of professionalism and courtesy given not just to me but all of their customers and I would rather give my business here than with anyone else. I have gone to both of the other two dealerships and they do not compare to the kid glove experience received at Rallye. All of my recommendations for vehicle purchases always end up with me saying you should go to Rallye Lexus!

Great sales representative Jeff Olson. I have purchased a IS350 and Jeff was very helpful with the whole process. He is a very funny guy and he did not pressure me to purchase the car. He is very patient. He also called me a few times to check how I was doing and everything. He is a great guy and a great sales staff. I recommend anyone that is interested in getting a Lexus to stop by Lexus Rallye in Glenn Cove and speak with Jeff Olson.

My wife and I first met Kevin Losee 1.5 years ago when we were looking at a used LS to purchase. We did not buy then, but we specifically came back to him to buy another vehicle. He patiently let us drive 2017 ES 350 and GS 350 models and a 2015 LS 460. We bought the LS 460.

Kevin is very knowledgeable and very, very low-key. No pressure at all-- just information about the cars, financing, etc.

He is great, and strongly recommended.

I took my lease for its first servicing. I hit 10k miles and was getting my first oil change. I was greeted well by Michael, however he wasn t too enthusiastic at the end when it came to answering my questions about what work they did to my car. While I was waiting for my car to finish getting serviced, I decided to walk around the showroom and look at the cars they had. I was not greeted even once by any sales person or even asked if needed help or had any questions. I thought that was pretty odd and under the assumption that maybe it s because I am young, I look like I m not a serious enough customer for someone to attend. I was interested in the upgrade program which I noticed on a big flyer in their lounge area. I asked one of the workers if I can speak to someone and apparently everyone was busy with a customer at the moment. I waited about 20 mins or more and no one attended me. What a way to treat a customer!

I was at first very wary of using a dealership's service department, cynically thinking that as my car aged, they would "find problems" that would prompt me to buy a new car.

Not so here. My car has been relatively issue-free for the 9 years I've owned it and going strong. If I do decide to buy a new car it would be because of the stellar record I have experienced with my aging car, not because of greater and greater repair costs.

I trust this service department completely. Honest, courteous and expert.

This was my second experience with Rallye and I can honestly say that It was even better than the first. Aside from their reputation of selling top quality pre owned cars, their salesperson (Kevin Losee) created a warm and inviting atmosphere to look, test and purchase our next vehicle. We shopped around for many months and dealt with many salespeople but I can say that without a doubt Kevin Losee was the most honest and professional of the bunch. Even though it was 45min farther than my closest dealer, it was worth the drive.

I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and although they are a Lexus dealership, Rallye Lexus had the Jeep I was looking for due to someone else's trade in. I did a ton of research on the price of the Jeep as well as the trade in and private sale value of my car. When I arrived at the dealership the front desk was very nice and helpful and immediately called Dave Teubens to assist me. Dave was professional, straightforward and friendly. We negotiated a reasonable price for the Jeep and for my trade in very quickly. Dave did not attempt the usual salesperson tactics that people come to expect and we finalized the deal. I highly recommend this dealership for your new and used car needs.
