We were in the market to buy a lexus and this search took us to Rallye Lexus. The first time you go in, they are all about courting you and making sure you get a car from them. Then the real problem starts. The sales agent who shall not be named (sales and leasing agent), was very sloppy in emails about the paperwork, if you ask him two questions, he will reply with one word to it - OKAY. There was limited customer service in the showroom, since everything could be handled by email due to COVID-19. However, none of the paperwork, processing steps, etc. were able to be completed online. They required us to print, mail, fill out and sign manually. I can only blame him so much - the real problem is that Rallye Lexus doesn't provide their sales team any support. They have to do - emails, customer showing, appointments, follow up. But our bad experience continued even after the payments were done. We didn't pick up the car the same day (since it was a saturday and DMV is closed). It went from bad to a nightmare. There is NO customer service, the agent won't answer his phone. He won't answer his email. No update on paperwork is provided, no delivery update is provided. When we called him a few times and he returns a call, he had the audacity to ask us to NOT call him anymore because he is very busy- what happened to customer service, honesty, integrity, transparency and loyalty? This was insane. Please avoid this dealer.
