They should be ashamed!!! Just few days after the warranty expired, I couldn t turn on my Canon camera. I brought it to the Canon center and was told that it would cost me 390$ to repair it. But if I decided not to take my camera back and to buy a new one, I would get a 18% discount. I found it suspicious and decided to take it back, to pay the quotation fees, and while I was travelling in a neighboring country, I went to a professional shop that repaired it for 30$! Will never trust Canon again!!

So bad their service . I buy their camera at shoppinh mall and was informed have to collect the free gifts from Canon Shop directly . I check everything on their website . And take a taxi from jurong west to their town area shop . Then they told me that no stock . And told me the stock will arrive 2-3 hours on the same day . I cannt wait then I left . Then today I call them before I go to their shop and they wait me one hour waiting for them while they said they will ask the sales person call me 2-3 mins . I don t know why it is so difficult for them to put a notice on the website saying no stock . Why they need so much tike to check . Terrible . I won t buy any thing from canon

Canon service staff are knowledgeable, polite and attentive. They always pay attention to their service levels. Waiting time is short, service was prompt during my last 3 visits. The new Galaxis showroom is bigger and more convenient access than the former Harbourfront place.

I bought a Canon Mf 244dw Laser Printer less than a month ago and on delivery the print quality was poor and the scan quality was also poor. The feeder did not feed documents well and therefore the scan copy document was not straight. Despite many calls, Canon has not provided a satisfactory solution.

Products depreciation is SGD 150$ per year. After 3-4 years of using a 1400$ kit [650D + 18-55 and 55-250 lens] it completely spoiled and the customer care quoted a whooping 600$ for repair!. Thats close to 50% of the product. So as a user you will be left with no choice other than throwing off or buy a new product. the customer care blames dry box [which is a superior one] - to check the temperature and calibration. then the blame went to asia's climate!. That was truly surprising that Canon is making a product for a market but it will cause a 50% depreciation due to the climate for that market. Isnt that like making winter clothes that couldnt sustain low temperature ..? anyways, try some other brands that takes care of customer. All brands have equally good lens, body and features. Make sure that customer support is focusing on customer rather than company's profit. For the pro Canon's - its ok that you were sold to the excellent marketing efforts of Canon. We will get it :)

Very bad experience bought a photo printer sometimes can work, most of the time cannot work. For last few years couldn't use the printer at all and have been going in and out of canon service centre for all sorts of problems. Catridge error message, no paper error message, power supply problem later wifi problem. In the end kept in the storeroom as it can't be used. All the printing supplies that we're free were wasted. Later when i saw other complaints and resolution by other customers. And decided to take action. This printer is definitely the worst in the world and bring massive inconvenience to customers and they even charge a repair fee. Canon printers simply unreliable, unuseable and unimaginable. Later I was told I should use the printer once a week if not it will spoil which they have never mentioned during the sale and an unpractical suggestion. I spent more time visiting canon service centre than actually using the printer. How to use? Also bought a laser printer before that prints everything crooked but sold it away with warranty. A massive disappointment. Will stay away from canon products to avoid disappointment.

Very strong after-sales support service. Never forget that incident happened over 10 years ago when my IXUS camera failed, and despite the warranty was already over, Canon recognized it was due to manufacture defect and replaced a totally brand new up-to-date model for me FOC! The printer department also never fail to provide top notch services whenever i run into any problem. not the least to mention their excellent products...my canon printers simply keeps going and going....

I've been using Canon SLR and now DSLR since the '90s when I was a commercial photographer. I'd visited their service centre those days, and the service staff had been very professional, friendly and helpful then. I'm not too sure about now since I do not have to visit them these days.

Having attend Canon Seminar twice in the Canon GALAXIS branch, the room was spacious, Canon employer is nice and talkative during the event. I definitely will come and spread my knowledge with Canon Singapore during the talk, and thank you for providing such a beautiful and nice place :)

The head office for Asia Pacific region for Canon Imaging and printing products. This new office is very well constructed and along the service center which is state of the art within itself.

Extremely poor customer service and very unwelcoming staff. I walked into the store wanting to have my lens repaired, but found no signs indicating where I should head to. There were two sets of counters, one on the left and another on the right, both unlabeled and both appearing as if they could be service desks. A staff member calls me over to his counter so I sit down and say to him that I need to get my lens repaired. He just stares at me blankly and doesn't say a single word. I take my lens out and explain to him that I had bent my filter threads as a result of a drop, and again, was greeted with that blank stare. The lens is on the counter. I'm staring at him, he's staring at me. Nothing is happening. I don't know what kind of technician or service representative he is but he definitely did not have the capacity to fulfill his job by staring at me blankly after I'd informed and presented him with the issue. Finally after a few minutes, he picks up the lens, looks at the bent filter threads, and walks away for a few minutes. Upon returning, he simply says "that'll be $300." Nothing else. I had to pry every single bit of information out of this guy and it's just ridiculous that he tried his best to say as little as possible during the entire interaction.
