I took my lease for its first servicing. I hit 10k miles and was getting my first oil change. I was greeted well by Michael, however he wasn t too enthusiastic at the end when it came to answering my questions about what work they did to my car. While I was waiting for my car to finish getting serviced, I decided to walk around the showroom and look at the cars they had. I was not greeted even once by any sales person or even asked if needed help or had any questions. I thought that was pretty odd and under the assumption that maybe it s because I am young, I look like I m not a serious enough customer for someone to attend. I was interested in the upgrade program which I noticed on a big flyer in their lounge area. I asked one of the workers if I can speak to someone and apparently everyone was busy with a customer at the moment. I waited about 20 mins or more and no one attended me. What a way to treat a customer!
