The car is 12k miles and I go there for oil change and fix a sensor in one pf the wheel after that whole car start shaking after I reach 60 miles. So I call them to find out what they did to resolve the problem and of course the put me on hold and after a wile they disconnect so I call them back again and still the same sttory, so i call them for third time and they told me that they will call me back and guess what happend? No response.
Jairon was referred to me by a friend. They told me that everything is a process and they let you know where you are in the process. I wasn't pushed in any way to buy the car. I didn't feel like I needed to buy the car by the salesperson and I'm really I came here. Thank you to everyone that helped.

The worst dealer in town. I made a great mistake I brought the car from paragon Acura. I asked for service and replacement of my rare bumper, and loner car but the service Agent denied me for giving me a loner. I asked him why I can t a loner?? because I purchased car from Paragon Acura MDX. Service agent replied me that they changed the policy for body work?? But when I bought Acura MDX from them they told me I can get a loner every time I make schedule for any type of maintenance they will provide a loner. So they lied to me. Beware customer!! I will not buy any car from them again.

I have to say my experience here was very positive. The attention to customer service provided here is beyond amazing. I met with Thomas who was extremely helpful, polite and informative. He understood my budget and was very pleasant; we were able to negotiate a lease deal that both accommodated my budget as well as met all my demands. (Did not hurt that he threw in great Perks) Sandy who is the product specialist was extremely helpful detailing the vehicle features. Julius who handled the finances was also great helping me get approval from the bank (he's also quite funny & cheerful) Overall, the staff at Paragon Acura is exceptional. Roberto was a great sales person. I was nervous on walking into Paragon because of some of the negative reviews on Yelp and Google. All of my worries were put to rest when I met Roberto. he answered all of my questions and I was able to confide in him. for those who are new here, be prepared to clear out your schedule because the process is long. Aweful experience at paragon Acura today. My father and I both previous customers of paragon Acura went in to test drive a car that I made an appointment for, an appointment which was confirmed for that day only to get there and find out that the car was in the body shop. Sat in hours of traffic and paid toll to test drive a car that wasn't there. Never again will we ever be customers of Acura that was disrespectful and a waste of customers time.

Simply put, if you really really hate someone and want them to suffer, send them to paragon acura.
Your intellectualism will be insulted and you will be intimidated whether or not you buy.
If you go in knowing what you want and get ir purely for a price you know you wanted, be ready to put through pains.
Also, dont drive off this place without proof for everything. They do not follow-up on anything they are supposed to. I purchased a used MDX and it has been a month, they have not paid off my lease that they tried to slip in to my bill and now wont payoff even after deal is final, i have not received my registration, and you can try all you want no one cares to speak with you here once you have signed the deal.
These guys should be selling shoes on the street.

I completed all my scheduled maintenance services at Paragon Acura. During one of my scheduled service wait time I met with sales person Thomas Ng to discuss our lease ending in November 2018. Although I was only exploring our option; Thomas very very informative regarding what our options are. Over the last week we was presented with an option to end out lease early and re-lease a 2018 MDX. I have to say Thomas was very helpful and answered all our questions. He made us fee as we were part of the Acura family and was very accommodating in meeting our needs. Having had a poor experience a few years back when we leased from Nissan; We were pleasantly surprised to see that our continued business with Acura meant something to Acura.
During the lease renewal process a few days ago, Thomas ensured that the process was very quick and gain answered all the questions we had in making the right decision. He did not appear at all as a pushy sales person and was very patient in ensuring that it was our decision. At the end of the process we knew we got the deal we wanted.
We particularly liked Thomas's professionalism and knowledge about the product he was giving to us. Not the mention the accessories he threw into the deal.
We visited Paragon Acura on a Saturday morning and planned on visiting numerous dealerships that day. After meeting with Thomas Ng at Paragon, however, we decided to cancel our plans to visit other dealerships. Thomas made us feel like he had our best interests in mind. He has a very calming presence and provided knowledgeable and friendly service without being pushy or making us feel pressured. We are excited about our new Acura but also about the fact that Thomas has our back.

Awesome dealership. i purchased a 2008 acura tsx from acura of brooklyn and was disgusted with the service. they overcharged for the car an di need service within the first month, i briught the car to Paragon Acura and they have been incredible. great service, honest work, awesome.

My husband had been going to this dealer ship from one month and half ago with our car and spend too much time and money and he didn t work because this car is our source and we bought this car from them and it should perfect and the service was soo bad and not helpful at all and every time the we re telling him different issues need to fix and even they said that they fixed but the car still has the same problem and last time he went there and left the car car three days there is guy called chris told him that he would be off and he told my husband that another guy will help him and he explained to him the problems in the car but when he went back asking about the car they said that they working in the car now but he saw it in the street barked and he went there and they told him that they were fixing the car but nobody touch and my husband get nervous and took the car without prepaid and you have to take care of your customers and I told my friends about this bad service there.

Past review: Car is great, customer service with sales rep, Wilson, Post- purchasing the vehicle was extremely disappointing. Everything we agreed upon that he would do- he didn't do. I get letters from DMV that I am supposed to hand in the registration and name plates--I call/email Wilson to get an update on why that was not turned in or what I should do-- absolutely no response. When you buy an expensive car and get service that is sub-par it is very frustrating. I will be looking elsewhere to get my car serviced.
I bought certified used car from Paragon Acura recently, unlike other dealers, Paragon is pricing vehicles fairly and doesn't have any hidden charges as well. I am happy with my purchase so far.

Updated Review: It s been two months since I purchased my vehicle here at Paragon Acura and I am very unsatisfied with customer service. I went back for oil service and I was charged for oil service before reaching the appropriate mileage on my new vehicle. This is something that was discussed at the time of purchase; oil service is already included in my monthly payments. I don t understand why you re charging me extra.
This is not my first nor second time purchasing a vehicle from Acura. At all other locations that I ve purchased an Acura from, I ve never had to pay extra money for oil change services before reaching 100,000 miles on my car yet at Acura Paragon, they are charging me for oil change before my car has reached the appropriate mileage.
I m also really upset because at the time of purchase, Paragon Acura did not have the second key for my vehicle and I was told to come back for it. When I came to get the oil service, I asked for my key and they refused to give me my second key claiming that I needed to give them some sort of paper. What paper do you want from me? This should be in your records that I need the second key. I m extremely unsatisfied so I ve changed my previous 5-star review to 1-star.

My car has been towed by the police because my [stealership ]plates are expire. i did pay for my plate and i haven't receibe them. i try to talk to the manager and guess what. he never available. .

I've been dealing with paragon Acura for a few years and this morning I dropped my car off for a recall. 7 a.m. in the morning I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Karla. I had the most horrible experience due to their totally unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional behavior. This is what happened and you decide.
I called them to find it a particular pre-owned car was available and they told it was not. So we decided to goto another dealer. While on the road to the another dealer in the opposite direction of Paragon Acura, Acura called us saying the car which earlier was not available was available. As we were already going to another dealer we asked them to doubly confirm which they did. So we turned around and went to Acura. After negotiating the price as the day was over they told us to call us back the next working day. However they did not call and upon calling by us they told that the car had already been sold out to someone else while we were negotiating the deal with them.
This way we ended up loosing our whole day and could not go to another dealer.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. They made my account past due, I do not own this vehicle (2017 Acura MDX). They did not communicate with Acura Financial services. which made my account default. There customer service is poor, when doing an oil change the employee back my car into another car, Never will i do business with this place anymore.

I went to this place and it was my first experience at a car dealership. I am never going to a dealership again! That should let you know how it went. I went in looking for a particular car model that I saw listed on the internet. Now I know that buying a car is not like buying any other product at a store....but to be there from 9am-7pm is ridiculous. These guys are masters of their trade and will take you out of game without you even realizing it. I was assigned Mike as my sales person. He was cool, not pressuring, and was good to work with; However, there is one particularly dude there, Derek. He's the classic "guy in a suit" that coverly and efficiently convinces you to part with your money. I came in with 6,300$ in my name, and left with 60$ and no car; Tell me how does that happen? I do not reccomend going to this place unless you have money to dispose of. Took a week to process my refund.

When I bought my car! They made me buy the extended warranty for $5000 for additional 5 years. Told me I can cancel any time and will refund me the difference!. And now it s been three years that my original warranty is gone. And they are telling me. That the extended warranty covers almost nothing! So I wanted to cancel! And they are just pushing and pushing! Not letting me to cancel! 2 times they wrote down my number told me someone will call me back and no one did! What a bad dealership! It s been 1month I try to call them. No answer back! There s a lot better dealer than them! DONT COME TO THIS DEALER
