I have made several calls to the service departmen...

I have made several calls to the service department and I have yet to receive a call back. I bought my certified preowned car 4 years ago and I started having problems with my battery recently. I have an extended warranty and I have asked to speak to a service representative but their answer is they are not available and will give you a call back. After a month of waiting for a call back I had no choice but to find a mechanic to fix my car. What is the purpose of an extended warranty if I am unable to use it. I would never recommend this dealership.

Kevin Losee is the best. He was very attentive and hands on. He's not just a salesman; he's an angel selling cars. He's a pleasure to work with. He said that he would get it done for me and he did just that he got it done. I will definitely send anyone looking to purchase a car to Rallye Lexus. It all started with Denise and her phone calls and follow ups. This is definitely a world class organization. It's in the mold of what Lexus is all about. Kevin is the best. Excellent experience and I love my new vehicle.

My wife and I were looking for 2 -3 year old pre owned Lexus. We went to several Lexus dealers on Long Island and were not dealt with in a fair and candid way. At Rallye Lexus we dealt with Salesperson, Dave Tubens who was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My wife had a particular exterior and interior color combination in mind, which was not in stock. Dave stated he would call us when a something to our liking became available. A week later Dave calls us and sure enough a GS 350 in the exact trim and colors we were looking for was available. The sales process went quickly and everything Dave said would be done was done.

Every time i schedule a service appointment i am disappointed every time i gets there, because i am told that either that's NOT the price or the vehicle in not ready for an oil change or some other BS ,...It seems that this is a switch & bait program there are using when you call to make appointments.
Yesterday i waste my time going to the dealer because i call to have my Navigation Map change to a newer version and was told that it's $145.00 + tax...when i got there i was told now that it has to be order which would cost $199 + installation of $145, now i got more angry again because i took a day off from work to for this...These people BS a lot and just try to get you there to either sell you something else (service) or don't know what they are doing when you call to make service appointments.
that person needs to be fired.

I've dealing with rich r for about 9 or 10 years..... His knowledge and service is impeccable....... He is never pushy and always finds the right vehicle for my needs..... I have sent many referrals to him and my friends are always just as happy as I am...... Lexus IS very lucky to have rich!!!!!! The service at this dealership is also fantastic....also shout out to the managers John & John both fantastic......rallye really does make the difference !!!!!!!

I bought a 2005 BMW from this Lexus dealer about a month ago. I was assured of several things that turned out to be untrue. While the salesman and manager of the used car department came off as very professional, in the end they are just typical used car sellers. Don't trust what they tell you.
Kevin, the salesman even assured me what he was telling me about the car was true, then turned around and advised me to lie to the person interested in my old car about how much I was offered by Rallye for trade-in. Just be sure you get an independent opinion about the car's condition before buying a used car from these smooth operators.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We brought our car in for service, when we picked up the car, a part was missing and we found small damages to the exterior of the car. We came back and spoke to the manager who insisted they would have everything fixed quickly. A week and a half later we picked up the car again, the paint job done on the car was terrible and the missing part was still not replaced. We spoke to management again, and a few days later, the paint job was redone but we still did not receive our missing part. We finally got our missing part a week after speaking to management for the second time. The best part is, when we received the car the front seats were pushed all the way forward, interior was dirty, and someone left behind some small personal articles of clothing clearly it looks like something went on in the backseat. We ll never trust them with our car again.

Andy Malebranche was a very easy person to deal with. He got want I wanted and delivered the car on a promised time frame. I have bad experiences with other salespersons, they were just B.S and try to make a deal. By dealing with Andy, he gave me no pressure whatsoever. On the day of delivery, he has everything ready and I felt like he's well prepared. I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone who wants to buy a Lexus without any B.S.

From start to finish, other than the finance manager (who was efficient) our experience was terrible. The dealer closed early on the afternoon of our test drive because of a power outage but never called and we wasted our first trip to Rallye Lexus. We came the next morning after giving clear instructions that we were under time constraints and needed to see the car right away - which we told them we wanted to buy! - we still waited 30 mins for the salesman to find the car for a test drive. After we bought the car and showed up for the actual pick up, it wasn't even on the lot - it was at the body shop and our salesperson didn't even know until we walked in the door. Who doesn't check to make sure a car you are literally selling isn't there. Another wasted trip. We finally showed up to pick up the car and they did not have a wheel lock in the car - who sells a pre-owned car, let's you leave in the car, and never even checks that the wheel lock is there. Took another few days to sort that out. All in all, horrible experience.

I recieved the best customer service from the moment I arrived at Glencove Rallye Lexus until the purchase of my new certified Lexus. My Salesman Kevin Losee was the best! He made the whole process so easy for me. Kevin explained all the features of the Nx model and answered all my questions. This was the most comfortable and enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had.

Purchased a certified LS460 from Rallye and my salesperson, David Tubens a couple of weeks ago. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from this dealership, which should, in itself, say something good about my experiences with them. Dave worked with me on getting the best pricing possible on this car (I had researched prices all over on the web), finding the car I wanted, and walking me through how everything worked. I also found their service department to be great, when we needed to do a couple of tweaks after I had the car. They were fast & did what I needed right the first time. All-around good experience and definitely a great car!

My wife and I truly enjoyed this experience verse being concerned of the deal making we usually have experienced in the past.
The best word for us to describe our experience was professional sincerity. From the receptionist to sales to finance to car delivery.
I personally, through my firm and with our family have been involved with purchasing over 50 vehicle. I truly am impressed with the pure sincerity of all we dealt with and was very impressed.
From Bob Heyman who truly was more interested on assisting us in realizing what the best vehicle fit was for us, to Wayne Foisey handling of the final financing process to Steve who took over 30 minutes to walk us thru the vehicle, all just had a the WOW factor.
We have found our dealership of the present and the future it is Rallye
No snobby attitudes, just a true Team spirit.
This is not a plug, but when my daughter graduates college, I would advise her to look at The Rallye organization. My only concern is being at University of Tampa I don't think she is coming north any time soon :)

Kevin made our used car purchase a walk in the park. He was very personable and easy to talk to in regards to my 'ok, I have another question to ask you ....". Kevin was very patient and never once pushy. Right before going to Rallye Lexus, I had the misfortune of going to the Lexus of Brooklyn dealership that left a really bad taste in my mouth. Kevin assured me that my experience at Rallye wouldn't be like Lexus of Brooklyn and he was right, my experience was the complete opposite. I would recommend Kevin any day and every day!!

Rallye Lexus is a superb Lexus Dealer. My sales rep was Mr. Kevin Losee. He is very laid back never pushy or over bearing, if anything, way laid back. I purchased a 2013 RX350 from him.

Their service has been great too. My RX did have an issue with the heated mirror and they replaced it for me for free and they let me borrow a loaner car. Though for Lexus, thats common practice, but it was simple and hassle free.

You will not be disappointed by coming here.

Walked into lexus show room and met Richard repairs. This was my first time buying a lexus. Richard went over all the different models with me in detail inspite of the fact that it was his half day and he had to leave. Till the last process of putting the plates on the car he stayed with me. I would highly recommend to go to glen cove Rallye for excellent service.

I have driven company cars for most of my driving life. This was really the first car I picked out and leased. After visiting with many dealerships, my experience at Rallye Lexus with Anthony Piccirillo was by far the best. Rallye has its act together in terms of processes and procedures to insure your purchase goes smoothly and efficiently. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable and kept everything on schedule down to the last minute. He brought forward the best pricing as well. Michael Montijo did a great job showing me how to use the GS 350s technology.

I have been to other Rallye owned dealers and they are a cut above the others, but Rallye Lexus was by far the best. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have had dealings with several automobile dealer...

I have had dealings with several automobile dealer's over the years. This was my first dealing with Lexus. I was welcomed by Mr. John Tetta the General Manager, Mr. Tony Costanzo, Sales Manager and Mr. Andy Malebranche. I test drove the LS350 and ES350. I then sat down with Andy and he reviewed my options. I had a vehicle to trade. We reviwed several options on had. Andy was very knowledgeable and understanding and very respectful. Mr. Costanzo worked with me on the trade in at which time I discussed the options with my wife. I called back later that afternoon and decide on the 2017 ES350 (I also looked at a 2014 ES 350 certified Lexus). I went in 2 days later to sign all documents and pickup the car. Mr. Wayne Foisy reviewed all the paperwork with me and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I then went to my next vehicle where I was instructed by Joe the tech specialist who spent over an hour with me revieweing all the options in the car. My experience with Rallye Lexus of Glen Cove was absolutely awesome! I was treated with fairness, respect and understanding. This is the first time in a long time I have leased a car and I would strongly recommend Rally Lexus of Glen Cove! In this day and age where customer service is rare or doesn't exist it exists at Rallye! Thank you guys for all your help. My compliments to you and all your staff.

Unfortunately, very poor experience. Brought my car in for an oil change and software update for the Enform emergency system and was told I didn t need the system update even though I was told I would when I registered my car with Enform. Got a flat and was stuck on the side of the road at night in the rain and had no idea where I was and Lexus road side assistance couldn t locate my vehicle because the software was not updated. Very inconvenient and frustrating that the service department didn t do what needed to be done. Had to bring the car back in and leave it this time because they told me it would take another 3 hours (I waited the first time). Took loaner car and now have to be late to work to return the car tomorrow morning. And just realized that my son left his school backpack in the car and can t get it before school because the sales department can not open my car for me. Just frustrating all around. No one seems to care when you have a negative experience so not sure why they advertise exceptional customer service. That just isn t the case.

We had a fabulous experience both with Rallye Lexus but more importantly working with Neil Fogel. From the time we walked into the dealership everyone was very friendly and nice. Neil came right over, introduced himself and from that point on we loved working with him. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the car. When we arrived at the dealership we already knew for what we were looking so the actual "sale" was easy but working with Neil was just a joy. He explained all the paperwork and made sure we knew exactly what we were signing. When we came to pick the car up, everything was ready to go. At that point, Mike Montijo came over and showed my husband and me all the features the car had and made sure we knew how to work everything, he even set up our bluetooths on our phone. The whole experience was easy as can be and quite enjoyable.

A couple of days after we brought the car home, my insurance company contacted me to say they needed two things they had not received. I called Neil and within 10 mins the insurance company had received everything.

I cannot say enough great things about dealing with Neil and getting a car from Rallye Lexus. I look forward to working with them for a long time to come.

Fantastic experience buying my first Lexus. After poor experiences with BMW lately, I decided to move to a different car, and I am extremely pleased. Dave, my salesman, was great throughout the sale. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone I have come in contact with at this dealership has been wonderful and friendly. Had a small issue when I went to pick up the car, and they were quick to offer a loaner and resolve the issue. I highly recommend giving Rallye Lexus a try if you are looking for a great experience.

He was so helpful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional that he made the entire experience of leasing a vehicle, from start to finish, very comfortable and so easy. I also want to make a point of mentioning Alex Rivkin who was also so great in helping us, Alex was so patient and generous with his time we were amazed and appreciative. Thank you Alex! Outstanding Experience

From the moment my wife and I walked into Rallye Lexus we were treated professionally by everyone we encountered, starting with the Car Valet. This was the third car dealership we had visited on a late Saturday afternoon. Although it was nearly closing time Neil Fogel greeted us with a big smile and a handshake. Neil was an extremely knowledgeable about all the Lexus products as we discussed the features of the 2015 RX350. After discussing some of the preliminary information Neil suggested that my wife and I test drive the vehicle. From the moment he brought the vehicle to the front of the showroom he meticulously described and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle as we conducted the test drive. After the test drive we reviewed some of the purchase/lease options. My wife and I advised Neil that we would consider his options and speak with him next week. At no point did Neil try to pressure us for a purchase decision or a deposit. During the course of the next few weeks we had several discussions with Neil via the phone and email. We want to commend Neil for his responsiveness, there were several times that he indicated that he needed to call us back, and he was very punctual to his commitment. Approximately two weeks after our initial visit we were able to come to an agreement on a deal, without ever having to visit the dealership again, except to meet with the Finance Manager. Our experience with Mike Caristo, the Finance Manager was professional; pleasant and extremely non-stressful. To our surprise Mike indicated he would have the vehicle ready for us the next evening. My wife and I returned to the showroom the next evening, we immediately met with Neil and we completed the paperwork in an extremely organized and timely manner. Neil escorted us to Michael Montijo the Vehicle Delivery Specialist, Michael guided us through all of the features of the vehicle including the customization of the many computer aided programs.
In summary, this one was of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences we have had, and two weeks later we are enjoying the smooth ride and the features of the vehicle. We highly recommend Rallye Lexus and Neil Fogel along with the entire team!!

Between my husband and I, we have owned new cars, ...

Between my husband and I, we have owned new cars, owned certified pre-owned, or leased new with a combine of six different cars over our lifetime. We have dealt with Toyota, Honda, BMW, Infiniti dealerships and though most had good to very good service(especially bmw manhattan & infiniti of great neck), none compared to the EXCELLENT & outstanding service we received at Lexus Rallye recently.

Dave Tubens, our salesperson was very polite, warm, professional and respectful. We liked his suave, non-pushy, not overly aggressive style. Just a real nice guy to deal with. He was great from start to the very end.

While most sales people are the pleasant ones to deal with, sitting with the finance guys is usually the painful part. But not with Gregg Weiss. He was very friendly, very funny, very sharp, with very good manners. He made the process painless and fun.

We were very pleased with our experience with Dave and Gregg. They were both very attentive and nice. The overall energy at Lexus Rallye is comfortable and pleasant. After the deal was done, we left feeling very happy with our purchase and will probably be customers for a very long time at Lexus Rallye dealership. And btw, their service dept is also outstanding! A+++

I have bought in the past 2 cars from Rallye Lexus. 3 weeks ago I had a situation with a Lexus that I didn t purchased from them and needed an advice and to check the possibility to bring the car to them for repair. To my surprise 2 massages I left with the service manager remained unanswered. Not even After I called my salesman and asked him to ask the service manager to call me back.
I guess they became too big to care. Whatever the case is , I will never set a step again in this dealership.
And yes, I got a really amazing service from prestige Lexus of Middletown, without being a customer.

I went to Rallye Lexus to get a used car. Paul was my salesman and he proved to be patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The overall experience at the dealership was good. I never once felt rushed and Paul answered all my questions (I had a lot of them). It's too early to tell whether or not they sold me a lemon but if you don't see an edit to this post it most likely means I am happy with my purchase.

The outstanding staff at Rallye Lexus has exceeded my expectations of what I thought a great experience of purchasing a vehicle would be. They continue to provide the highest quality of service even after I left by keeping in contact with me to ensure that my needs are met.

I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Lexus to go see Anthony over at Rallye Lexus, he was very helpful in helping me pick out the car that was best for me, didn't rush or push me into a car and even took the time to drive me to see the specific car that we had picked out.

The whole experience was very professional, I felt really comfortable and confident with my decision and will definitely do business with Rallye again as well as recommend Rallye Lexus to family and friends.

This is the 2nd consecutive time I have leased from Lexus. It is quite a different experience than dealing with most car dealerships. Absent from this dealership is that high pressure approach to leasing a car...like "what's it going to take to have you walk out with this car today.? .OK...let me go back to my manager...wait here a minute"

After visiting 2 other luxury car dealerships looking for a small SUV for my daughter, we stopped in at Rallye Lexus to look at the 2021 NX 300. While she loved the car, But it was the service we received from Andy Hyun that convinced us to lease the car. He was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, respectful and professional. At the same time he was humble, not pushy, and completely understanding of what we were looking for. After the purchase, he remained in communication with us to be sure we were satisfied. I have been leasing cars for more than 35 years, Andy was by far the best salesperson I ve dealt with and was the reason we went with the Lexus.
And by the way, we were so impressed by the service we received from both Andy and Josh Weiss, that I opted to lease a second Lexus, the 2021 GX 460. Thank you!

After my car had been totaled some years ago I was lost. What new car to choose? My mechanic said, "Go to Lexus, they make good cars there!" Dave Tubens found me wandering around the parking lot and introduced me to the Lexus line. Nine years later I am still leasing from Dave! He is professional, knowledgeable, kind and funny - he is not only my car salesman, he is my friend! Wonderful car buying experience at Rallye. Met with Neil Fogel who was friendly and very knowledgeable, Answered every question we had and provided a smooth and friendly experience. Usually buying a car was an all day affair but with Neil we were able to get it done in a few hours and that's including speaking with the finance manger. I definitely recommend Rallye Lexus for a smooth and courteous car buying experience.

I own 2 Lexus vehicles which I bought at the Glen Cove location and have had both vehicles serviced there for the past 10 years.
Their service dept. does an excellent job and the service staff are wonderful, particularly Johanna Oates who makes it an absolute pleasure to do business with them.
She is caring, professional and a pure delight.

Rallye does not take responsibility!

Bought an L/Certified GS 350 from this dealer. First problem was the car had some work done to the exhaust system. When the rattling from the rear became too much to deal with, I took it to a local Lexus dealer; because Rallye was too far away. They found a screw drilled through the exhaust pipe to keep it in place. I told Rallye about this and showed them pictures. In short, they said, it wasn't their problem!

Now a new issue just surfaced. I bought the car with approx. 14,600 miles and have driven it about 5500 miles when I first heard a disturbing noise. When I fully turn the wheel in either direction, I am getting a loud rumbling like noise. I'm told the car needs completely new brakes and rotors, front and rear! Remember the car had less then 15K in miles and I added about 5500 miles before this issue arose and it was branded with the very desirable L/Certification, passing a rigorous 161 point inspection. That L/Certified report said of the Rotors and Calipers, 'no excessive wear, warpage or leakage'. And Rallye's response? In short, not our problem!

Although I did my homework prior to my visit to Audi I learned a lot more about the car than at a previous dealer. The purchasing process went smoothly until we changed the color of the car Mr. Repanes priced for us. There was some confusion as to whether or not the color we wanted was in stock. The salesman seemed annoyed at the change. But he was nice all the way through. The General Manager Jay Rosenthal was extremely helpful. The "Tech" instructors were great and more that very helpful as the cars electronics were complicated at first.

When I came to this dealership I was greated by the sales manager. He was very nice and told me that I am in a good place. He told me and my wife to relax and promised that at this dealership I will be treated very well and I should not be scared of bad treatment if I had that experience in other car dealerships. I thought to myself why do they mock competition. Then the manager made a comment about the scar that I had on my face and asked me what it was. Anyway, he got us a sales person who was very nice at the beginning, asked what we were looking for and then explained all possible options. Before going on a test drive I asked if they could provide me a price quote for a car I wanted. Then without a smile the guy spent 30 minutes imputing data on his computer with my info. Then looked up his inventory and gave me a quote for a car that they had in stock which had extra features that I didn't want. I told them that the price was higher than I wanted to pay and if they could offer me a lower price as the only feature I wanted in the car was navigation. Then he told me "what were you thinking. It's a fully loaded car. If you get a car with navigation it comes fully loaded." I told him that i don't want the exterior sport package (which is extra $5,000) and that I could get similar car from Infiniti with these features for a price I mentioned before and that they should be aware of the competing dealerships. Then without explaining the benefits or rational why this particular dealership gave me this price he said sorry cannot do anything for you. Then he got up from the table and left without saying goodby or shaking my hand.
I am a professional myself but, I have not seen people behaving that way. Anyway, I think it happened for a good reason as the same day I went to another dealership and got the car I wanted with all of features I wanted , fully loaded. It was not Lexus but better than Lexus. Everyone will have a different experience at this dealer. Please be aware that you will be treated nicely only if you pay the price that they tell you to pay. I hope you will find this review helpful when you shop for a car. So one star for this one.

I have been servicing my Lexus vehicles here for the last four years after moving to the neighborhood but I just made my first purchase from them after recommending them to a couple of friends. My experience was excellent and my sales associate Jeffery Gonzalez was very helpful through the entire process from choosing a vehicle to test driving he was excellent. Not only will I continue to recommend this dealership but I will probably purchase from them in the future.

I was immediately impressed with the Lexus RX 350 from the test drive. Comfortable, quiet ride and all of the enjoyment that one should expect from a luxury vehicle. I was warmly received by my salesperson, Andy Malebranche , who displayed professionalism, and at no time did I feel pressure to make a purchase. All of my questions were answered, and I was given ample time to review my options to make an informed decision that was most suitable for my needs. I love my new Lexus, and feel good about my purchase. A definite plus was the one-on-one consultation with the Rallye Technical expert, Andrew, who walked me through the wonderful special features that my vehicle is equipped with.

A good salesman should be able to adapt to the type of client they are dealing with. If I know the car and want to get in and out, do that. If I have a million questions, then spend time and answer them informatively and patiently. If I am looking at one vehicle and you think you may have something that is a better fit for me, then by all means suggest it. Kevin is extremely knowledgable about his product. Many of you know this is sometimes rare among car salespeople. Kevin patiently answered all of my questions and then some. He took care of all the paperwork and details quickly and efficiently. I am new to the Lexus brand. Between the vehicles themselves and the service I received from Kevin Losee, I am probably here to stay. Thanks Kevin

Car purchase with them went OK. Tried to schedule maintenance with their service department and had difficulty reaching them. I called every day for a week and couldn't reach a person. So annoying that I decided to pay for car maintenance somewhere else and not deal with them. Next time I purchase a car, I will consider somewhere else.
