Don't go here this place is terrible and they screwed me for $700 and tried screwing me out of 300 more because a coolant leak caused by them was considered my fault for changing something years ago and it never leaked until that service but it was still my fault. I do not recommend this place at all this dealership is horrible. I would give it zero stars if possible

Purchased Crate Engine Motor through Ebay from Radley Chevrolet. Shipping was fast from Virginia to Las Vegas. Item was defected and company was willing to work with me for a full refund or exchange after posting bad reviews on every website. Everyone was rude because they didn t want to come out of pocket for the defected motor. They will only refund me if I took all bad reviews off websites.

On March 2, 2020 I called Radley Chevrolet to inquire about a car I saw on their website. I was greeted by the online sales associate Katrina. Katrina immediately confirmed the car was still available and said I could schedule a test drive. I informed her that I would be traveling from over an hour and a half to come look at the car. She took my info and sent a text with her contact info. With in minutes I received a text from the sales associate (Eric Jones) who I would be dealing with once I arrived. I informed Eric that I was on my way and would be there in a little over an hour... When I arrived Eric Jones greeted me at the door and introduced himself. THIS GUY IS THE BEST CAR SALESMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!! The car was detailed and waiting for me upon arrival. We took the car for a test drive... His personality, customer service, and knowledge of the all the features in the car was exceptional! Within a matter of about one and half hrs. I was in my new car and headed home... About a week after buying the car Eric called just to do a follow up and make sure the car running good. I must say it's running awesome... If you are in the need for a car do yourself an GIGANTIC favor and visit Eric Jones! Oh I forgot to mention I got a great deal on my car! Thanks Eric and Katrina for all your help!

I had an awesome experience at Radley Chevrolet! First, I was pleased with how I was greeted by Eric Jones when I arrived. The reason for going to Radley was to purchase a part for my vehicle. I didn't purchase the part because I was unsure I wanted to keep my vehicle. As I was leaving the building, I saw Eric J. standing outside waiting to assist any customer, so I decided to speak with him about my dilemma. After patiently listening, Eric offered to show me some options to replace my vehicle while my vehicle was appraised. The options were fitting for my needs and I also got a great offer for my vehicle. Given how things were working in my favor, I made a selection from the options and called my bank who gave me the green light for the purchase. Bottom line, Eric Jones provided awesome customer service from our initial interaction to the end with my purchase and as I drove away in my new vehicle. Additionally, Eric offered to follow-up with me on how things are going with my new purchase in the traditional Radley Chevrolet way!

Excellent service experience at radley chevrolet every time over the past year during my warranty service visits for my camaro. Almost always service advisor Vicky assists me and the facility is always clean. Drake was nice with me and willing to hear my concerns and offer a solution. Excellent customer service in all departments. Highly recommend.

In spite of follow up emails and phone calls my issue remains unresolved. I was charged for parts that I never received and was led to believe I would receive a check with the refund. Perhaps I misunderstood the email or I am impatient but I have not received a refund or follow up email.

As I result of my experience I will never purchase another vehicle from Radley or have my vehicle serviced there.

i had an issue with my thermostat and temperature gauge. they did a great job and a fast job. i appreciated everything they did especially with their great customer service. The lemonade in the lobby was a hit as well

I came in due to my stabitrak light was jumping on. The young man explained to me that I still had some warranty left and would be covered or worked in. He had me to sign a paper to find out what was going on. Never did he say, if it is not covered it would be a charged of $118. When he came to tell me what was wrong, he said that the sensor was not covered and it would cost $418 to repair. I explained to him that I would have to speak with my husband before getting any work done for that amount of money (we are on a budget). When he came back with the paperwork, still at that time he did not say anything about the $118. The cashier said it was $118 and she called him back in which he said that it was explained to me. If I knew it was going to be $118 before starting anything, I would have told him that I needed to come back at another time. He then said that if i would have fixed it that day, it would have been included in the price. I asked him if I was to bring it back would that $118 be subtracted in which he said no cause his guys have to get paid for finding the problem today. I'm pretty sure, the computer read the codes which wasn't $118. The paper that I originally signed I'm pretty sure it did not say that I had to pay $118 if it wasn't covered. Hopefully this is not how you guys make your money.

I had an unfortunate incident where I needed to get my vehicle fixed - that day. I took my vehicle in and was lucky because it was right after a winter storm and there were some cancellations. They took my vehicle, had a driver drop me off at work, had someone pick me up for work and returned my vehicle good as new. The interaction from the very beginning was wonderful and remained that way until the very end! Working with Ruby was a delight and the rest of the team was super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you, the customer, was satisfied. I could not be happier with the level of service.

I m 44 years old and have bought many cars and motorcycles, 4wheelers, boats, Harley Davidsons ..... you name it. I have had so many bad experiences dealing with lying sales men to a managers of car dealerships, spending sometimes entire days at a dealership or if your lucky 4 and 5 hrs trying to close a deal. I bought a new car from radley Chevrolet in Fredericksburg va via text message I never even talked to someone or came into the dealer. We text back and forth a few times about a price , and then I came into the dealership for maybe 30 minutes max !!! And that was mainly for them to show me how to use and set up the car radio and onstar system. Other then that i probably would have been there only 15 minutes. My car was cleaned, tagged and ready when I got there. Hats off to everyone from the top to the bottom at radley Chevrolet. This has been the best buying experience I ve had in 44 years on this earth and i would highly recommend any and all to radley. Thank you very much for my new car and buying experience.

I can't say enough good things about Radley. I've purchased several cars over the years through the dealership and had nothing but positive experiences. Tommy my salesman was completely a team player, wanting whatever was best for my family, regardless of the sale, completely legit. Ryan Ambrose the financial manager is hands down the absolute best, from explaining the process, getting the best rates, exploring options for extended warranties, he goes above and beyond, the extra mile(s). Car buying can be horrible, terrifying and even dreadful, not at Radley. Seriously people, i can't stand the process, you know what I mean, but the culture/atmosphere is great.

After searching for cars for weeks and visiting several dealerships, I fell in love with the 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. The people at Radley were amazing and super helpful. I return for all of my service there, and with the exception of some services taking a little longer than the estimated time, I haven't had any trouble. I'd definitely recommend Radley to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned car.

UPDATE:
Dealership is great, everyone is very friendly, I just wish the warranty was actually useable. Airbag light came on for no reason right around 50K miles, wires were loose, warranty of course doesn't cover airbags even though it was really some faulty thing with the vehicle and not the result of any sort of use or wear and tear. Bluetooth/OnStar antennae started acting up and was replaced. Of course warranty doesn't cover that. Then the front door speaker started acting up, like it had a short. Of course the warranty covers radios and electrical, but not speakers. Such a racket. I'm extremely disappointed. These are things that shouldn't be happening with a vehicle that is less than two years old.

UPDATE:
They thought it was a blown speaker and I paid $120 to replace it. Interesting since I've never turned the radio up to any type of volume that would blow a speaker. Of course it did it again, so I brought it back. They found it to be some random weird issue that others have reported and ordered parts. Parts came in the following week and I brought it back Monday at 9:30 a.m. Was there until about noon when they discovered the parts had came in wrong. Reordered and brought it back Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. There until almost noon again. Parts came in wrong again. Left it there, got a rental. Called and said fixed yesterday (Wednesday) around 3 p.m. Turned rental back in and picked up my car around 4:30 p.m. as soon as I could get there from work. So far, so good. I love Radley and usually have great service, so I'm willing to say this whole thing was a freak occurrence. They seemed just as confused as I was as to why the parts came in wrong twice. I don't know that other people would handle bringing in a car that many times for the same issue though.

Bought a car from them in June... not without hiccups but mostly ok. They make promises then get lost and take long to get back to you. Maybe they are too busy. While getting service on the car I just bought in June... I inquired about leasing another car and got the weirdest stall technique ever being told that the person who handles leasing is busy. Ok... Had one woman ask me questions two separate times, then she brings over another woman to ask me the same questions again. 2 hours later was told they will get back to me with some options. Never heard from them again. Apparently they did not want to lease me a car? i don't know... they can be friendly and they stall as much as most dealers but they are not horrible, just missing something.

I have NEVER been in an accident with this vehicle that I just got and my vehicle was not damaged before this. The supervisor was extremely rude and did not care about this issue. Drove 3 hours to get a used audi a4 from this dealership back in april or may... I called many times to inquire about the condition of the vehicle before I got there. I was assured it was in 'excellent condition' aesthetically and mechanically. I arrived and noticed that the car was in terrible aesthetic condition. Every panel was scratched, nicked or dinged,the clear coat was coming off, and the bumper was falling off. It was also quite evident to me that the vehicle had been involved in an accident despite the clean car-fax... The panels on the front didnt line up correctly and the paint on the hood was slightly different than on the rest of the car, and one headlight was clearer/newer than the other one. On the test drive, the check engine light came on. Upon reassurance that the issue would be fixed, I purchased the car anyway. Long story short, I have put $2,000 into the vehicle since purchase 5 months ago ($800 went towards the original issue they promised to fix), and yesterday, I decided to cut my losses and buy a new 2016 toyota. Radley was dishonest and pushy, and no reputable dealership should ever sell cars that were in the condition of that audi. The toyota dealership where I traded my audi is going to send it to an auction... I literally had to crawl to the dealership, stopping at a mechanics shop on the way because the audi was overheating, and I made several more stops to add coolant. looking back, it was sort of hilarious, would've made for good TV. Im glad I got my corolla! I will not be doing business with radley in the future, and I will warn my friends about their shady dealings when it comes to their used department/service department.
*****not to mention, I was given $3,500 for trade on the audi, and I paid $7,200! thats more than a 50% depreciation in 5 months! Rip-off!****

We have always bought Chevys and have had our cars serviced here. Until now. The last two times we had tried to get our cars serviced they have tried to rip us off. Recently Justin the service manager called to tell us how our car was in terrible shape. But we could trade it in and explained all the great deals. When we said we had a dealer we always use he became rude and wanted to know how he was going to get paid for his diagnostic. The trip before this one? They wanted $2000 for brakes and rotators because they were so bad. Car didn t pass inspection. My husband bought $64 brakes and it passed. Be warned. Nothing is good about this place.

my family has always shopped at Radley for our cars, so when I came I knew I would feel like family. But salesman Eric Jones made me more comfortable than I had been before. He was so professional, while still being personal enough to understand i was looking for more than just an aesthetically pleasing vehicle, but a vehicle i can trust inside and out for my kids. No pressure from the technician he was great. It didn't take long at all. Clean waiting area. Overall very pleased with their service.

This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The staff at Radley was phenomenal - professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. Every single Radley employee I spoke to was absolutely great, from the very sweet gals answering the phones to the managers.

After several years of driving a crossover, I wanted to get a smaller vehicle with better mpg, and had settled on a 2013 Malibu. I contacted Radley and reached Karrie Sulser, who found the exact car I wanted in less than an hour - I was so impressed! She sent a price quote and a write up on the car via email, and after confirming I wanted to come see it, set up a meeting with Paul Forster in sales. Paul called to introduce himself, asked me about my trade in, and answered all my questions.

The next day I went to the dealership to see the car, which was just what I wanted - Karrie really did a perfect job finding it. Paul walked me through every button and system on the car before taking it on a test drive. From there it was just handling paperwork to finish the sale; between Paul, Debbie, and the rest of the staff it went quickly. It is easy to tell they have done this before, and have really made it a smooth process.

I really can't say enough about how well I was treated and how thorough Paul was in taking care of every last detail. He was kind enough to call the next day to make sure all was well, and followed up again after I sent in some final paperwork. I've since recommended Radley to family, friends, and coworkers. I will definitely be back for my next car!

When we went back to meet the "numbers guy", he told us they couldn't honor the quote they had JUST GENERATED a half hour ago! The best they could do, however, was $100 more a month. After having to renegotiate for an hour, we left feeling they treated us dishonestly.

After receiving a recall notice in the mail from Honda, I called the hotline number and they called Radley who told them; no appointment needed, parts in stock, come on in. So I did. When I arrived, a friendly young man was messing with me as I was pulling up in the line at the service dept. He was easing me forward, stopping, easing forward and repeating this over a minute or so. When I opened the door, he laughed and said "Just messin' with ya, gotta do something to pass the time." I did not find humor in this. He checked me in and told me due to the rack on top of the car, the car wash would need to be waived. I said "No problem but I do want you to look at the front end, suspension is making noise." He then tells me there will be about a 2 hour wait. So much for no appointment needed. Stranded, I called my son to come pick us up. About 2 hours or so later, the car was ready. When I pickedit up, i noticed a very confusing statement on the invoice about multiple recalls and parts not in stock and how I would be called when parts were in. I asked the cashier and she said work had been completed. Confised l left. About 20 min later, I called a number on the invoice and the person it noted to call was gone for the day. I spoke to a service tech who cleared it up and told me my airbags were good. I mentioned that I noticed that during check in, the rep checked that I declined the 21 point safety or service checks. Deapite me saying I specifically wanted something checked. On top of all this, this Civic was in for airbag recalls the last go around and it seems there was no record? I had to be inconvenienced yet again. Needless to say, I am less than impressed by the whole experience.

Chris is excellent! Very considerate about your needs -- he clearly prioritizes his customers' satisfaction and budget. I felt like he really cared about finding me a car that would keep me safe and proud. Overall, he was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly -- not-at-all pushy. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car and gets nervous in high-pressure situations; i was pretty nervous, and Chris made this process very enjoyable and stress-free!

Over the last 10 years, I've owned two Buicks and have always had them serviced at Radley. They are friendly, courteous, and get the job done on time and for the price I approve before the work is done. No surprises at pick-up time. In addition, I've never had to go back to get something redone. They do things right the first time. That's a big plus in a busy life.

one of the employees had an unfortunate accident with my vehicle in the service area while getting an oil change. I am pleased to say this dealership took really good care of me. I owned a Toyota Tacoma for 15 years, had all of my services done at a Toyota dealership literally 5 min from my house and left Toyota because their service was horrible. Radley went above an beyond to make sure I had a good experience in the repair process, kept me informed and returned my truck in a very reasonable amount of time. Paul Beedle ( Service manager) and Rick Donaty (Service Shop manager) are men of their word and will keep me as a customer for many years to come. Thanks guys for treating me as a valued customer.
