This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The staff at Radley was phenomenal - professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. Every single Radley employee I spoke to was absolutely great, from the very sweet gals answering the phones to the managers.

After several years of driving a crossover, I wanted to get a smaller vehicle with better mpg, and had settled on a 2013 Malibu. I contacted Radley and reached Karrie Sulser, who found the exact car I wanted in less than an hour - I was so impressed! She sent a price quote and a write up on the car via email, and after confirming I wanted to come see it, set up a meeting with Paul Forster in sales. Paul called to introduce himself, asked me about my trade in, and answered all my questions.

The next day I went to the dealership to see the car, which was just what I wanted - Karrie really did a perfect job finding it. Paul walked me through every button and system on the car before taking it on a test drive. From there it was just handling paperwork to finish the sale; between Paul, Debbie, and the rest of the staff it went quickly. It is easy to tell they have done this before, and have really made it a smooth process.

I really can't say enough about how well I was treated and how thorough Paul was in taking care of every last detail. He was kind enough to call the next day to make sure all was well, and followed up again after I sent in some final paperwork. I've since recommended Radley to family, friends, and coworkers. I will definitely be back for my next car!
