Bought my first truck from them in 2015. Best service department I have ever delt with; especially Jason. I use to drive Ford, but after dealing with their service department I refuse to even look at them. Its amazing the difference a few hundred yards walk makes. I am looking for another vehicle and it would be hard for me to buy anywhere else.

Made appointment for 45k service on my 2014 Volt. I was given shuttle ride home and then picked up later that morning. Service for oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter C/O. Service recommended coolant fluid replacement which I agreed. Next appointment is for 90k service or whether oil/tires need replacing (still on original tires). I am most impressed with the management of the service department and how confident I am after engaging with them. Kudos to Justin!
I am completely satisfied with my 2014 Volt which I have owned for a little more than a year and I am getting 128 mpg. Amazing!

I purchased a 2014 GMC Acadia from them 2 days ago, I called ahead of time since I have 5 kids to see if they could get financing for me on one of two vehicles - Jonathan called me back with the approvial in less than 2 hours - My mom drove me up after work with my kids in about an hour and a half I walked out - with keys in hand so thankful they were able to help me! I really didn't want to spend all day at a dealership with my young children. Tony Coghill was the salesman when I arrived around 7pm and took care of us wonderfully - finance dept was the quickest I've ever been and out of one!

Quoted price by parts by phone call get work done and bill for part is more? Service person never went over pre work estimate even after I enquired about price and part component that I was purchasing and then installed. Just hurry up and get out. Which in and out quickly is nice I would have liked to go everything before work was done and I received a inflated bill ?

Absolutely best first car buying experience I could have had. Eric Jones sold me a 2017 GMC Sierra and was incredibly resourceful and available and made the entire process smooth. The vehicle was in fantastic shape and runs and drives exactly as its supposed to. On top of that I received the vehicle clean as a whistle. If anyone is looking for a top notch vehicle and a great salesman I recommend Eric Jones at Radley!

We moved here in July and live right around the corner. Time and time again we have driven past this dealership on our way home and have talked about buying a new Chevy. Finally we decided it was time to purchase two new cars due to our current ones not being worth the money. Walked in and instead of being surrounded by 105 different vultures looking to make a sale, we were asked politely if we needed any help. BILL RIDGEWAY was our salesman and he was a great one at that. He worked all of the numbers to our liking, told us what we should do to save every single penny we could (no he wasn t haggling us), and when he got in the car to show us it was like he knew top to bottom about every one. Absolutely the best service we could have asked for! Thank you!

I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and nitrogen service (topping off). Sadely, recently these visits have taken close to 1 1/2 to 2 hours. However this visit was a breath of fresh air as I was in and out within an hour. Hopefully this will become the norm.

These guys are amazing we just purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox we got there around 6 did a nice long test drive fell in love with the truck we were told by our bank Navy Federal the day before that we were all set to pick up the truck we were pre approved well we got to the dealership and traded in our other car just to be told that Navy Federal denied our loan so then Paul Bob and Bill went to work we were there till after 11 last night getting there bank to take the loan and working with our trade to get the job done all 3 guys went well above and beyond anything I could have expected super impressed thank you everyone

September 2012 Our Cruz Eco was recalled. I setup an appointment with the understanding that the repair would take an hour. I had settled into one of the comfy chairs in the wating area. Was watching Tv and enjoying some coffee and they told me the car was ready - only 30 some minutes later. Great service.

........... ..5 months ago I was told our Cavalier needed new front brakes and rotors for a price that I thought was a little high. I called Radley and was given an estimate that was $50 less than the other place. I took the car in, it was ready before the promised time and the bill was a few dollars less than I was quoted. Who says those other places do it cheaper than the dealer? Thank you so much for the great job.

Just bought a Suburban on Monday , February 17th. I am very pleased with the vehicle. However, I was extremely pleased with the service. Rick Jenkins was my sale rep. He did a very good job to get us the perfect vehicle for what we needed for..... I would recommend him to my family and friends anytime. He was really professional , so nice to work with.
All the people from Radley Chevrolet we worked with that day, were very nice and were very helpful. It is very rare to get such a good service these days.

I was sitting in service getting my old chevy Silverado fixed the other day and then a salesman walked in and I was the first person he talked to. He introduced himself, telling me his name was Caleb and then I noticed he was from Houston. We talked about that for awhile and then he asked what kind of vehicle I had in for service. Told him I had an old chevy half ton and that I love it but hate putting money into it. He then asked if I had seen the new body style, which I hadn t. We walked out and took a look at a new 2500 diesel (which I had mentioned previously that I d go diesel in my next truck). We looked at it, I didn t test drive it with fear I d have to have it. We exchanged info and I told him I d be back this summer to get one once this one is paid for. Caleb is extremely professional, knowledgeable and ill be sure to pass his info to anyone I know who s looking for a car.

I ve never posted a negative review for any service I ve ever received. I was taught growing up that if you don t have anything nice to say, say nothing at all. However, after calling the dealership to resolve the issues I ve had with Radley and getting nowhere with the most unprofessional manager I ve ever talked spoken with, here I am. I ve had multiple issues with things being missed during services or inspections. This morning I called Radley to try and set up a meeting with the Dealership GM and when I couldn t get through to him, left him a voicemail asking him to call me back so we could set up a meeting. About an hour later I received a call from the Service Manager. He refused to acknowledge even the thought that any of his mechanics had possibly missed anything. When I pressed him about why things were missed during both the service and state inspection that were later identified by a different shop, he responded they re just trying to sell you something . He also stated that the reason my wife wasn t informed of these things was because she declined to have the marker light, and parking brake fixed by them on 15 Dec 2016. He even went so far as to say, if you ll decline work that will keep your family safe, then why bother mentioning any other routine maintenance that would be needed . When I realized that he was not going to be reasonable I thanked him for his time and ended the call.I m hoping that posting this review will get the attention of someone at the dealership that s willing to speak about these problems rationally, which is clearly not the Service Manager. I ve only gone to dealerships the past few years because I trust the brand, I ve always trusted the GM name. I ve had guys give me a hard time, because I take my vehicles in to get the oil changed .I don t take it in for the oil change, anyone can change the oil. I take them in because trained mechanics know to look for things I don t. I think that s the service I paid for, and in this instances listed above you can see that I paid for a service that I don t feel I received.

We had set up at service time to have a remote starter put in my vehicle. We set an appointment date a week earlier for a 7am service time. When my husband arrived he sat around and waited until 10am when they told him that there was another vehicle that HAD to get serviced first. They gave him a ride to our home where he waited around until 1230pm to get the call that the shuttle service was on the way to get him. He arrived back at the dealership around 115pm to finally get my vehicle. Very poor service, very unprofessional!

My salesman, Eric, was incredibly helpful. He helped us find a cheap yet reliable car for my last year of college since my current one had gotten too expensive to keep repairing. The place overall is very well run and everyone there is happy to help with whatever you might need. When I graduate and start my career, I will definitely come back here to buy my own new car. 5/5 stars

I was shuttled home so I could take care chores at home instead of waiting at dealership!

Excellent customer service & fast technical service team. Austin have been very supportive and all technical team is very king, professional. Loved the waiting hall. They put great effort to keep it extremely clean & disinfected. Big respect to a woman who was making sure the area is not only clean but also desinfected very often.

Dealership was extremely professional. My service advisor, Justin Taylor, did a great job explaining not only the issue but also the path to the repair that had been outlined by General Motors, even providing some advice. I also had an opportunity to talk with the Service Director, Paul Beedle who provided valuable information about some options considering that I was "just" out of warranty. Vehicle was repaired faster than the time promised.

Awful service. Sales associates stated loan was approved but it was not. Waited 4 hours to find this information out because no one there wanted to own up to the mistake. Financing manager would not speak to us about the situation. Very dissatisfied. I believe they did not want to sell their car to a black family.

Went to Radley to get a routine oil change, afterwards I scheduled an appt to have a few issues we were experiencing with the vehicle. That visit evolved into a few other problems.. long story short, Jack Armstrong (service dept.) made the experience painless. I will continue to take my vehicle to Radley Chevrolet for my maintenance needs.

Great customer service from the sales department (Doug). Only issue I have had with Radley Chevrolet is getting them to admit something is wrong with my car..they act like they're giving an arm and a leg to fix something. Second issue with the service department was that I had my interior door lock/unlock buttons replaced, they installed them upside down..I mean come on! However, they appear to be a trustworthy dealership and I plan on returning to them for my next purchase in a few years. So a heads up to everyone: great dealership, salesmen, and finance department, just don't put high hopes into the service department, you may be disappointed.

I arrive a little after 1pm to have my oil changed. I had to be at work at3pm. I noticed people that I was ahead of leaving. I started getting antsy because it was 2:45pm. I didn't get out there until 10 after 3 which made me late for work. My ticket was in the basket the for quite some time and nobody let me know that my car was ready. Passed customer right now!!!

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Chevy Impala, i never had bought a car from a dealership before so i was a little cautious but the employees at Radley Chevrolet in Fredericksburg made me feel very comfortable and were very knowledgeable in helping me find the car i was looking for for a price i felt comfortable paying. My old car had finally went out on me and they even let me take the car home for a day before i purchased it to see if it was definitely what I wanted and Aaron Racetrick gave me a ride home another day to help me out. Nicholas Ierardi and helped me through the whole process and even helped me set up the Sirius and on-star in my vehicle after purchasing. If anyone is ever in the need for a vehicle i would recommend him to anyone in need. Thank You for everyone who helped me at Radley i greatly appreciate it.

I have owned Chevrolets since 1973, and have had to deal with numerous dealerships during my 20+ years of military service. My service consultant, Paul Beedle, is the epitome of excellence. His expertise and dedication has made service visits nearly painless. I trust him and he gets the job done. Of all the experiences, good and bad, I have had with dealerships over the years, I am blessed the best was saved for last, Radley Chevrolet. Great job and keep up the excellent service guys. Ruby (service) was superb! The waiting room was horrific- having to listen to the "Wendy Williams' show and "The Real".. asking the cashiers to change the station went unanswered.. put on HGTV or an auto show. Extremely unprofessional to keep those shows on while customers (some elderly) wait over two hours for oil change. "Who's the baby daddy" isn't something I want to hear in the waiting room.

I receive a FedEx pocket with a document that I have already sung in the dealership. To my surprise, it was a note asking me to sing again. I did have to call and ask why I have to do that again since in the envelope was not an explanation. The VIN# belonged to my trade-in two o tree people miss that. Till now I am not sure if the truck that I take is mine or not. but I do know that I make the Paiments

Dont give them your phone number or they will NEVER stop blowing up your phone to sell you a car you DON'T want because the car you originally went to see had been in an accident,4 different tires, and driven to death. Extremely irritating. Finally had to block their number. They were THAT ANNOYING!!!

Brought our Traverse in for a safety inspection and to fix our drivers door handle, because it wasn t working properly. I told Ruby to fix the handle, then do the inspection. She called eight hours later, claiming it failed because of something that was in our file that Radley wanted us to have repaired there and no where else. They also were going to charge us almost $1400.00. These two things had nothing to do with a , Virginia Safety Inspection and they should not have failed our car and try to manipulate it into a service sale. I reported it to General Management and VA Safety Commission. Never again Radley!!

We had an excellent experience at Radley today when purchasing our new vehicle. Doug (our sales man) and Ryan (our finance manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had a 5 Star experience. Doug was extremely thorough in showing us the vehicle and showed us around the dealership. Ryan made the finance process very easy & stressfree. They were both extremely professional and valued our time which has not always been our experience when buying other vehicles. We would recommend anyone to this dealership!

Friendly service but that is about it. It took me a long time to get my tags because they lost the paper work. They sold me a certified car with old breaks & wrong voltage battery. Call then about it n try to lie their way sours it. Only good thing that save me from getting breaks is that I found about it within the 2nd month of owning it n the warranty cover it. But I had to buy n other battery since that was not cover. Only reason I did not take the car back for them to change it it s because they were 1 hour away from me. Run away

Are truck got towed in. It's a diesel so alot of garages are clueless. Jason was there when it got towed in. A couple hours later we were back driving on the interstate. They are real mechanics hear who diagnose problems not just throw parts at it like so many other dealers

Marvin's friendly attitude and honest responses to my concerns spoke volumes to the quality of service at Radley. The entire process from discussing my options to handing over the keys was seamless and enjoyable. Vincent was also extremely helpful, taking the time to walk me through all the features of my new vehicle. Chris White was hands down the best salesman me and my wife have ever dealt with. We had an unreliable Suburban that kept breaking down, decided to try and find something new that we could trust. Chris was there for us and made the process so easy. He kept everything realistic and never gave any false promises or demands. We were in and out with 2.5 hours. I would recommend Chris White for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The finance guy I dealt with on the other hand was disrespectful, and began making demands for my money immediately. Chris was there for it though and made everything right. The sales manager even came by and apologized for the actions of the finance guy and is making things worth my trip and purchase.

Even with the actions of the finance guy, this was still my best experience ever with buying a car.

Highly Recommend Radley and Chris White!!!!
