Very poor support service. Our phone system was down all day and the rude manager Tyler didnt do anything. He lacks proper phone system knowledge and cant provide proper support.

Horrible customer service. We trusted this company for our phone system but we are canceling our contract soon. None of the Move /Add change request performed ontime. Very disappointed
