Radley Chevrolet Review

I recently brought a Chevy Traverse from Drakar Ferguson. He took his time to explain the vehicle as well as the car buying process. He was very detailed and professional. The people at the dealership is friendly and also helpful. They help you any which they can. I just bought a Chevy truck from them. They were patient with me until I made a decision. And also the service department are great and quick. I am pleased with them. with their staff and service!

I bought a beautiful '08 Silverado on a Monday in June from Radley. Thanks to Nick and Bob for an easy buying process and a fair deal.

The following weekend, I had to take a trip to Ohio. About 3 hours into the return trip, I lost oil pressure as I was pulling into a parking lot in Wheeling, WV.

The short version of this story is that Bob Valentine and Jason Allen went above and beyond to make everything right for me. They took care of everything including bringing my truck 5 1/2 hours back to FXBG and providing me with a rental. My truck is back on the road and running like a top.

Since I had a horrible experience at the Ourisman Ford & Lincoln dealership in Alexandria which is where I purchased my Chevy Sonic, I ended up going to Radley to get my car fixed. This place was a joy, everyone was professional and very nice. Ruby was great in letting me know what was going on with my car and how much it would be to take care of the issues. I would recommend people to this dealership, wish I had purchased my car here instead. Will be going here instead of the dealership where I brought my car.

I was asked to drop my vehicle off for 2.5 days for post purchase service items (vibration issue and error display in Infotainment system). Neither of these issues/symptoms were identified in two days so no action taken. I drive the vehicle daily and experience the symptoms daily. No follow-up was requested when dealership was notified by multiple emails.

Sam Capozolli was attentive, and patient while help me find the right Colorado, for the right price. I would recommend Radley to anyone near Fredericksburg looking for a Chevy.

I am a return customer and never leave disappointed. Justin Taylor did an excellent job coordinating the work, as he has done before, and your tech crew took great care of my Yukon. Everyone on your staff I have encountered are friendly and helpful be it your service reps, your porters, your receptionists, or your techs.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Came in for an oil change, didn t have an appointment as I was new to the area and still figuring things out but they got me in even though they were a little backed up and kept me updated on the progress of my car and got me out as soon as they could.

I was in and out for an oil change in 30 mins, great job.

I was referred specifically to Jack in Radley s Service department by CarMax because the job was too big for them to take. Jack was responsive, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was back on the road in top condition. I truly see why CarMax specifically recommended him by name!

I had the great pleasure of working with George Fallin. Along with the help of Drake, they were able to get the Z71 Colorado I was looking for. George did a great job explaining all the vehicle features. I also had the great pleasure of meeting the sales manager Mr. Buckner. They all make up a great team.

Brought in my 2013 Chevy Tahoe for an oil change since I am travelling for the next two months from Virginia to Colorado and Texas. I also wanted to talk to the folks at Radley in case I needed anything else in terms of maintenance. While I setting up the appt on the phone, they checked the Tahoe's maintenance records and recommended that I come in the afternoon since they weren't as busy and could take care of the Tahoe right away. Came in at 3pm and I was out the door in a minute or two. I was greeted by a technician who said they were expecting me, told me they would perform a 25 point inspection as well as the oil change. Told me they would call me when it was done and they told me I could wait in the lounge if I desired. But ran some errands with my wife and received a call 30 minutes later telling me the keys would be at the cashier's office. They even gave me a couple of discounts on parts that I didn't even think about. Trust, that is what I have in Radley Chevrolet and have never been disappointed. Ready to hit the road.

Always a great experience all around. Sales team is nice, finance helps out, and Jason in the service department is the man. Highly recommend Radley Chevrolet to take care of your automotive needs!

What a refreshing buying experience, simple and great prices with no arguing or haggling, just gave me a great deal. I highly recommend Paul he's attentive and quick to respond.

Went there for an inspection and it failed. Subsequently went to 2 other mechanics to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion and the other two found no merits to this establishment's claim that I needed a new axle. Buyer beware.

everything went as planned, on time, and cost was actually less than what I had expected. The Radley rep (Jack Armstrong) treated me as if I was his only customer, making suggestions that were appropriate, giving me the option of "yes" or "no". He did an excellent job ... very personable. The Military discount was an added bonus.

The whole group always makes the experience enjoyable! First, Doug is a great salesman who geniunely cares about you. He helps by asking questions and giving you the best information possible. Then you go to finance and Bill is the best! He is just an all around great person! I will continue to buy from this dealership as they know what customer service is truly about!

Everything was good until my car broke down again but they are going to fix it and I am still happy

Our salesman, Bill Ridgeway, could not have been more accommodating. He answered every question I had and made the selection and decision making easy. I appreciated the way he researched any promotions that might apply to us. I came away from the transaction feeling like I had received a good value.
I would also like to commend the Finance Manager, David Embrey, who quickly and efficiently managed the paperwork.
These two professionals made what is sometimes an exhausting and frustrating experience into an enlightening and satisfying afternoon.

I bought a used 2011 Volkswagen minivan there and the people at Radley have been great. Unfortunately, the minivan stopped turning on within a week of purchasing it (which, is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars). The people at Radley took care of me though and covered the full cost of getting it up to speed and in 100% working order.

So, I recommend them, they've been great!
