one of the employees had an unfortunate accident with my vehicle in the service area while getting an oil change. I am pleased to say this dealership took really good care of me. I owned a Toyota Tacoma for 15 years, had all of my services done at a Toyota dealership literally 5 min from my house and left Toyota because their service was horrible. Radley went above an beyond to make sure I had a good experience in the repair process, kept me informed and returned my truck in a very reasonable amount of time. Paul Beedle ( Service manager) and Rick Donaty (Service Shop manager) are men of their word and will keep me as a customer for many years to come. Thanks guys for treating me as a valued customer.
