Nice large apartments, clean and inviting. Very nice staff at the hotel. Quiet area with little distance to both restaurants and the lovely fig tree bay beach.

The hotel is mediocre, very annoying with the strong smell of cleaning products, the rooms are good at first glance, but if you look closely, everything is old and shabby, the only thing is that the beds are comfortable and the food is excellent, the choice is huge. We rest on the fifth day, yesterday we changed our linen and towels. Far from the beach, it is impossible to walk in the heat, foreigners do not go to the sea, hang out all day in the pool with bleach and drink their cocktails in buckets. If you come overseas, this hotel is not for you, choose closer to the beach.
And entertainment is only for foreign guests, almost no one speaks Russian from the staff.
In the photo there is a children's pool, champagne from the manager for the current air conditioning and a huge cockroach in the hallway

The beach is too far away. You can cut your leg or arm in the sea (four cuts in the first day).

The hotel ,whilst modern and sleek ,left much to be desired in the rooms . Very dated and less than basic . Could use one half of wardrobe as it was jammed by safe . Cleanliness again basic. However evening entertainment staff were great . Had to change rooms original one was worse than the second . Nothing provided for late arrivals . Road outside being dug up made coming and going a hazzard. Sorry but not worth the amount paid.

This hotel, despite some of the reviews, had lovely staff who could not do enough for us. I took a party of 23 and the manager gave us six free bottles of wine to have with our evening meal one night. Rooms were clean and tidy even though some plaster work and paint was needed in a few areas. Pool was warm and well kept. Food very good with the staff ensuring you had something to eat which was proven one night when it was predominantly fish and two of my party cannot eat this. We were given a three platters, chicken, beef and pork which were more than ample. They served it to us with a smile. Well worth the money.

Just returned from our second stay at the hotel.. Staff were brilliant again. Very hard working, rooms are a bit dated but clean.. If you have children there was no life guard by the pool, so need to keep an eye open.. One of the lifts wasn't working so it was a bit of a headache trying to get get up and down.. Plus while we were there it was full of younger people which made it feel like a 18 to 30 holiday. And sometimes took ages getting surved at the bar with people just jumping the cue.. Not sure if we'll go back.. Which is a shame..

Old style Hotel. Cheap and cheerful as the saying goes. Pool service is excellent with waiter service that promos you to have a drink. Food is reasonable and the hotel seems reasonabley clean so 3 stars just.plenty of deck chairs around and a good size pool for the hotel size. The main pool is quite deep but the kiddies pool is great if a little small but then so are the kids. A little 6 minuet walk to the shops and a few bars if you want to venture out. The Hotel does not have a shop. Air-con is the old static type above the room type, but seems to work, and you will need it!. Reps seem switched on with some pool activities and games. Don't expect the world and you can enjoy it. As I said cheap and cheerful. Have a great time

Had a few bumps on the 1st day but the staff took care of everything..Esp the manager Andreas! Very kind young man, he went above and beyond to make me have a lovely stay! Staff was helpful bar staff was very friendly and kind!
A/C could be better but the manager help me out so much by giving me a fan and and extra card so my a/c could run continuous!! Even offered me a bigger room.whete the AC seemed stronger but I stayed on my room as I hated to give up my full season view!! I came to recooperate and that I did!!enjoyed the entertainment last night too..food was good..but could be better.Salad things were nice! But all in all I enjoyed my stay!!..only 7-8 drive to the Beautiful fig tree bay beach..other nice beaches 10-15 min drive away!!

Friendly staff. Good alternate food. Nice pool area and pool bar. Plenty of sunbeds. Slightly worn room. Close to the sea with sandy beach.

I would not recommend this Hotel. The rooms are not cleaned properly and it needs a good painting and loads of other jobs we ended up moving rooms twice and the third room we ended up paddling in the toilet due to a leak. The staff are not very friendly either.

Mideocre hotel and food. Relatively clean. Wouldn't stay again.

The rooms, as well as the entire facility are unfortunately getting very old ... The employees in the restaurant are partly nice, partly not ...
The drinks are - as in most hotels - rather bad than good. The food is okay and varied for a 3 * hotel (breakfast is the best, lunch rather bad and in the evening average).

The pool is okay, the green areas are not well-kept and should be mowed ... The junk should also be disposed of.

The gym is bad, the showers in the sauna catastrophic.

The mattresses in our room were filthy, as were the bed boxes (room 420).

A lot could be optimized with a manageable amount of effort - but the management probably lacks the knack here ...

Price / performance: 7 days all inclusive for 430 P.P. Mid-July. It would have been worth a maximum of 270 to me.

The food is monotonous, but the staff are polite and helpful.
Alcohol-dinaturate. Cleaning is carried out every day.
Nearby there are no shops, no entertainment, excursions, and they canceled everything completely. Even souvenirs home nowhere to buy.
Lie as a seal in the sun and drink weird cocktails.
Children are offered Yupi (diluted syrup powder) from drinks.
Of the Russian-speaking people - one bartender who works only during the day, and even then not every day and one at the counter - an administrator who works after three days. I had to remember the entire school curriculum in English.
The only entertainment they found was diving, on the roundabout, master Anna, for 50 euros per person, agreed to accompany us on an adventure.

Lovely hotel , helpful staff but lots of work being carried out in the area( new roads). Once it is completed it will be fantastic. I would go back to this hotel

Really nice place that has been partly refurbished recently with great atmosphere and staff. Rooms could do with an upgrade that is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars.

Most of staff was okay but hotel was dirty stayed there one week never changed sheets . didn't come every day to clean food was same every day people were asking for Cyprus coffee they didn't have in Cyprus and most of staff didn't understand Greek anyway don't think we'll be going there again.

Everything was perfect! All staff very polite willing to serve you in whatever you need. Delicious and rich food! The rooms are very clean. I will definitely recommend it unreservedly and even more sure that I will go again with my family! Thank you very much!!!

The staff are nice but the minus with this hotel is that it smells bad, the food is not so good and the rooms are not as fresh, especially the bathrooms. The location is not so good and the surroundings are pretty boring. You can take a bus near the hotel if you want to go in to aya napa elr fig tree bay eg the drinker at the bar is not good either! Feels like you drink water with flavor and So they do not mix the drinks either.
So the hotel is totally okay, but not so good. Choose to stay at fig tree bay or aya napa so it will be better. They have Marlita Beach Type 10 minutes from the hotel but is not even close to Nissi Beach, figure three bay etc.

I'm giving this hotel 3 stars for the food mainly. Lots of choice and delcious Mediterranean food including greek and Italian. Drinks here are awful, the soft drinks are watered down and taste vile. Beer is ok and pure fruit juice, wine is ok but not great. The pool is way too deep for kids and baby pool very small. Even my teens who are tall and can swim found the pool to be extremely deep. Mainly loud families around the pool from parts of england you expect to find loud people but plenty of beds on the quieter grassy area behind which was fine for us. Air con in bedrooms doesn't work very well, might as well not be on. Toilet didn't flush very well and the water has a tendancy to go on and off sporadically. We found ourselves not being able to wash our hands in the toilets located near the restaurant a few times. Staff are friendly enough. Hotel needs updating and sprucing up. Nobody wears wristbands here so they only know if your all inclusive at dinner time when they ask for your room number. During the day they would never know if someone who had walked off the street was having lunch or drinking for free. Entertainment in the evening is dire, we walked down to the beach front and sat in Blue Spice for decent cocktails or Nava Beach bar. We stayed here only for two nights which was fine but if I was having my whole holiday here I would have been gutted!

Third time here 2015 , 18 , 19 will be back next year to . Lots of changes this year for the better. Great staff very friendly fantastic entertainment team .

Perfect family hotel. The communal areas are modern and well maintained. Staff are exceptional, relaxed and give top service. Superb pool with grassy area that provides welcome shade on hot Cypriot days.

The children's entertainment was top-notch with the team providing plenty of pool-side activities by day and discos & quizzes by night. The bar staff were quick and friendly with a good selection of drinks and cocktails.

You never go hungry here. Plenty of choice at all main meal sittings with further snack food available from the poolside all day.

The only constructive criticism is that the rooms are a little dated, but as it's a family venue and not a five-star resort they are perfectly acceptable. The beds were comfy, shower good and air-con very refreshing in the evening!

It's a short walk to the local shops and bars for more entertainment and there is a bus stop only a minute's walk away that provides a regular near-24hour service to Protaras & Ayia Napa.

I would happily return.

Great service, good cuisine, perfect quality of water in the pool ... Perfect for families with children, an excellent compromise of quality and price. All in clusive at a very high level. I heartily recommend.

2nd time staying, stayed for 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Exspecially the bar staff who went above and beyond. The entertainment staff were a good laugh and very enthusiastic. Got the kids and adults involved with all the pool games. Food was average but nothing to complain about. Room and hotel was clean. My only down fall was the pool wasnt the cleanest/clearest but it didnt stop the kids having fun. Overall very happy with what we paid for a family of 4 and will defiantly go back.

Nice hotel near the beach. Buss stop is nearby. Good food. Nice pool. The room is clean and have a nice balcony. Flory who sit in the resorption always so welcoming and nice guy.

The hotel is NOT on the first line, but you can easily walk to the sea.
The food is fresh, not always varied, but tasty.
Rooms are cramped, but if most of the time is outside the room, it is not critical.
2 swimming pools: for children and for adults. Purely.
The slides that are visible in the photo do NOT apply to the hotel. There are no slides in this hotel.
Pool / beach towels are PAYMENT and NOT warned by the tour operator.
The socket adapter can be rented by paying a deposit of 2 euros. You hand over the adapter, return the deposit.
The territory is small, there is a playground for kids. Children's disco in the evenings.
All in all, no complaints, but cozy. We were satisfied.

Small Family Hotel in Protaras, the food is good and staff very Friendly.

This place needs a lot of changes, not just financial investments on the rooms decor, swimming, parking but on quality of food/ drinks/ attitude of staffs. The bar staffs are extremely rude, the food they serve during snacks is bad. The burger is just a bread roll with a patty, nothing in them. Staffs in the pool and restaurant were really friendly. Great beaches nearby - fig tree, Sunrise, Yianna etc.

Staff are fantastic. However the building has seen better days. Complete refit required.

Worst hotel experience ever. We have booke there for a single night and checked in at approximately 4pm. 30 minjtes After checking another customer opened the door of our room with their card and claimed to be in the same room as us. We went to the reception and it took them 2 hours to realize what they did and how to fix it. After finally checking in, the room wasn't clean, the sound proofing of ther room wasn't bad and generally the hotel was not worth the 100 euros per night. On the next morning, we went to breakfast at 10:25 to realize that the staff was picking up the food before the time that it was supposed to pick it up (10:30). I asked someone to eait for teo minutes to out some food and his response was "good luck in finding a plate".
I would avoid this hotel at any cost.

This is the hotel we are staying at, possibly I have previously stated another, being somewhat confusing when Google sets up other hotels that I pass by.
This is where it is so great service, this is where we get 8-10 dishes for lunch and dinner, this is where we get to fight breakfast.
With full pension, we are served absolutely everything at lunch and dinner at the table, and in the bar up to the clock.
It is cleaned in the rooms every day.
Great pool without chlorine. It is 10min to the beach, there are several small beaches, with sun loungers, also on the lawn with restaurant and dining. At the promenade, you can walk to Aya Napa (I think), did not go that far. There are small soil patches in between the hotels and the villas, which make it so nice.
Water sports are there too, can rent scooter and canoe, or pedal boat, cars motorcycles scooter quad bikes, it is also easy to rent.
I highly recommend the place.
Also child-friendly, with a game for the kids until 11pm.

Had lovely stay rooms cleaned every day food was nice something for all tastes pool was a good size but alway looked murk as if it could do with good clean a lot to do with people not showering before entering the pool so opted not to use the pool

Spotlessly clean. Couple of staff a but grumpy but that could be due to the excessively long hours they work . The rest are spot on . Would Deffo recommend for a holiday in the sun

we booked through Thomas cook, had a marvelous holiday there, staff were helpful and looked after us really well, especially the entertainment staff (alga). could have done with more entertainment at night when you were sitting in the hotel but other than that it was perfect. would definitely go back again and good for all age groups.

For 3 stars the hotel is good. Thanks to the restaurant, it pulls on all 4 * - the food is very diverse and tasty. We had a room overlooking the sea - albeit in the distance, but still nice. To the sea to go 5-7 minutes. True, the road to the sea is terrible - paths and sidewalks are being repaired near the hotel (repairs have been going on for several years, according to the local).
The hotel rooms are cramped, the bathroom is tiny, this is a minus. But there are two air conditioners and a free safe.
A free cot was provided for the son. At the reception they rented a pushchair for children - 4 per day.
The hotel area is small, green. There are adult and children's pools, an abandoned playground, a play area with machine guns.
The animation was every night, but weak (although I don t need this kind of entertainment at all). Once a week there was an evening of Cypriot culture, dancing with glasses and all that.
In general, the hotel normal experience. Especially liked the food - a lot of vegetables, different types of meat, delicious cheeses. The waiters are very polite, especially Kaloyan - clever! Cocktails for all inclusive are very tasty, bartenders did not save on anything.
The main thing is that the sea is gorgeous, the beaches are comfortable, there are many cozy coves - the children are great. Everywhere ramps, with a stroller convenient.
It is unlikely that we will return to Smartline again - I want to visit other hotels, but this one did not disappoint.

A hotel worth recommending. Location near the sea, although it is not in the center which gives an extra plus for people who want a peaceful neighborhood. A walk along the promenade with a beautiful view of the sea and its colors will lead us to a place where there are more tourists, shops and restaurants. The hotel looks at the highest level, the service very professional and helpful, the hotel deserves more stars!
