Located at a wonderful site with good view to spend an evening to remember

Good hotel with nice ambience n staff..
This hotel is made in steps like terrace farming rather than tall buildings
buffet was also good n had a lot of variety

A place for decent, comfortable stay in Shimla. Excellent for events and conferences (the size of the hall is relatively smaller though).

Best luxury hotel in shimla newly upgraded room and restaurants. Must stay place in shimla during visit to shimla.

Building had many levels but does have lift access. However some areas are not on same level so still some steps.

It is a nice property, close to town and still quiet. Though I would like to mention that the full property isn't disabled friendly as there are sections between various parts of the hotel and elevators that only have stairs.

It is nestled not on the main road, but the property is built far the best one I have visited I shimla, when one looks from the outside, it seems to look like a small property, but, it is quite big from the inside .

It is pretty pricey though...

DIRTY BATHROOM, HOLES AND PUBES ON BED SHEETS, RUDE SERVICE FROM APOORVA UPON CHECKING SHE SHOUTED AT US ON ARRIVAL, DISGUSTING BROKEN BATHROOM AND LAMPSHADES, BREAKFAST WAS FILTHY AND CROWDED GAVE US FOOD POISONING, ITS NO MORE THAN A 2* More

Location might me nice but the service is zero ... I found the trainees to be better than the staff ... The rooms were not ready (under renovation) .. they had heaters blowing in the corridor to dry the carpets ... I had a painter painting the walls outside my room in the morning, that when they know I had a 5 months old son inside ... Terrible experience ... Was provided rooms at the lowest level when traveling with senior citizens and infant

Had a wonderful stay with family . Well located , peaceful atmosphere & close to The Mall . Cheerful & helpful staff . Nice room & a great view of the valley .

Their rooms have "Pinterest" designs. Cozy and beautiful.
They also offer free drop service to the Mall road. Breakfast is superb.

Great experience. Very beautiful rooms. The staff was kind and every night we were offered a small dessert with good night message from the hotel. Restaurant has a modern look and design. The food was excellent. Good breakfast buffet with continental and Indian choices. Fresh juices, bakery too every morning.
We had rooms with stunning view on Shimla during sunset.

Elegently decored modern rooms and bathrooms in premium catagory, with perfect placing of objects. Courteous staff and prompt service from front desk, house keeping, in room dining to resturant each and every staff was courteous, prompt and helpful.
Nice small play area for kids, should have some more activities in the evening hours at lawn outside resturant for all age groups like tambola, some fun games & soft music etc to create some lively and holiday atmosphere.
Food better then other resturants in proximity or mall. Though prices are comparitively higer suggest for lowering the same.
One small thing that lacked was unfriendly movement area for elderly & handicapped people and people with small kids in prams, wheel chair & baby pram not accessible.
Pick & Drop to Stairs near the Mall should be provided complimentary on timely basis (30 minutes/hourly duration) in coach.
Otherwise an excellent property can be termed as mini resort.

The entire experience was outstanding. Beautiful property, hospitable staff, superb location, excellent food, spectacular view, in- house recreation perfect and I can go on and on!! A perfect holiday destination.
Very near to the Ridge so you dont have to take lift everytime. There was nothing which I can complain about !!

I stayed in this hotel for just two days and I found Every staff member is so caring about the guest even they give attention to your little needs which you could have ignored if not available. And special thanks to Vikash and Nitu they are fabulous people. You won t feel in this hotel that you are some other place and nobody knows you. The treatment provided makes you as comfortable as you will feel at home.

A good hotel for dinner and good quality food but the staff could use some help.located in a good area .very clean and tidy.overall good a good place

Radisson jass is situated on state Bank bharari road just few kms from lakkar bazaar (Rivoli) bus stand it is connected with a narrow road (drive carefully).
Now comes the hotel, hotel is having superb view nice and professional well behaved staff nice wooden work neat and clean floors.
One can enjoy superb views of mountains lush green views nice small swimming pool along with spa
The restaurant is recently renovated lovely view. Staff was very polite and friendly restaurant is quiet spacious.
Food served was yummy one must try veg noodles. Chicken birayiani was also tasty quality was also good pineapple raita was fresh.
Overall our experience was gud.

One of the finest places to stay while in Shimla. The hospitality is praise worthy. The breakfast buffet spread is lavish. Parking might be the only downside.

Pathetic experience ,20 years old lift open pool which anyone can't use,wifi not working properly,tv is hanging every 30 seconds,worst experience on hills on the name of brand

I had an opportunity to attend dinner Party at Remission Hotel Shimla in September 2017
Since I am vegetarian I can comment on vegetarian food only. The soup was excellent. There was mismanagement in salad counter they had option of veg and non veg salads but play cards were not displayed properly to distinguish between veg and non veg items. Dal Makhani was tasteless and taste was like boiled dal richness of butter and cream was missing in Dal Makhani. For other dishes also the taste was not upto mark so I would rate food 2 out of 5.

This was by far the worst stay at a supposedly 5-star hotel I have ever seen. The staff are completely inept. The hotel is run down and smells horrible in some areas. The breakfast says it starts at 630am and by 7:15am we had to leave without breakfast as the staff we mulling around on their phones.

We were given a welcome cake by the staff in our room, and when we returned from an evening out there visible bite marks in it.

I m not sure how Radisson got their name attached to this heaping pile of garbage, but as a member of Radisson hotels, I m rethinking my dedication to this chain.

Hotel and food was very good but too far from Mall road. Difficult to go each time to mall road from hotel.

At this price it missed on a few things... No gym... No balconies with room and even breakfast was so so

Hotel doesn t have any facilities for kids. Very boring breakfast.. Service is bad slow and poor quality but They charge every bit of their service...most of the stuff behaves like a trainee..don t have any facility to take care of guest in case they need any regular medical help like fever , headache etc. they change for pick up drop from Mall Road which is hardly a km.
