Just a pity that there is no breakfast incl the price. And 20 per person for breakfast is expensive. Fortunately around the corner cafe manger

I stayed at Radisson blu hotel in Hasselt for almost 13 nights for a business trip. Every night after along day at work o spent it at the green house bar. Alex is the best guy to serve you. He s so kind and always offers you with the best in the house. I would really highly recommend if you wont to spend a full service night, just go for the green house and ask for Alex.
Everything impeccable great to have known which is a nice hotel and gourmet restaurant than me at 50 years I would never have thought, service at the top and equipment super thank you boncoup

A very fine hotel, nice rooms. Staff is wonderful ! Excellent room top bar, nice bistro and pleasant breakfast room. The hotel has a direct access to the city parking.
I arrived on Sunday 16th of Feb for 2 night stay at Radisson Blue for business purposes.
Check in was prompt. I parked my car near by next to construction site across the road where several other cars were parked. When I asked reception whether I can park there and is there any specific instructions - they said it's all good, don't worry it's a free parking.
In the morning when I was ready to go and do some business - I realised that my car has been towed away - great surprise NOT.
When reception called the police - firstly they said that I parked on the disabled space - which wasn't true as there's no disabled space there.
I went to police station, paid for taxis, fines and etc., but even worst is that I had to be doing work in the meantime. I tried to investigate after work why they towed away - receptionist said that apparently sign wasn't there before. However in the police station I been told that guests of Radisson Blue are constantly coming to pick up their cars there and that staff is aware of the building site nearby and that you can't park there. Now, when I checked past reviews I have realised that building site has been mentioned already several months ago.
I really think your staff shouldn't be providing a faulty information which caused me a significant amount of money. If you don't know, then recommend to park in underground parking instead - what I did on my 2nd night. Not happy !
Good location close to the big market. Swimming pool and sauna available for hotel guests. Nice rooms with nice bathroom. Friendly service and very extensive breakfast.

After a day of shopping In Hasselt very unexpectedly decided, despite Corona, to stay in The Radisson, room neat as always, only the atmosphere at breakfast was less, no buffet but breakfast box per person, Eggs or fruit salad could be requested separately, we had enough but it was not pleasant, Hopefully we can enjoy the bustle again on a next visit
Nice hotel, also great with late check-out. Definitely ask if it is possible, you can get some longer enjoy spa and rooftop bar

When we arrived at the hotel, which was booked through a travel agency, a lot of problems. At first they did not back us, the room appeared not to have been paid ... The person of the agency, which was part of the group could submit the accounts and all receipts. After a lot of problems and apologies, I was allocated my room. I hesitated to offer my master card, but it was only for the 'guarantee', they promised, because everything was paid. A few weeks later it appeared that my account had been deducted 116. I called to get some explanation. They would check it and call me back. However, I had to contact me again by telephone to hear that an 'error' had occurred and that I would be refunded the amount. Luckily my husband checks the payment statements regularly! We regularly travel, book a hotel regularly, but fortunately this is the first time that we have experienced such a thing! Little faith in the way we work ...

Very bad experience with Radisson, no further handling of the complaint. No response after a very unsatisfied stay.
Stayed here one night, very nice room and friendly staff. Didn't take breakfast (but would be very good). The bar at the top of the hotel is also recommended and worth a visit!
Unfortunately there was a (planned) power cut the next morning, which meant that we had to get up much earlier than planned.
We will definitely return!

Beautiful location and you can easily walk or rent a bicycle to explore the spacious surroundings.
This weekend received by a receptionist who unfortunately had forgotten her smile and enthusiasm. Really a shame ... Rooms were ok. Only if you had taken a shower, the bathroom was completely flooded. Slept very restless at night due to the noise from the air conditioning. For the rest OK, without more ...

Great breakfast, clean, location good, room spacious. Shower in bathtub, room temperature too hot and stuffy, elevator does not always work from parking garage. Parking 1 night 16 euros.

Price quality not ok. No air conditioning. Mini bar empty. Uninviting warmth from heat outside. Outdated rooms. Breakfast very ok.
Got nice modern room. With nice bathroom with bathtub. Everything that needs to be there is there. Ironing board and iron stored in room .. shame of 2 twin beds together. The skyline bar is worth having the tasty tapas dish. And near the stores. Had a super weekend. Also visit the Japanese garden brought a step away.
Room was in a troubled place close to refrigeration engines from next to company. Day and night disturbing. Breakfast buffet also less than what we were used to in previous years. Shuttle service also did not work as it should.
I stayed in the Radisson Blu hotel in the city of Hasselt (Flanders) for 3 nights with my wife and 10 month old baby.
I encountered significant disappointments and inconveniences:
- dilapidated furniture inside the rooms and in the common areas,
- air conditioning not maintained and dangerous for health (my baby was coughing constantly and we feared an infection !!! We were personally very badly especially since the temperature control of the air conditioning could not be done in the room ...),
- dirty windows,
- view on a building and not on the city as requested,
- bathrobe with holes,
- missing slippers,
- heavy dirt under the bed,
- very small welcome, not luxurious ...
- dark room, depressing.
- curtains that no longer close and let the day pass through the night ...
- the doors of the rooms next door slam violently at night when the neighbors come in because the damper on the doors is outdated
- etc ...
I am used to traveling and can tell you that this Radisson Blu hotel does not live up to what we might expect!
We therefore asked from the 1st day to change rooms. However, no room was available before Sunday evening. We had an exchange ONLY for the last night in a new room in the hotel next door belonging to the same group (Park Inn). We were satisfied with this new room where we could FINALLY breathe better, and feel better with all the necessary comfort.
The staff completely agreed with us and told us that the hotel was very old and not renovated (see maintained !!) which seemed normal to them to move us to another room!
However, we paid 400 euros for the previous 2 unpleasant nights at the Radisson Blu.
Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, we recommend it for a city trip to Hasselt.

Good hotel in the city center. Very nice atmosphere and nice staff. Thank you for enduring all our boozes. From what I remember, I can note the delicious cuisine for breakfast. Indeed, a large and varied selection. Everything is very delicious. But of the minuses, I can note that not all of the staff know English, and the room in which I was very small. In everything else, everything is fine, in general, very satisfied!
Very unpleasant beds (hard) and unpleasant pillows (fall through completely). I asked the counter about this, but they could not offer it. Unfortunately, no proposal for any compensation either! 120 euros + 16 euros parking for 1 person is very expensive if you can hardly sleep for a whole week and get up with pain. The breakfast is really great !!!
View in the Sky Lounge is super! Operation and quality in general is standard.

Rooms are a bit outdated.
tip: when booking for future visitors, ask for a room with a view of the church and at least on the tenth floor, then you have a beautiful view.
Radisson Blu Hotel Hasselt is a splendid place to spend quality time. The environment is very clean and rooms very comfortable. Their Sky Lounge officers a variety of good Belgian wine and cocktail. Book your room and enjoy the quality service of their friendly staff.
Nice hotel, good breakfast. Be sure to go for a drink in the tower in the bar. Phenomenal view.
Hotel is modern, however rooms are dirty, stains in carpeting cleaned room had old soaps from last guest, front desk staff very helpful, breakfast excellent, rooftop bar very nice with a great view.
