I stayed in the Radisson Blu Hotel Hasselt hotel on 8th November.

My reservation was in the name of Mr. Ismail Torun.

I paid the deposit to the receptionist 133 EUR with my card (Garanti Paracard).

15 days passed but still this money not paid back to me.

When do you pay 133 Eur back to me?

Please inform me urgently.
