When we arrived at the hotel, which was booked through a travel agency, a lot of problems. At first they did not back us, the room appeared not to have been paid ... The person of the agency, which was part of the group could submit the accounts and all receipts. After a lot of problems and apologies, I was allocated my room. I hesitated to offer my master card, but it was only for the 'guarantee', they promised, because everything was paid. A few weeks later it appeared that my account had been deducted 116. I called to get some explanation. They would check it and call me back. However, I had to contact me again by telephone to hear that an 'error' had occurred and that I would be refunded the amount. Luckily my husband checks the payment statements regularly! We regularly travel, book a hotel regularly, but fortunately this is the first time that we have experienced such a thing!
