Absolutely unprofessional. Unable to understand a direct question nor are they able to book appointments properly. I think they need to be reminded we as customer/patient have other dentist office available to us. There is no need to leave their office upset or agitated with the lousy service given.

Mirela Cehic (registered denatl hygienist) overuses the word 'absolutely'. In fact, she used it eight times in four minutes in an interview on CP24. I would suggest she expand her vocabulary because this was very grating on my nerves.

I can not believe not only did you call to remind ...
I can not believe not only did you call to remind us of an appointment , we clearly did not book as i work both day and night on Friday's .. so you lied directly to us. And for him to say he wanted the original person that cleaned his teeth Amanda.. and you saying yes she will be the original person. To show up and have it be someone else, you lied Twice. Do not EVER call us again.Take us off your list. I am to busy to be wasting my time with a bunch of liars.
