Really disappointed with this hotel. Had several issues the first couple days of my stay. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Ended up changing hotels.

The room is clean with boiled water, capsule coffee machine, tea bag, gym, swimming pool, steam room in the hotel, breakfast is American buffet style is very good

Nice spacious hotel.We had delicious breakfast, enough variety, and it was topped up nicely.The hotel room was fine, only in the bathroom was no toilet brush and the ventilation was not great.Bar Anna was very nice, you can chill with a drink or you can eat there.

Nice hotel. Bit out of the centre. Lucky I had my bike so rode into the centre of town which didn't take long. Paid for breakfast in advance but when I left early they wouldn't le m e cancel it. Room had aircon that worked well.

Nice hotel but not near anything except the highway and a gas station.

Rooms are ok and clean. Breakfast buffet adequate. It is a bit noisy due to the proximity of the highway.

Easily accessible at the motorway. Lightly dated rooms. A pity about the carpet floor, a dust-free floor covering would have been more ideal.

Spacious, pleasant and easily accessible hotel. Ample parking.

Very good sauna, steam and swimming pool. Good and beautiful showers, plenty of towels and soap.
Breakfast fine, room also.

Good hotel, kind people and nice pool/spa/gym.
Prices are a bit high, but it is the ideal place if you are in Antwerp for business.

Outside is very busy was is a bit disappointing but once inside I felt and was made to forget anything outside the building exist from swimming pools to gym equipment massages ect including the staff your time will be peaceful and relaxing

Great hotel! Beautiful entrance / foyer / reception. Hallways and bathroom somewhat dated but fresh and clean. Rooms clean and great appearance!
Excellent breakfast and dinner!

Room heating was not good. Radiator by the window couldn't be adjusted and was independent of the air conditioning. Room was too hot and with air conditioning at full speed was noisy and could still not cool the room. If you opened the window you had a lot of road noise even 9 floors up.
Breakfast was very good with large choice. Restaurant was busy in the evening and food was nice enough. Parking was a bit expensive at 17 per day for an out of city centre hotel.

Lots of free parking space in front of the door and the hotel is in the middle of Antwerp.

Rooms are somewhat dated. Bed was good and the rooms were clean. Missed sockets in different places such as in the bathroom and next to the bed. Great for an overnight stay but don't expect too much from the rooms.

Although despite the proximity to France, the French language is not used much by some of the staff, though with a good bilingual ear. Hotel consistent with its classification.

Centralize location, not the most modern hotel, but good service.

A decent hotel for business, with the perks of a pretty decent gym and pool area. Outside the city centre, so not as convenient as the Hilton for sightseeing, but a nicer hotel overall.

Convenient location. The Brussels airport express drop guest here outside. Rooms are good and breafast is also reasonable

Good qualiry and efficiency. Had my room ready at 11.30 am. Rates are OK. Room with enough space and comfortable bed. Parking at 17 per day seems too expensive to me. Breakfast is expensive too, but at a level of excellence. Location is very easy to reach, close to main roads: keep in mind that center is not very close.

Large hotel with slightly dated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice staff. Restaurant nicely laid out for breakfast etc. Room very clean and functional for the age of the hotel. 1 elevator was out of order and 1 could not stop on the 3rd and 9th floor. Nice toilet downstairs. Free parking t.o. the hotel on Saturday and Sunday. Good breakfast and restaurant with nice wines and good prices. Swimming pool and nice gym. All in all very successful.

Friends reception, beds are fine, room is okay but not fancy, pool and sauna are nice. Location is a bit far from city center. Breakfast very good.
