Not Just Soccer Review

I had a great custom hoodie made here. These guys are top notch!

Very friendly and helpful when working with the Y teams.

Never go out of their way to help. There's one guy that will, but if he's not there, forget it. Sometimes moms need a last minute shirt for a sports event in this area.

Wow im shocked by the experience...not good...there are men in businesses that take advantage of their women consumers...but this guy takes the prize...i would NEVER recommend this store...having kids play on select teams that travel the nation ..we purchase a LOT of soccer products and have done most of our business on line...i thought i would try the store because theyre in our neighborhood...so disappointed that i did...

The owner (or who I understand to be the owner) of the store "snatched" a water bottle from my toddler's hand. He then mocks my son by saying, "thanks buddy."

I walked into Not Just Soccer looking for help with lacrosse equipment, I had never played lacrosse before and was completely out of my element. I walked out of Not Just Soccer with all the equipment i needed, a league recommendation, and the best customer service experience I've ever had. John Casmedes is the best. He walked me through the equipment i needed and helped me find the right fit. I am beyond pleased with how i was treated and will absolutely be a return customer. I have reccomended Not Just Soccer to friends and family for their sporting equipment needs. I'm happy to support a family owned business and glad i wandered into Not Just Soccer to find help with lacrosse equipment. Great prices and even better customer service!

This store is staffed by high school kids. Our team order was handled badly to say the least. Several errors were made and it seemed they had no way to communicate changes made to other employees. Disorganized operation.

To their credit, they did do everything they could to correct the errors they made, but I cannot strongly recommend this store. Unofrtunately, I can't think of many alternatives, other than ordering online (sizes?) or EmbroidMe on Mockingbird, which I can't comment on.

Very helpful today, went out of their way for us. Quality products but I was disappointed when the cashier didn't automatically provide the 20% discount on shorts that was clearly displayed. If I had not looked I would have over paid by $7. As it was I had to go back and get a refund. Other reviews are a year old. Everyone who helped us clearly cared. We'll be back but will watch our receipt a bit closer.

I have been going to Not Just Soccer for lacrosse equipment for years now and they always have the latest and most up to date products that any lacrosse player could ask for. for the 3 to 4 years I have been going to the store I have yet to find one single reason not to like it. high prices, poor customer service. i ordered my daughter's soccer jersey 2 weeks before i needed it and they didn't have it ready for the season. nobody would help us or work with us and when they promised to call after the jersey was finally ready, they never did. not at all impressed.
