Radisson SAS Hasselt Review

Dismatched room. Unfortunately. Construction site next to hotel wakes you up at 7am on Saturday. It's great that a hotel puts you to sleep on that side of the building. A lot of dust: sneezing attacks and puffy eyes. I have rarely experienced this in hotels. Support catering ???

Everything was great! Friendly staff and good service.

Had a great stay. Spacious rooms and beautifully prepared breakfast. Close to the center, so the location is ideal.

We always go for a drink after shopping in Hasselt in the Skylounge of this hotel. You have a beautiful view over the center of Hasselt and the surrounding area. In clear weather you can see very far.

If you have to stay in Hasselt, it's certainly the coolest place!
The skybar is ideal for a drink in the evening and have a breathtaking view!
Only downside: no free parking!

Unfortunately, the smell in the room was rather uncomfortable (bad) room quite modern, great sky bar on the 18th floor

It is a pity that you can only order something in the sky bar until half past ten on a Saturday evening

Very nice clean rooms. Sky lounge really handsome. Breakfast the max. Staff very friendly .... outside of the blonde lady ... she nerves like something, she runs after her staff to really kick them out in the crowded room. Really not suitable for this job. Can assume that you are busy but you don't treat people that way.

A bit pricey, but the breakfast and the room are worth it.

Good hotel, good accessibility, good parking (16euro for 24 hours, which is quite cheap). The rooms are decent and beautifully finished. We personally found the sliding glass door inconvenient.
The breakfast was certainly ok, only the scrambled eggs seemed to come out of a carton instead of using fresh eggs. But that is the only downside.
Reception was certainly ok and suggestions and comments are certainly listened to.
Definitely recommended and worth a visit is the sky bar. Try to score a spot on the west side, then you have a nice view of the sunset.

a good hotel we had a spacious room with all useful facilities, we had half board the food was tasty but not enough variety the added value in the restaurant was the waiter Alec who served the food with great care. He was also extremely friendly and polite.

Went to the Koper Restaurant. Meal was very nice. Excellently prepared. I enjoyed my dinner.

I had gone to the sky lounge with fellow students to have a drink and enjoy the view at sunset. As photography students, we often have our cameras in our pockets and we would have liked to take pictures of the view. Unfortunately;

The server was downright rude, impolite and unpleasant in every way. He seemed to find serving us one of the greatest burdens ever. Shocked by this response, we decided to just ignore it and enjoy the view.

After taking some pictures of the view, the unfriendly waiter came up to us and forced us to delete the pictures just saying it was not allowed. I politely asked the question why, out of curiosity, to which it was answered that we should be with the manager with such questions. I kindly asked how I could speak / contact the manager to which I was answered that that is my problem.

This hassle on top of the high prices made the experience anything but enjoyable.

Fantastic staying experience. Staff was warm, welcoming and helpful, rooms were superbly cozy & comfortable. And the breakfast was outstanding. Loved every minute of our stay.

You will enjoy good views if the apartment is high and does not face the building next door so you do not see anything.

The hotel is z.Z. By construction site bad to drive, as no reference to the hotel. The location is very good, right in the center. Breakfast better than expected.

Full breakfast. Dinner was nice but too long waiting times, we were at the table from 7:30 pm to 11 pm which was far too long. This was apparently due to under crew so we only had half an hour more to enjoy Winterland, which was a pity. Good beds of pillows
