Hotel rooms in need of updating but price quality ok

Nice spacious rooms with a spacious bathroom.
Many and handy lifts.
Large parking at the bottom of the hotel.
A nice big swimming pool with sauna and fitness.
Nice restaurant with a large buffet (breakfast).
Large nicely decorated reception.
Many different rooms.

Pleasant hotel. Friendly staff. Very well adapted breakfast now with the corona. Food in the evening top and service was superb. We will be back for sure.
1 minus point for me is the bath is way too high to crawl in to shower you.
Too bad there are carpets everywhere. I personally do not think this is hygienic.

Booked a room at New Year, the staff were friendly and correct. Rooms were nice and clean, everything was very well taken care of.
Can order tasty room service at night.
Because it was New Year we could have breakfast until 1 pm which was certainly a nice extra.
The breakfast itself was very extensive and because it was New Year, we also got cava. From fresh fruit juice to regional products such as jam and bread.
Definitely a hotel to return to.

It was a moment ago, but little has changed at first glance.

I am currently staying with my husband and baby in the hotel and I am furious that the Radisson Blu Hotel chain looks like a simple Ibis Hotel with regards to the rooms: basic amenities, very dated room, view on another building, carpet and common parts tasteless and without decoration, the reception area is not luxurious, etc ...
For 500 the 3 days ... I do not recommend it.
I asked for another room ... but I doubt that there are rooms at the height of what Radisson Blu knows well in other cities ...

The hotel did not really like it. The rooms are old decor. The pool and gym in the nearby fitness center are all very dirty. At breakfast, the tables had a lot of dirty dishes, wilted flowers in vases. Only one employee worked, who did not have time to serve the tables.
As a plus of the hotel I can note - a large area of the room, there is a kettle and a refrigerator. Great location in the city center and a good view from the room. Polite reception staff.

Have a very nice private party in the Sky lounge. A beautiful view over Hasselt! Everything was well organized down to the last detail and a great service, helped by 'Mis en Place'

It was hygienic and well located in the center of Hasselt. We had a room with a view over Hasselt Center. Bathroom was also very clean. It was worth the money we paid.

I was not for a stay at Radisson in Hasselt yesterday but because of my unrest at the counter there because I could not find my car at the parking places under the Hotel, which is managed by Q park. The hotel manager helped me because he knew that this parking garage has a number of hidden parking spaces because there is still a back entrance that is very difficult to find, unknown to Hasselt. How relieved I was when I saw my car after 30 minutes of searching. Dear manager (I don't know your name) thank you again for walking to these so-called hidden parking places! Q park a bit bad not to place clear signposts!

Dear Radisson Blu Hasselt. We have shared e-mails as why you deserve 1 star. The matter has been settle after months and sending e-mails after e-mails. I am sure you can find my reservation and find out what was wrong.

Outrageous, we had to wait 36 minutes for a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, we are obliged to award a star that she does not deserve.

Great overnight stay. The bathroom was clean and the water was at a great temperature. Unfortunately no wcd next to the bed to charge your phone. The rooms have all the amenities you need. The beds are narrow in my opinion, but I could sleep well on them. The hotel has extra facilities such as a gym, swimming pool and sauna. The ski lounge is really an eye catcher with a great view

Super hotel with nice swimming pool, very extensive breakfast buffet, room with air conditioning and minibar. Very friendly staff. Had a great weekend with my wife.

This hotel was very disappointing. However, we had booked the most expensive room type: a suite on the 12th floor. We ended up in a dark room whose walls looked bare and the windows were covered with gray curtains. In the salon area there was an old-fashioned round table and a TV hanging crookedly on the wall. Two old-fashioned and dimly lit lamps provided little mood lighting. The sleeping area as well as the bathroom were the least disappointing, although there is little "space". The glass (transparent) separation between the two can also be disappointing for some guests ... This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. We strongly advise against it for those who like a cozy hotel stay.

Nice room and nice breakfast, but after waiting for fifteen minutes in the skylounge nobody came to take a look. The waiter did not want to work. Then we left without a drink: a damper at the end of our pleasant day with good food in Hasselt. Maybe we should have taken an extra drink in the center because it was great! What can it turn quickly. The next pool was also a let down because we were chased away for a swimming lesson for a group of women. Unfortunately!

Nice room, beautiful view.from the 18th floor totally worth it .... especially with sunset.Ideal location right in the center ... nice shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural attractions in the immediate area.All very well to walk .

At the very top of the Sky Lounge you have a beautiful panoramic view of Hasselt.

Very nice hotel in the center of Hasselt. The bathroom was a bit older in our room, so we expected something more modern.
The hotel has a nice rooftop bar, great view. The prices there are in the higher price segment.

Enjoyed every moment of my stay in this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful i would suggest asking for a room as high up as possible. The views are amazing. Comfort level so high. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

We had reserved 2 rooms specifically with breakfast because we always do that, when checking in around midnight the person behind the counter said breakfast is still at da hour and if we want to have breakfast in the morning they say 'yes you rooms do not have breakfast you have to pay extra ... At the underground parking it is very clear that big letters' Radisson Blu parking 'and when we want to leave they say' it is a public parking, you have to pay for it too ... Do it with you just don't want to forget his fat strippers

Radisson is super good hotel you get value for money

High tea done. Not recommended. Is not from above on the highest floor with beautiful views as they promise but just downstairs in the restaurant. You get 3 mini sandwiches, 1 mini scone and 3 mini cakes / macaron per person.

We were excited when we saw the pictures of the hotel and the swimming pool with sauna .. When we called, I was promised that I would get breakfast free for their birthday :) Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel at 3 pm we were told , our room was not ready but we were invited to the sky bar for a soda or a glass of cheap wine .. 1 hour later we were in our room .. But unfortunately no breakfast .. We paid 139 + 50 deposit .. With the thought we are going to do a nice sauna and swim .. We arrive on the floor .. Ceiling is loose etc, sauna is man and woman separately (which may be mentioned) and pool was a woman with bikini loose with her guy You deserve this 2 stars for breakfast because it is the only one with class in that hotel .. And then people did not get a deposit back because I had smoked esiggaret in the room from which they had said nothing to me and the room tip top was fine without eating anything from the minibar .. D us 50 euros for some water vapor with flavor to blow out .. Outrageous and I will never come to you again
