Room was very clean and practically furnished. Nice to stay here if you plan a day in Hasselt and still want to be away. Swimming pool and sauna are also available, recommended. The breakfast was very extensive and delicious!
As always, the Radisson blu is a top hotel in terms of accommodation. The location in Hasselt loses some stars due to their friendliness. We were not welcomed friendly and if we asked something it was just too much. We booked breakfast, but were allowed to explain every morning that we had reserved and paid for the breakfast.

We have reported this several times but there was no response.
We did not get a full bed for the 3rd adults ... the room is described as spacious but with 3 adults this is certainly not the case.

Rooms are very nice. Very friendly service and all the questions are easily answered and solutions are offered directly. The only minor downside is a slightly lesser hygiene in the swimming pool and steam cabin.

A nice hotel in the center of Hasselt, near the shopping street and other sights. The rooms of the hotel are good and the Internet in the rooms is also fast. You can have breakfast downstairs and enjoy a drink in the sky bar located at the top of the hotel with a beautiful view over Hasselt. The rooms have few outlets on the sides of the bed, so you have to stretch the lights before charging your phone. The showers are also quite transparent, which gives you a strange feeling as a non-couple.
I don't normally like to write reviews but about this hotel in this day and age I am really impressed, in a negative way.
Unfriendly staff! The phone rang with check-in, I can understand that it is busy during the period when you are alone, but do not let your guests wait. We listened to a telephone conversation for more than 5 minutes. After that we went to checkout and it turned out that we had paid too much, we had booked incorrectly the day before and the lady in question had indicated that this could happen and that we could just come to the hotel to rebook, she did not tell us that the booking would be over 40 more expensive. When I asked about this they with raised eyebrows that I should be glad I did not have to pay the double, they talked through me constantly and were very unfriendly. We decided to go to another hotel, it was a lot more expensive but the people are very friendly and hospitable, that is important. In short, very unfriendly staff a must!

Great room, the included bottles of water were a nice relief with the tropical weather. Room had everything needed, lots of cupboard space, good bathroom, ... Staff were also very friendly and an extensive breakfast with fresh produce and lots of choice!

I was here for a work-related event and I must honestly say that we have been treated extremely kindly here. Everyone who works here clearly clearly values service and quality. Every member of the staff makes your stay here enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and their rooftop bar gives you a beautiful view of the city. When I go back to Hasselt, I have no doubt staying here. Top!
Staff is friendly and the hotel seems to be clean. But the room provided to me is not on par with a four star hotel. The room is dark and noisy plus the bathroom looks like something you would find in a prison cell. Overal would not recommend.

Hotel and restaurant great for each other. Despite staying at the expense of the employer on a private credit card had to pay 50 deposit for smoking in the room and minibar. Took 2 weeks and 2 phone calls before I got it back. Try to avoid that!

Super good just some small details. Like, a not working lamp, dirty glass. Showering wasn't that good but they provide a good blow dryer which is great! I was in room 707 if you come and visit! Also the skylounge was great. There is also a swimming pool. The way to the pool like like a tropical swimming pool. A lot of lockers and such. But when you get there it's just a normal pool and cold. And also very important is that there was no noice what so ever. Breakfast was super good! Loved that!
