I got a reservation because a delayed flight. The person at the front desk told me that they charge late checkout fees to the airline and that my card would not be charged. Therefore, I requested a late checkout. A few days later I noticed a charge on my card. I called in to dispute the charge and they would not give me a refund. The old bait and switch trick. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it, but make sure you double and triple check that an employee is not giving you false information.
