Nice, quiet rooms, we will come more, the only breakfast is very very poor for this brand of the hotel

Very good service. Arrived late, luckily they had some really good sandwiches I could eat.

We stayed for the second time, but breakfast was delicious and staff were kind. The convenience from the tram stop was good.

Its a good and nice hotel in the sea side. City center is neither so far nor too close, really a calm and neat place to stay.

Very cool hotel with a strong marine/marital vibe to it. Rooms were quite nice and spacious. Missed out on checking the minibar but I'm sure it was sweet as hell Bathrooms awesome, took me a couple of minutes to figure out how you drained the bathtub though. Breakfast was A-OK with a great variety of food to choose from. All in all a great hotel, at least for an ex navy guy as myself.

Sea transport theme can be seen everywhere from the lobby to the restaurant and rooms too. So not a seashell beach-kind of seaside hotel. Free wifi and tv in the rooms. Room layout can seem odd with huge pillar in the middle of the room's hallway (stayed on 5th floor). Art work is posters glued on the walls, no frames. Soft bedding and an array of pillows to choose from. Towels and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer are provided. Breakfast is full of options (also alcohol free bloody mary!) but vegans might find it lacking proteins (hummus) and unseasoned olive oil. Soy milk is available upon request.

Quite good hotel with good restaurant. I was unlucky to be billeted at the room #610. Never take that room because even in ancient Rome, rooms in Roman insulas we bigger. There were no any spaces between both sides of the bed but the walls. So, never stay at that room. Other rooms are bigger.

Everything about this place was fantastic. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating as well. They were even able to get us checked in several hours before check-in due to an early flight into Helsinki that morning. Also very close to public transportation stops. Brunch was tasty and plentiful, but also the only reason why it's 4 stars instead of 5. It was a little expensive for the quality of the food (in comparison to the hotel across the street which blew breakfast out of the water), but that can be expected from hotels. But they also unfortunately started putting everything away at least 15 minutes before breakfast ended, which left my wife and I with a $27 bowl of yogurt and coffee. This event aside, the hotel was Very enjoyable.

This is a 3 star hotel, not 4 stars. The breakfast was great, but the rooms are just fine.

Very nice hotel on the water. Walking distance to the center of Helsinki and the walk itself is very pleasant and allows for seeing a lot of this beautiful city. Very close to the open air market at Hietalahti Square. If walking is not your thing then you can take the efficient tram, which stops just steps from the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast at the hotel and there is a very nice seafood restaurant a few steps from the hotel called Merimakasiini. Close to the place where most cruise ships are made. Often an excellent value as I have booked in July for around 100 euros (2 people including full buffet breakfast that includes smoked fish and other great Finnish delights).

The room is neat, anyway clean and I saw the corona during handbags very well accessible from every corner. Breakfast was not varied enough.

The place is beautiful, amazing breakfast that you can fill your belly for lunch and take a walk around the places but needs more maintenance in hallways and in lifts

I really disappointed with the staff here. The reception woman s attitude was really bad. The tissues in my room was empty during two days, so I asked her to fill it up. Actually her attitude was so bad from the beginning, when I said hello to her, she glanced me with no smile and she said what do you want . I asked her to fill up my room s tissues and she replied me saying What? so many times contemptuously. Maybe my English wasn t fluent, but although her attitude was really rude and I felt really bad. And she memorized my room number and promised to bring it to my room. And surprisingly, when I said goodbye to her, she made big smile to the next white guy and said with big voice hello!!! . Is this racism?? Was her attitude bad because I m Japanese(Asian)? I felt that I was strongly insulted by her. That made my impression about Finn. That racism attitude made really bad memory of Finland. And finally, no one came to bring the tissues to my room. I used the toilet paper instead of that....

Great hotel close to city center and by the sea. Comfy spacious rooms and wonderful breakfast. It s not far from new Munkkisaari area what is bustling in sunny summer days.

I came for work... The check in quick, the room very clean and comfy, breakfast awesome, location perfect, close to the city centre but in a quiet area.

Renovation's been going on for almost a year and will never finish. Insane racket starts at 7 in the morning every day. You will not be able to sleep in this hotel.

Not a top hotel, but good. I've hosted events at the hotel, and stayed there. Once there was bad hell and confusion in the reservations, so the hotel offered a suite as a replacement (but I do not recommend it to everyone, that is, there is no reimbursement for every mind blessing). But, great hotel, transport links could not be better, 5-6 restaurants within 200-400 meters walking distance. I recommend.

Nice and cozy place to stay. The horse-drawn carriages depart from the Hotel. 6 in front, 9 and 7 in a few minutes.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was interesting. There was a constant noise like air-conditioning all night even when the air-conditioning was switched off. The room was large enough, it had a projector, a PlayStation 4 (no games or log in information), a nice ensuite with a bath, an iron, ironing board, kettle, safe, and sound system. The only recommendation is make is have instructions on how things are set up, the PlayStation login etc. Breakfast was great, a good selection, friendly staff. Wonderful pancakes waffles. A good variety. Coffee was nice. Check in and check out was easy. Staff spoke English which was great. The scenery outside the hotel was nice too - there were ports. A busy main road. Restaurants near by.

Hotel with an industrial design, very warm and welcoming. We had a superior room even the reservation was for a standard. The room is very spacious and functional. Rich and good breakfast.
