Nice rooms, very good service, delicious breakfast. Had some issue with TV and hot water, but in general enjoyed my stay. Good sound isolation, slept so well. Too bad, it is bit far from city center.

Good choice in Helsinki. Not the most central location, but an easy walk to the city centre and a very nice interior. Good breakfast and nice views.

Hotel is close tram and bus station. Easy connections to City and harbour. Friendly staff breakfast was also good.

The Reception staff is Rude , not all but one aged guy working there .
The hotel is far from City Center . Rooms are not that clean & small ( just a brand name hype).
If you want to spend that much money you better go for Holidayinn in city center .
Of course the breakfast has wide range , that s the only plus point of this Hotel nothing else .

Splendid hotel close to Helsinki downtown and with nice views across the harbor.

Breakfast and dinner buffee was phenomenal. Rooms were nice, had a one common room that was big with a window and a one with roof terrace. Staff was nice and helpful. Bar didn't surprise me, nothing special. Summer terrace is homey.

If you take into account discounts on the room (standard), the hotel is quite decent. Without discounts - the price is clearly not the level. Conveniently, if you need to take a ferry to Tallinn. Two things spoiled More

One Bedroom Suite with breakfast served to the room was perfect, just because there was sauna and hot tub and very lovely bed. Luxorious.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful location. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. Very stylish decor and the breakfast is outstanding. The location is a bit of a walk from the city centre, but not too bad, and it was perfectly located when we came off the ferry from Tallinn - just five minutes' walk.

We visited the hotel with my son in July. The day had gone as far as possible until arrival, so it was a wonderful surprise to receive an upgrade to a superior apartment with side sea views. We have been to the same hotel four times and will always come again. The beds, pillows and blankets are heavenly and I have never had a better breakfast when traveling anywhere in the world or in Finland. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast with a nice and friendly reception every three mornings. However, staff should pay a little more attention to the availability of products at breakfast. It is great that foreign tourists are also included in the breakfast offer. Good and quiet location, walking distance to downtown and tram directly in front of the hotel. The parking garage is also convenient directly on the ground floor of the building. Rooms with modern and small details crown the night. All in all, our favorite hotel when we get lost in Southern Finland. Thanks to the staff!

Were at the restaurant ... damn it for so long !!!, during this time I could bake pancakes for my entire large family! We had a discount card (CityShoppari) for which the discount is only a couple of , but they ran 20-30 minutes with it !!! And in the end the mark was put on the figure (where the discount was provided for 25), although they shouldn t put anything at all ... could not remove the tag ... In general, they lost a lot of time, then there was also discontent ... but in justification only: "sorry." Remained very unhappy!

The breakfast was awesome, the bed was comfortable, but the carpet was not that clean.

Location is great, with easy access to many attractions. Some of the rooms are exceptionally large, with two king size beds! The smaller rooms are well designed and comfortable as well.

This is good hotel for families. They have plenty of nice family rooms with 2 king size beds. We could even see sea from our room, even if we didn't have sea view. They were lately renovated and we really appreciated that they added so many family rooms. There were some unpractical things like missing place for bags, but separate toilet was extra plus.
Service was really nice and breakfast fresh and good tasting. One tip: don't wait for coffee service, in rush hours it takes too long. Cleaning was just ok.

The hotel offers good food without losing sight of the healthiness, but for the wheelchair user there is a handicap for carpeting and numerous heavy doors. The whole is rambling. The main door opens with electricity. Room size excellent as well as room invawc remarkably large.

Nice hotel. The cleaning of the rooms could be more thorough. The sauna is accessible to guests only in the basement in a gym (small, no windows), here are the pictures unfortunately massively. Breakfast was great, decoration was great. Whoever is on the seaside has a great view of the harbor.

My husband and I are really happy and the breakfast buffet is truly impressive. I asked him if we were to come back here, where would he stay and he told me he would want to come back to this hotel.

Close To Downtown (15 minutes by walk), close to small harbour and mall. Rooms narrow. Comfortable beds, very quiet room (7th floor), good breakfast. Hotel car park (chargeable). Decoration not suitable for high class hotel.

Very good hotel at a nice location. The city centre of Helsinki is very nearby. Takes 5 mins by tram to reach the heart of the city. However the standard rooms seemed a little bit cramped for space.

We booked a basic room, however become of the hotel layout and it being a converted dockside building the rooms are massive.

Beautifully done with contemporary art / decor.

Although a 20 min walk from the station we decided to give it a go, it's on a tram route anyway. The sun was shining in an early Helsinki spring and the walk itself takes in the sites of some fine architecture.

Very convenient store nearby (k market) and plenty of bars on the way back into town.

A youthful place, 1 star got tired because all the washing stuff smelled of lemon detergent + toilet paper was really cheap

Very stylish and trendy interior, untypical for a Radisson. Large and contemporary conference center. Would give only one strar to the sales teams communication style and response time.

The hotel is very nice and noble !! The rooms are very nice, only the bathroom is clean but it smells very much like drains.

Totally fabulous hotel, highly recommended! It is expensive, but worth it. Lunch buffet is loaded with healthy food full of taste, as well as breakfast. The room is great with good bed and acessories. Bathroom is nice. Staff is friendly and well trained. gym and sauna are good enough. Nothing negative to mention, a rarity!

Great stay at Seaside! Lovely room and excellent breakfast, but a very dissapointing dinner experience at hotel restaurant. Reception staff was wonderful and arranged rooms on the same floor, next to each other upon arrival.
Location is wonderful and easily accessible with public transport.

After the previous visit, the hotel has been renovated (already reportedly in 2017) and has been a great success. Comfortable, quiet lobby and also room was excellent. I recommend!
