The hotel is already very old, but is being renovated. Had an old room. Especially in the bathroom and on the furniture you notice the age. In the bathroom it had smelled like channel. It was not dramatic. Room very clean. Staff very friendly and breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

Absent soundproof makes it hard to stay there. Breakfast is tasteless and lots of food is running out without the refills. Shower construction is such, that you always have a huge puddle all over the bathroom since there's no threshold or something to keep the water in one place. Don't expect any shower product. Doesn't worth the money! P.S. the bright point is the staff at reception and bar, friendly and nice.

Nice place to spend couple days during business trip. Well-equiped gym and tasty breakfast are big advantages. Nevertheless these not so modern bathrooms force me to give 4 stars. Still I recommend

I was a guest in this house from August 14th to 16th, 2020. The hotel is apparently newly renovated and therefore modernly equipped. The room was very clean, the breakfast gigantic and the staff friendly and attentive. Due to the central location, all sights were within walking distance. I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.
Feels more like a 3 star than 4 star hotel. Friendly staff and free candy in the reception.

The hotel is located quite near to city centre shopping area and metro and bus terminal. The room is comfortable and clean. Coffee facilities is available in the room.

Not so good as I expected from Radisson. First of all it was cold in the suite (well, I'm from Russia and very comfort temperature is always on in our houses. Maybe Scandinavian countries has different opinion on the comfort temperature). Second. The suite is rather old and need to be renovated. Third. The cleaning was awful! Dust under the bed, on the shelves!!! And we ask twice before someone come to clean it.

Pretty long tou has passed since the visit, but in any case the experience was great. The customer service was good since the rally and the room and breakfast continued the same good line. We will surely come again.
Good business traveller hotel. Room and bed comfortable which is a major plus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Solid breakfast with plenty of choice. Dinner I found overly expensive and if you stay a week the options are very limited.

Nice hotel near the center. Stayed in the business class, and the room had a heavenly bed. ISO MIND about room cleanliness. The floors just a terrible condition. On the other side of the bed, there were some dripping tips on the floor that stretched from the bed to the toilet (wiping away part of the bed, but then I threw it when I noticed how many drops there were, maybe I had a room cleaning!) it was also badly cleaned out when the west was still visible. The breakfast didn't work at all, first, we queued about 20min. In the presentation, as well as the placement of dishes and food items, there was no clue and logic, and not all the products were named to know what they were. The staff was not up to date when the assembler was out of stock (tea water, milk, porridge) and waiting for them, and due to the poor placement of the products, the area caused unnecessary congestion and crowding, which frustrated myself and other people at breakfast.
Express check-in but the room was really messy and dilapidated. The furnishings is not very comfortable even though the images might be expected to repeat.

Service was really offbeat, have wrong directions, bad advice about the ferry to Tallinn. Just didn't feel comfortable with the staff. Room was as you would expect of a Radisson standard, though. Don't understand why it was over 300 a night, though. Probably would shop around next time. Review based on a trip in December 2016.

Christmas eve of 2016. On my brother's birthday they gave a small beautiful cake with christmas decorations. My family was so happy with that. And the swan couples on the bed and chocolates are welcoming when we arrived our room.

The only good thing about this hotel was the size of the room. Otherwise it was sunken, extremely poor cleaning and mediocre breakfast. There were hair and dust everywhere, stains on the mirrors, etc. I became allergic and had to turn on ACn to the highest level to even be u room. The hot water worked poorly and the floor heating in the bathroom was uneven. The bed was too soft, the bed legs rickety and the mattresses, quilts, mattress covers in extremely poor condition. Careless bedding. Dust on glass and dirt in one of the coffee mugs. I've slept in 2 star hotels that were fresher. Didn't want to take a shower or even sleep in the bed, so disgusting it was. If you can, choose another hotel!
Great hotel, in the middle of being renovated at the moment. We were in a new room which was very big and luxurious with everything you need for your stay. Breakfast was also great with a good selection of Finnish and European foods.

Comfortable service staff, nice room & bed comfortable sleep, conference room ok and vegan found to eat, nice! Food was for 2 days at lunch & dinner always the same and once I sent the white milkpipe back to the chef, according to the waiter the cook was wondering why vegans can't eat it
Hotel and Decor is a bit dated. This hotel could do with a refurbishment. The checking in and out has been a little slow at times and during winter I've sometimes waited 15 minutes plus for a taxi here. Other than this it is central, friendly staff and good service. I didn't have any issues whilst staying here but the need for renovation brings down the level.

It was just a nicely renovated room. Nice Kukkapuro rocking chair in the room. The bed was good and lovely Swan down pillows.
Begin to be a renovation place in rooms and corridors. Moisture problems in the corridor of at least 7 floors.
Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast very good and extensive. Rooms on the small side.
The activity of the restaurant was so slow that the employees of the state seemed to work hard. The meal should have gone up to an hour but they could easily wear two hours. Orders went partly wrong and the invoice was not received even half an hour after it was requested. In addition, water supplementation was non-existent and there was a need for water on a sunny day of sunshine. I will not go back, even if I get paid for it.

Expensive butt very good hotel with many options for breakfast. Offers even freshly made omelettes with your own choice of ingredients. The rooms are quite spacious but a bit too warm even with the heading switched off. Only flaw: emptying the bath tub caused a flood of the toilet floor...

Got upgraded to the Royal Suite in my first trip to Helsinki. Lovely room. Had dinner here at their grill (lamb kebabs) which was good as well.
